Service was unbelievable and a perfect private oasis

Wow. Kai Villas was the perfect honeymoon spot for our 4 day stay in Kuta, Lombok. It was about $190AUS a night which we happily paid for a private pool. The court yard area was like a private tropical oasis. We swam in the pool daily, had privacy and felt like we could properly switch off. Ayii (manager) and his team were SO helpful. Gave us free breakfast every day, had a converge group chat so we can just message any questions during our stay. Lots of small things like fresh towels and mossie spray, incense, etc. bed was firm but really comfortable actually. Location is perfect, you can walk to the main strips of Kuta in 7-9 minutes, or scooter is 2-4 minutes. The service and location really blew us away. Do yourself a favour and get the private pool and enjoy being close to all the action. He organised transport for us at local prices too (I checked as well using other sites and it was cheapest by far). Please note you cannot flush toilet paper down, use wipes and bin and bidet. Shower was great, cold and cool water only but SO refreshing. They surprised us with flowers in room for our honeymoon and coconuts on arrival

Great quite private hideout

The friendly personal Maya and Deni. The privat villa was perfect for starting the day calm and relaxed. As well as finishing a day in private atmosphere.

The shower water ran into the bathroom. And maybe a Water refill station in the villa, so you do not need to ask the staff to refill the bottles.

I enjoyed my stay at Kai Villas very much. It was perfect to just laze through the day & enjoy the island vibes. Location was perfect (away from the busy areas), room was spacious, comfy & quiet, & the service staff were very helpful and accommodating to any request which we really appreciated. I plan to return to Kai Villas one day & I am sure it will exceed my expectations again!

Nice private pool, comfortable bed, nice interior design, good to have an own kitchen, water refills whenever requested

Temperature of the shower very difficult to control (either extremely hot or too cold) and maintenance personnel wasn’t able to fix this, terrible smell in several locations of the villa (especially in bathroom but also in kitchen).

I have stayed at multiple villas and this was my favorite! It's a dream one bed villa, perfectly designed and everything fits in the space. It's a truly good feeling to stay there. Staff are amazing!

Perfect Lombok Retreat

Lovely staff, lovely villa, great location. Villa designed with beautiful "Boho Chic" interiors. Super duper comfy beds. Great mood light options.

Need more kitchen equipment. Wouldn't really be able to cook a meal, I didnt require too, so i didnt mark down for this.

Beautiful Villa in great Place

The villa is beautifully designed and very comfortable and well-appointed. it was fairly close to "downtown" Kuta and easily accessible. There were very nice touches and lighting, offering a cozy atmosphere. The staff was only on-site for a while each day, but always accessible and very friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to have a water dispenser in the room. The TV didn't work at the time we went but really didn't need a TV anyways. I used a motorbike, but parking might be tricky if coming by car.

Beautiful villa in a perfect setting

It was well decorated, great location, well equipped, and the view to the hill is lovely. Staffs are very nice. Love the ask-anything-service using whatsapp group, very fast response and functional.

There are some Flaws in the design, especially the bed. They’re using the wooden platform bed, which I also have at home. The most important thing if you want to use this type of bed, the platform should be placed a little bit lower. We bumped our foot numerous time to the edges and it kind of hurt. The pillows are not the most comfortable ones, I wish they have more fillings. Very low water pressure from the shower, we even had an out of water moment, but it was resolved quickly. Would appreciate if they also provide a full body mirror or any decent big enough mirror.

Amazing!

Although we stayed only for one night, but it was a great experience, the place was amazing, located in a quiet area, it was so relaxing and peaceful. The view at the back of the villa is superb! The staff was very helpful and kind. The bedroom was super comfortable, we slept very well. Loved how they designed the whole space integrated with nature. Wish we could stay more...

There was the owner's dog that is quite protective (I suppose that he is safe) yet, I wish the owner would inform the guest about the existence of the dog and try to manage better in the future.

The decoration is very cozy. Staffs are very nice. The location is good. Great and healthy breakfast but wish there were more options.

Great choice in Kuta Lombok

-The owner and staff are excellent. Fast response since booking and happily meeting our need. Thank you (especially to) Nana! -The location is great, walking distance to nice restaurants and laundry. -Quiet and spacious villa. It's a good place for relax and also for work :)

-If you can provide basic cooking stuff like salt and pepper it would be even better :)

A perfect escapade for couples

- It was completely worth the money we paid. This chic villa is a perfect escapade for couples. The swimming pool is heated at night and receives direct sunlight so it is very pleasant

The location is very difficult to find and since we visited during CoVID times there were no crowds and it was very scary at night because there were no street lights and lots of street dogs The care taker didn't take any precautions like wearing masks and there were no sanitizers

Fabulous

Beautiful one bedroom villa with private plunge pool in a good location. Fabulous staff who always go the extra mile... and always with lovely smile. Best breakfast in Lombok
