Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath beachside accommodation, representing the right half of the twin tri-level condo building, is located just 5 houses from the 43rd Street surf and sand. With ocean views from each of the front balconies, guests can enjoy comfy furnishings, with the feel of having their own indoor and outdoor private space among the 3 floors. Each floor is bathed in plenty of natural light, all linked together by the centrally-located stairway, which is the main thoroughfare for the entire condo.
The main entry door invites guests to either navigate upstairs to the second (main) level; then continue up to the third level. Or upon entering, guests can proceed a few steps down to the lower level, which is partially below street level. Here's what you'll find:

This house was perfect for us. Plenty of beds and bathrooms plus parking for 2 small vehicles. Parking is always an issue so a real plus. House is in good condition and though we shared our half of the duplex with our neighbors on the onther side of the wall we had no issue with sound or privacy. Definitely coming back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had plenty of rooms, bathrooms and decks. It is only a block from the beach so we all really enjoyed that.

Really appreciated that the hosts allowed us to check in a little early. The place was nicely laid out for bedrooms. We also made full use of the upstairs deck. The proximity to the beach is perfect. Just be careful with a baby and the stairs. Slept great and was very quiet.

Whether you are looking to spend some alone time walking the beach or having family and friends over, this is the place. I enjoyed having my elderly parents join me as we celebrated a wedding at the Newport Beach LDS temple. One thing to note is that the king suite is on the top floor. This duplex is 3 floors so make sure everyone is comfortable doing stairs as the stairs greet you from the front door. Another wonderful aspect was being able to rent beach equipment from them and have them be delivered into your garage without you even needing to be home. Bonus!
This unit shares a wall and we stayed over Halloween weekend so it got loud many nights over our 4 night stay. Either bring ear plugs or call the number they provide.
Advice: bring laundry pods/sheets as you will need to be doing wash prior to leaving but there wasn’t any laundry detergent.
Property management: The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. Toilets were overlooked.

Celebrated our daughter’s doctoral graduation with family and friends. So close to the ocean we could hear it! Comfy beds for all.
Garage is small as we couldn’t fit 2 small vehicles in so be patient finding parking in the neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this place! We had our daughter, son-in-law and their 3 kids with us. The three levels, each with full bath, were perfect for us all to have our own space. The kitchen was lovely and had everything we could possibly need. Plus we were a very short walk from the beach! The place was very clean, and presented just as it looked and was described. Garage parking was a blessing! We would definitely go back! Thank you for meeting our needs for a reasonable price!

Great place. Within feet of the beach. You can actually see the beach from one of the windows in the main master bedroom. Clean. Be aware that the garage is quite small and likely won’t fit anything larger than an oversized van. It’s a deep garage, but the ceiling is quite low. However, during our visit time, we were able to easily find street parking within a block of our place. Not a big deal in my opinion. The owners and managers are easy to contact and readily available. We will definitely be coming back again in the future.

So yes you are 5 houses away from. The beach, however! That mean so little because you are less than a 2 min walk to the beach! The location is amazing I highly recommend just renting a bike to move about as most locations of interest are a 10-15 min bike ride and you don't have to mess with finding a parking spot! Neighborhood is quite but also lively we had no issues communicating with neighboors, letting them know we were visiting to have a good time! Just be respectful and you'll have an awesome experience!

Loved the location to the beach and all the restaurants. We took out several dirty dishes from drawers, we found sunflower seed shells on the floor when we got there and we never ate those, and it’s like they tried to sweep and gave up 🤷♀️ The house could use a dust pan to pick up the dirt we created from just daily living or a dry swifter. Other than that we enjoy our stay.

The house is great for 10 guests! There are 3 bathrooms which many houses don’t have. Made it very convenient for getting ready. I loved the location, as we were able to walk to the majority of the popular bars in Newport. Great experience and the staff for beachview realty is easy to communicate and gets back to you very quickly.

Large group of family and friends
Stayed at this property with a large group of friends and family for a week in June and rented both sides. Loved the house and location to the beach, it’s a few houses away from the sand. We parked our cars and rode bikes the whole week instead of driving. Shopping and great restaurants close by as well as Lots of activities. The property management was great and quick to respond to questions. House was stalked with beach towels and extra bedding. It was nice to have a washer and dryer for swimsuits etc. having 2 garages was also a big bonus since parking is scarce. We Will definitely stay here again!

Wedding in California
The condo was really nice and very close to the beach. Since we were there for a wedding we really didn’t have much time to hang out or be touristy. But if you want a wonderfully equipped kitchen this is the place. The stairs from outside to the different levels might be an issue for those with mobility problems but overall a very lovely condo.

A sweet time together.
The property was perfect as we were a family in town to celebrate the graduation of our daughter from college. Plenty of space for all adult children and property was advertised as expected. Great location to the beach and walk perfect to the boardwalk with many options of food and beauty. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to return.

The place was great! In a super cute neighborhood, walking distance to the beach! Comfortable beds and great lighting through out the place. The only complaint I would have about this place is that the dishes in the Airbnb were dirty before we were able to use them and there were no cleaning supplies, broom/ dust pan and not enough toiletries.. ie. we had to purchase our own toilet paper / paper towels. But other than that we had a fabulous time!

Wonderful property and location. The only negative from all guests in our party of 10 were the beds they are all very hard and could use Mattress toppers or something. Everyone wants a peaceful sleep when on vacation. I ended up sleeping on the couch which by the way is Very comfortable 😊
