Decent property in a great location, affordable as well.

It is close by to a lot of things including the knutsford express. The price was very affordable and the property was decent and clean. The host was very kind

There wasn't much I didn't like. A few hiccups and miscommunication but overall it was a good stay.

Lovely host, nice accommodation....exterior of the 2 blocks and grounds need TLC urgently..

The location was brilliant. Great parking and outstanding security staff😊😊😊

The host is had made a great effort with the interior of the property.✨ However the inside of the windows need a good clean - the frames were particularly dusty. The microwave was too high for me to reach (I am 5' 5"). ...lucky someone else staying was taller. The shower head needs replacing asap - however hot water and pressure was great! 😊 Whoever owns the actual building needs to take some responsibility for the fabric of same such as painting, deep surface clean or sandblast, sort out the 1970s decor in the lift (very dark brown floor walls and ceiling) and some new buttons showing the floor numbers (numbers painted over) Finally please...find a way to enhance the appearance of the communal area. This was a big let down for me ...if permanent residents are paying service charges here I would ask for a refund...😒

I was actually unable to stay at The Artist Place at Oxford New Kingston. Ms. Janice actually provided a different location due to my flight cancelation and delays coming from my location of origin. Where I ended up staying was quite close in distance from the original location and was said to be an upgrade. The building was very quiet and well kept. The building was safe both with Security as well as the gate. The apartment was setup nicely and gave a feeling of home. The art pieces in the living area were very nice additions as well. The ACs units in both the common area and bedroom worked well. I enjoyed the seating area on the terrace. I would definitely stay at this location again and even take time to use the gym.

My stay at the Artist Place, Kensington Crescent

The quietness was it for me. The security for me was outstanding. The facility provides safe parking space. I just loved it.

A proper sofa bed would have made it super for my daughter. But she liked the location as well.

The locations was excellent as expected.

The place was quite and comfortable so we were able to relaxed our mind. Im sure I'll recommend persons to stay there

I left my phone charger in the room by accident and when I called back they said they wood put it up for me but I never received it so I had to purchase a new one

such a cozy apartment! I loved the proximity to almost everything. I also loved the way the rooms brightened up in the morning with the colors of the apartment. Being that it was only me and my daughter traveling I loved that there was a grill with a lock it made us feel a lot safer at nights once our company left.

not much to dislike just the ac in the living room remote is kinda old but it worked.

Where do I begin? I hardly ever feel comfortable staying in any room, anywhere, away from my home. So I was already resigned. Located on the 5th floor, behind a security-barred door, I first felt like I entered a nook of a private Art collection, that only I was privy to. A quaint and Tranquil hideaway, located in plain sight! The Hostess, Janice was quite gracious indeed. I called her to let her know I had arrived 2 hours early for check in. She told me it would be ready within the hour. Thereafter I proceeded to collect my keys from security. She called shortly there after to check on my comfort & to also request on meeting with me. At which time she gave me a brief tour and steps on how to work the remote controls all the electronics. I have practically everything I need so I but no need to call on her durung my stay. The bed was sweet with plush blankets & pillows. Heavenly! Has all the amenities a Gurl could ask for. Kitchen to cook,(even though I wasn't gonna☺), coffee maker, fridge ,dining nook- perfect for my morning meditations. TV in both LR & BR security/safe box and nice view. So bloody worth it. Every cent!!! Would definitely go back... No doubt.

I'm a spoilt woman, so In terms of the apartment the basic ketchup and hot pepper sauce & a few bottled waters for the first night The apartment complex side roads needs fixing and there's a nice area where park benches could be placed, for those who want to sit down outside & enjoy the nice breeze. The security men on campus need to look alive.
