Don't stay in this property, terrible!!!!!!

One Chinese guy he is friendly. Location was good. nothing else

Breakfast not included. Very noisy next to his property (something like food court). By nny chance please don't stay in this property. Many better choices in that area.

Hôtel correct pour 1 ou 2 nuits max

Emplacement proche du centre historique agréable.

Établissement très mal insonorisé, bar juste derrière l’hôtel avec musique très forte tout les soirs. Les chambre sont toutes petites malgré l’appellation « deluxe ». Salles de bains très mal ventilées et fourmis partout ! En plus des travaux dans la rue juste en bas de l’hôtel.

Ich war zweimal dort und komme gerne wieder

Perfekte Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadtviertel, die Malls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ansonsten problemlos mit einem Grab z.B. zum Penang hill fahren. Tolle Ausstattung, schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Bar im Innenhof hat gute live Musik

Be Weary - accuses guests of damage and withholds deposit

Location is convenient and close to the city center

The property takes a deposit and then expects guests to take photos and videos of the room condition when you enter the room or you get charged for “damages” without even a discussion. Be extremely weary of staying here. For the cost + the unrefunded deposit, you’re better off staying at another better equipped property which the area isn’t short off.

The location is good. Convenient to go to many places in town. Easy to get public transport. The hotel is clean and heritage feel. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Parking is not parking, but public parking. Always worried about saman especially in the morning before leaving the hotel. Wifi was very bad. Although the signal showed good, but it was not accessible.

1. Friendly & helpful staffs. The guy help us carry our luggage up the stairs. Thank you 🥰 2. Hotel provides bicycle so you can cycle anytime for free. 3. The location is PERFECT. 4. CLEAN because there is a no shoe policy inside the hotel. 5. Reasonable price. 6. Cute white building definitely instagram worthyyy.

1. Next to a food truck place with a live band every night (loud noises of people singing, starts at around 6pm) 2. Room with a balcony but the view is the food truck's tent. 3. Limited parking but it's Penang so.. 4. Bedside plug cannot use (Room W9)

Basically i rate 2/10 for this stay. Very unpleasant experience. 1 mark for location, another 1 mark for the room de

the location. Only the location.

- Mannerless when I asked about refrigerator in room. They selectively reading. Only responded to questions that requires extra charges. For example RM30/per for early check in, RM50 per visitor(???!). TOO MUCH OF UNNECESSARY CHARGES. - They even asked for RM100 as deposit upon check in and told me that every hotel does that, which is unacceptable because it is not written in booking, and they totally not even a proper hotel. - No free parking as per mentioned in booking. There’s even a cone written RM25 were placed in front of property by them. IT IS SUPER DIFFICULT TO GET A PARKING HERE. When I asked, the front desk didn’t even assist but just said : oh we don’t have parking, please find your own at roadside. - No stairs. - No photo of room could be provided as I am super frustrated about it and totally do not feel like taking any photos zzzz

Nice but need improvements

Nice property with a lot of potential to become a good Hotel Boutique. It is a new and cozy hotel. very well decorated.

They need to improve the supervision of the room before sell it and improve the daily cleanliness. Problems I had during my stay: 1.dirty bed linens as soon I get the room 2. safe code was not working 3. shower keeps hot for few minutes 4. during 3 days, nobody showed up to clean the room, replace the amenities and take the trash out 5. Staff needs improve the “hospitality behavior”to welcome and greeting guests, give information and offer help as take the luggages up and down (2floors) Also, there is a food truck court behind the hotel that plays loud music until 1am.

Had an enjoyable stay

The room is small but cozy. Myself and my significant other had a good stay throughout our 3 days in Penang. Housekeeping is decent, available even on Sundays. Our room and the public areas of the hotel is exceptionally clean.

If you are driving here, parking is bad in the area. I would suggest park at the paid open car park near Cititel express Penang, unless you want to try your luck parking near the hotel (only able to park near the hotel once during the check-in day).

Don’t be fool by the Photos

Location is good.

Long check in waiting time, reception work very slow, bad impression as reception can even chit chat with the cleaning guys and keep us waiting at the counter. Noisy renovation is in progress and the peoples walking around the floor. Tv is not functioning. The balcony is so “BIG”, please see the image. Inconvenience, shoes have to put at ground floor, wifi lousy, screenshot proven. Aircond will suddenly turned off. Room got smoking smells, reception is so unresponsive when the owners are not there.
