Reviewer Comments:
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The views from our home were unbeatable. We most enjoyed how comfortably accommodating the home was with bathrooms for each bedroom. Would love the opportunity to stay again! No major complaints on cleanliness but found that some deeper level cleaning such as dusting was needed but certainly not a problem.

We had a large group stay here and there were lots of spaces to hang out in. Very clean, easy check in and check out instructions. I had a few quick questions ahead and time and was responded to very promptly!

We stayed at this house with four families and our children for New year’s. It is in a perfect location about ten min from the downtown Breckinridge area. There is so much to do in this area. The house is beautiful and perfect for families. The house was dirtier than we expected. From hair and dirt in the silverware container, the garbage receptacles have not been cleaned, cobwebs on the ceiling, lights in master flicker to the point you have to dim them to the lowest, mold in all of the humidifiers, floors were not swept or mopped before we got there, pillows in the entire house need to be replaced, ping pong table was broken (one of the main reasons why we picked this house), fireplace in main living room was not working upon arrival (which rental company gladly fixed same day we told them about it, thank you). You have to buy firewood at the local grocery to burn. Unfortunately the pieces are bigger than what will fit so you also have to cut them. Besides the cleanliness of the house., we enjoyed our stay. Paying over $8,000 for a 5 night stay, we expected a better quality of cleaning. Upon checkout, I received a message with pictures of a dog leash and dog feces in the garage that was accusing us of bringing our pet. We definitely did not travel from Florida with a dog and furthermore would not leave the leash there tied to a bench. The rental company did not seem to care to investigate their own cleaning company to find out more about the issue. They threatened to charge me $500 for the dog that we did not bring! After messages back and forth with Toby, he finally agreed not to do anything further. We still did not like to be called liars and blamed for something we did not do. Be careful… take pictures before checkout like we did.

Reviewer Comments:
The size and location of the house was good. It would have been a lot more welcoming if the drive way and sidewalk would have been shoveled. As we entered the home, the first thing we noticed was the floors and carpets had not been cleaned. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and windows, and dust on much of the furniture. The lock on the bedroom off the deck is broken. There was blood on the wall, and the bedding. The shower heads really need descaling. Our son soaked his in descaling solvent, it works now. The house was roomy and a good floor plan; but it needs a deep cleaning, and a room by room assessment of repairs! We are from South Dakota not AL.

From the minute we walked into the garage that was full of trash I had a feeling this would not be good. There were water bottles left from the previous guest all over the house and soap and deodorant in the bathrooms (supposedly left by the owner). We had to wash all the dishes that we wanted to use because they had been put in the cabinets dirty. There was a half full beer can under the couch and there was a joint on the porch. There was a dirty bath towel draped over one of the chairs on the balcony. And the oven did not work for the first day. Outside of all that if you don't mind staying in a pig pin the view was great.

wonderful stay for a large, diverse group
Excellent property, location, managers!!
Very well-maintained, stocked up for large group of 12+ ppl and caters to needs of all ages from toddlers to senior citizens. Very accessible to downtown Breckenridge.
Only improvement needed on the property is fixing the temperature control as it gets significantly hot in the basement which is problematic due to the thin air at higher altitude.
The property managers are very responsive and ultra helpful in advising on local queries about food, things-to-do, bargain deals, weather, etc.

Beautiful home and views!
We loved the house! Although without the windows open it is a little hot, the rooms are very spacious and well prepared. Everything you need the house is equipped with, and we loved that! No need to say on how spacious and fulfilled with necessities is the kitchen, which made it perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. Everything was perfect! It felt like we were at home the whole time.
