Appartamento situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città.ottima soluzione se si viaggia in 3-4 persone.il secondo bagno molto apprezzato
Li asciugamani sono da cambiare, avevano un zgradevole odore

Location was good as only a short distance from old town
The time restrictions on the use of the pool and outside area. Couldn’t use before 10.00am, after 8.00pm and also during siestas time in the afternoon.

Clean apartment, comfortable beds, air conditioning in most rooms, near city center but very quiet. Had beach umbrellas, washing machine, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances, tea, coffee etc. It was ok for a couple of nights stay. Easy to be in contact with the host through What’s up. There is parking available for an extra cost but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a big car cause it was extremely tight.
The pool was very disappointing, more like a large bathtub with lots of people in it. Only about 1 m in depth. Our apartment hade “inside” view so we didn’t see outside at all and had to keep our blinds down to prevent people from seeing in. One room didn’t have air conditioning but had a fan in the ceiling. The apartment was a bit hard to find. Overall we had a nice stay.

Great location, really comfy beds, nice apartment
Pool was more like a paddling pool and nowhere to sit. Parking is a paid for extra

location was very good. Just outside of the busy central area
Keys had to be picked up from an office which was a way from the apartment. We found it extremely difficult to find the apartment within the block. Needs clearer instructions

Easy to find check in location with parking in front
Appartement was well decorated and spacious
Location is fantastic, really close to heart of town
The noises from neighbors at 4 am when they are coming back from the bar. Noises that the cheap windows don’t block.

Very clean good facilities great location
No complaints at all

It was ideal for the price, great it had 2 bathrooms with 4 ladies getting ready, was very clean.
we were sitting listening to music from our phone, not loud at all, and asked to turn it off, we were probably making more noise chatting. so for young people this would not be great. also no balcony.

nice location close to Plaza de la Merced.
The apartment is well-equipped and big enough.
bad sound-proofing within the building we could hear the neighbours.
the cleaning of the apartment was not good enough, we had a lot of dust.

the location
the beds were comfortable
where to start…
the place has deceiving pictures like a welcome basket that will not be there u less you pay for it.
the toilet did not flush properly
the hot water lasted very little not enough for two people to shower even in different bathrooms, so no idea why they have a bath tub if you can not have a hot bath.
they charge you a cleaning fee meaning they will clean before and after you leave but they do not offer any more than that, I am used to self contained places where they at least take the rubbish once, we were there 7 nights and they did not put enough shower gel or soap.
the lock mechanism is faulty and I had to call the office because I could not enter to the flat and it was an easy fix but completely unnecessary.
the office is not where the flats are so if you have an issue you can not go quickly to fix it and upon arrival they make you go to the office and then you walk to the place so if something is wrong with your flat there is no quick fix.
the swimming pool area is not that nice, is better to stay in a place close to the beach as it was warmer by the beach than in their swimming pool.
when I tried to complain or shorten my stay because of all this issues they refused unless I pay a fee so I was kind of like forced to stay there quite unhappy.
I felt the communication with the staff was a bit rude and on top of all that I did not received my security deposit until today Tuesday and I left last week Wednesday.
Booking should not advertise this place in the Genius level as it is clearly not.
just not worth the money.

Modern clean interior., comfortable beds .Staff helpful with issues re wifi and broken door handle. Issues dealt with promptly.
Lack of signs, great difficulty parking, very difficult to find the apartment. Told to use lifts which didn’t go to the actual correct floor. Very large complex of white blocks of apartments which all look the same .

We loooooved our stay at Holidays Malaga Refino!
The location is very central - close to restaurants, bars, disco. The Fortress, Picasso Museum, Plaza de Toros are all within 15-20 mins by walk.
The apartment complex is very quiet by itself, all windows are going into courtyard. There is a night security guard.
2 rooms and 2 separate bathrooms - perfect for 2 couples or a big family. Kitchen has everything, beds are comfortable and the Wifi is good for working remotely. There were also 2 chairs and an umbrella that you could bring upstairs to the pool.
Communication with the host was perfect - they were in touch with us before our travel to Spain, sent very detailed instructions with pics how to pick up the keys (6 mins by car from the property), where to find a parking and so on. Cristina was very friendly and attended us during the stay to make sure everything is perfect!
I would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was as we expected- the apartment was clean spacious and quiet but close to the old town and minutes away from all the action. Perfect for a short stay with kids. The service from holidays 2 malaga was outstanding- we had whatapps contact for any issues and also to help book excursions. A heating fan was broken and we notified them that evening the next morning someone came to fix it! Amazing and very friendly service. Would very much recommend staying here!!
