Deceptive pictures, unkept rooms and rude service.

The weather and the beach were nice :)

A few hours before our checkin, we received a notification on booking, the venue sent me a message stating that the booking was cancelled with no further explanation. Mind you this was just a message, not an actual cancellation. I immediately called the manager who informed us that this was a mistake and our room is indeed still waiting for us. When we made it to the hotel, we found out that sadly this was not the case, we were informed that they are overbooked and only after arguing with the manager for a while, we managed to get a barely cleaned run down room. The room was unclean and the walls covered in mold, water leaking from the ceiling near the shower, no one had vacuumed under the bed for years. The wifi didn't work more than half the time, the electricity and water turned off constantly. The 1st morning we were woken up by loud knocks on the door, someone working at the hotel wanted to make sure we check out already even though we had booked 2 nights.. abysmal experience.

The Rooms…The Location

The Restaurant and The Restaurant staff are extremely bad. Bad Behaviour - Tasteless and Bad Food - Not Value for money. The property has given restaurant on lease.

don’t stay here

it just looked pretty at the start

the AC was not working in my room, the fan didn’t had a regulator. my room was the one in the corner so Wi-Fi didn’t reach there. complaints were not addressed promptly. on the day of my check out there was no water in the bathroom or toilet, had to run behind the Manager as the phone was not answered to have the water started which took hours.

everything is bad, manager is showing too much attitude,frequent power cuts,water problems at night,bad food quality and taste, no proper sanitation ,termites and insects in bathroom, leakage from upstairs bathroom and not couple friendly

Staff was good. Very calm and soothing place away from noise and other disturbances.

No hot water to bath as it was needed because it was raining and it was cold outside.. Few lights didn't work.

There was no power and no power backup. Lot of mosquitoes. No food was available at premises. Internet wasn't working

Great value cottages with pool

Nice wooden cottages which were spacious and well furnished, more than expected for the price. Bed was comfy with good mattress, though cottages were close together we didn't get much disturbance.

Staff could have been a bit more responsive, took time to attend and didnt have much of what was on the menu, anyways they allowed us to order from zomato so it was fine. Also one bathroom was leaking a bit which had wetted the floor.
