Take a tour of the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum around the corner, ride your rental bike to Southernmost Point half a mile south, or enjoy the sandy beach at Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park one mile west.

Step inside to find a welcoming living space with new furnishings, central air conditioning, and free WiFi for your convenience. Fix yourself a cold drink in the pristine full kitchen, take a seat on the front porch to watch the passersby on Simonton Street, and let your dog keep you company for a small nightly fee (please note that a 30-pound weight limit applies). Great Little cottage. Excellent having 2 full bathrooms with awesome hot water and a full Kitchen with washer and dryer. Only downside is parking. There is no designated parking for this property. Only 3 first come first serve spots out front along the street. My advice, make friends with your neighbors on premises and if someone checks out, snag that spot. That’s what we did upon arrival. Lucked up and got a spot out front. We had rented bicycles for the week so we didn’t move our vehicle until the morning we checked out.

This cozy cottage was in the perfect location close to everything. The AC kept the house cold all day, which was nice after being in the heat all day. While a little out dated the cottage was perfect for our trip and was clean when we arrived.

This property is conveniently located close to Duval Street and all the action. At night it was quiet and a comfortable place to enjoy Key West.

We stayed in cabin 6 for a week. Management was very helpful. The cabin had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and the 2 baths were definitely a plus. Great location. Within walking distance to everything. We did rent a golf cart and parking was never a problem. We are planning our next trip and will stay here again.

A very cozy little cottage in the heart of everything in Key West. In walking distance of everything, although bikes, golf carts and scooters are a great way to get around too. The front porch was nice to relax and sit on to finish out the day. Inside it was very clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Convenient to everything. Old Town Trolley stop was two blocks away and Hemingway house was three blocks away. We enjoyed the quick jaunt to Duval street for dinner and shopping. The grill area was well equipped and very handy. Your porch is your own and the rest of the courtyard area is shared with the two other cottages. The whole town is packed pretty tight so this is more an FYI than a ding. We were able to park on the street after a little Texas two-step, and letting traffic ebb & flow.

The location of the property is excellent. We walk or ride bikes and do not rent a car. It is relatively quite for Key West noise was not an issue. Communication prior to check in and at checkout was very good. We had an issue with the coffee maker and it was replaced within an hour. The property was clean and appeared and was as advertised. The property is perfect for a couple and the second bathroom is a big plus. The washer and dryer are also a plus. My only criticism and it is minor is that some of the furniture will need to be upgraded. This does not include the bed or the kitchen area which are quite comfortable. We had a great stay and will certainly return.

The cottage was perfect for our stay in key west. Loved the location one block from Duval St.. The laundry was a greatly needed as this wasn’t our only stop in Florida. The only issue was parking. There wasn’t any available space near the cottage the entire time we were there. But we found a public parking lot about 3 blocks north of the house. A little expensive but no other choice. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

We were pleased with our stay here. It was clean and well located. You can walk to everything. The bed is very comfortable. The house is stock with the things you need including coffee, which is a nice touch. Be aware, when they say 4:00 check-in, they mean 4:00 exactly. We sat on the porch for 30 minutes when we arrived. I called the property manager, and I was told that we wouldn’t be able to enter the code and it work until 4. We had an issue with the door code during our visit. The door lock somehow reset itself, and we couldn’t get in the cottage. Called the property manager, and she wasn’t able to fix it on her end remotely. They sent someone out to fix it in person in a timely fashion. All in all, I would recommend the cottage, and we would stay here again while in Key West.

Great location, nice cozy little cottage. Perfect for a couple and has all the needed functionality to call home away from home, minus your personal touches and spices! 😜 Bathrooms are a little tight to call two full baths but again they both have the necessities for what you’d need them for.

Great cottage near Duval Street. It was close restaurants, shops, and places to rent bikes. The cottage was clean, well-stocked, and dog friendly. Two full bathrooms were a bonus. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch for coffee in the morning.

We loved staying at the cottage. The place was clean and ready when we got there. It is in perfect location because it is close to everything. Even though it is only a block from Duval, it was still nice and quiet. I would rent it again.

Visiting Key West for the first time for a getaway, we chose this location for proximity to Duval street. We were not disappointed. So much was within walking distance. We rented bikes for our stay and I am happy to say no car was necessary. We were able to bike or walk easily everything from Zachary Taylor state park to Mallory square.

Sorry, we cancelled Sept 23 to Vacasa phone/text service due to our safety, Hurricane Ian, Key West, FL., natural disaster. Vacasa has NO plan for natural disaster,, just travel Insurace which is just "bull"...... No rescheduling., etc. You, Vacasa, will be hearing from Wells Fargo/VISA about Natural Disasters.
