Apartment of 50 square, modern and cozy meters with superb location in the center of Valencia and overlooking the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Spacious and bright living room with sofa double bed, flat screen TV and wifi throughout the house. Room for four people and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower. Powerful air conditioning / heating. Terrace with table and chairs for two ideal place to enjoy breakfast outdoors contemplating life in the center of the city people. Second floor with elevator.

Maria our host, was in easy communication from the start, met us to check in, showed us how to use the washer, etc. The central location was great, next to a main square. She went above and beyond. On glass was cracked, so her husband appeared that day to bring us another 6 glasses. So helpful.

This is the best place to stay in Valencia, bar none. We appreciated staying at this charming property. The difference between places run by private individuals versus private equity companies is evident here. The host had many amenities and personal touches you don't see at other places, showing thoughtfulness in the care and comfort they're trying to create for you.
When we arrived, Maria showed us around with pride, explaining how the window shutters worked, how to help ourselves to the coffee, where to get extra blankets and towels, how to work the air conditioning system, etc. She also checked in multiple times during the week, asking us how we were enjoying the stay and if we needed anything, and was available for questions or help booking events.
The apartment is a secure building, centrally located off a quiet street next to the city hall plaza, and is a walkable 15 minutes from the hottest attractions. It has great light, good use of space, and good flow/sightlines. We could do a quick workout in the morning on the provided yoga mat and sprawl out on the couch in the evenings to recuperate from our big days out. The balcony was also a plus and allowed for outdoor eating while enjoying the area's vibrancy.
If you are looking for a cozy and convenient place that feels like staying in somebody's home instead of a corporate housing unit where costs are kept low for profits, then this is your place.

We spent more than 2weeks in this beautiful apartment. The place is clean and comfortable. The location is in the heart of the historic centre of Valencia. Maria is a great host and communicated very well from start to finish. Maria provided us a list of recommendations for sights, restaurants and shopping. It was very useful.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks on our 1st ever visit to Europe/Spain/Valencia. We are from the US and recently retired.
It was perfect. The apartment was cozy and clean and in a great location. The owner responded quickly to a couple of questions I had about appliances early on. Everything was fine after that and we did not need to communicate further until checkout. I would highly recommend this location for your stay in Valencia.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Valencia. It is close to the historic center, within walking distance to sights, shops and restaurants, and is very comfortable. The apartment was clean, spacious for two people, quiet, and has a wonderful little balcony. Our host was so helpful and kind as well! The apartment does have AC, although we didn't need it in the winter.

The apartment is small but has everything you need and the location is ideal. You can walk to all the historic sights and bus and metro lines are close by. Bedroom is away from the street so was nice and quiet. Maria was very helpful with many restaurant suggestions. We hope to return- our stay wasn’t long enough to see everything in this amazing city!

This place is located on a nice pedestrian street with outdoor cafes and right next to a big pedestrian square. Walking distance to everything. Very central. It was clean and well appointed. Good hot water. Bedroom is in the back away from the late night revelry, dark and quiet. We had tea on the little balcony and wine in the afternoon while we mapped our next outings. Loved Valencia and this place was perfect.

Excellent Stay In Valencia
This is a fantastic property right in the heart of Valencia. The owners were super helpful both pre arrival and on check-in (arrived in a downpour!) and went out of their way to assist with any queries - even so far as borrowing a beach chair from one of their friends for us to use. The property is as described on the web and so handy for all of the city centre attractions. That said, make sure you explore the city as there are many super bars and restaurants scattered around. Only a pity we had to come home!

Primera experiencia muy buena y con ganas de repetir
Primera vez que nos hospedamos en un apartamento en Valencia y no podríamos haber elegido mejor sitio que este.
Al llegar, nos recibió María y pudimos ver que, a diferencia de las fotos que se muestran en la página, nos encontramos con un apartamento francamente bien equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia de lo más agradable posible, de hecho, María nos dejó en la nevera una botella de agua como cortesía, lo cuál nos hizo ver que no pierden detalle con tal de hacernos sentir como en casa.
En las fechas que fuimos nos pilló una ola de calor, pero gracias al aire acondicionado estuvimos de lo más a gusto, además, en la habitación hay un ventilador de techo que se agradece mucho para hacer más llevaderas las noches calurosas típicas de Valencia.
Lo mejor del apartamento es que se puede disfrutar de un gran desayuno en el balcón gracias al sol que llega por la mañana solo durante unas pocas horas, aunque si lo que se busca es intimidad, quizás sea mejor opción desayunar en el comedor del salón.
De la ubicación decir que es muy buena. Todo está a un paseíto, tanto supermercados como los monumentos más emblemáticos de "Ciutat Vella", lo cuál hace que no sea necesario depender ni de metro, ni de buses. Desde luego que para recorrerse todo el corazón de Valencia es, sin lugar a dudas, un apartamento más que idóneo.
Algo que nos encantó fue la posibilidad que tal ubicación ofrece para ir al Mercado Central a comprar comida. Allí disponen de productos frescos de muy alta calidad con los que se puede llegar a comer rico, sano y barato.
Nada más que agradecer enormemente la hospitalidad que han tenido María y Juanjo. De volver a Valencia, repetiremos aquí sin duda!

We loved Valencia!!
The property was really central, with easy access to everywhere, close to the market, eating places and the historical centre. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. It could be a little noisy at night in the living area, but it was a friendly buzz, not loud party people. With the blinds down, and the bedroom door shut, we heard nothing when we were in bed.
Maria, our host, was most friendly and welcoming. We didn't need any guidance while we were there, but I know she would have been helpful if we'd needed anything. We had a pdf for all the basic information that we needed.
We highly recommend this property-and would love to stay again one day Maria y Juanjo!

Maria provides lots of information about the city, restaurants, shops etc so your stay is as easy as possible. Valencia is a wonderful city!
We thourghly enjoyed our 10 night stay in this modern, well equipped, clean apartment. Its location in the historic centre of Valencia allows one to visit the museums, monuments and markets on foot and the number 32 bus, caught 5 minutes away, goes directly to the beach. The apartment overlooks a pedestrian walkway and there are many restaurants close by whose tapas and rices do not disappoint.
Our hosts, Maria and Franco were welcoming, responsive and kind; we really appreciated their attentiveness to ensure we were lodged comfortably. They know Valencia well and provided many helpful tips regarding things to see and do.

The apartment is centrally located and is a good starting point for all the places you like to visit in Valencia. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and has all the amenities you need. For two it has a nice size. Mariá is a very warm hearted host who is always available via WhatsApp and she likes to give you good tips for restaurants, cafes and events. Fabulous apartment with ideal location
We have stayed in a lot of holiday homes and this is one of the best. Very comfortable, equiped with everything we needed and super clean. Maria is amazingly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location is great, but just far enough out to avoid the noise of the center. We will be back for sure!

PERFECTO, MEJOR IMPOSIBLE
El apartamento de María y Juanjo es estupendo. Está recien reformado, y tuvimos la suerte de estrenarlo. El apartamento es precioso, está cuidado cada detalle, no falta de nada, te sientes como en casa (toallas, secador, exprimidor, batidora, cafetera, microondas, tabla de planchar y plancha, vitro, wifi, tele...) La cama es muy cómoda. Los espacios abiertos hacen que sea un lugar muy acogedor y amplio a la vez. Y por supuesto, la situación es inmejorable.
Juanjo y María estuvieron muy atentos para que todo estuviera bien, nos dejaron agua en la nevera y también café, gel, azúcar, lavavajillas...Fueron muy amables con nosotros, incluso nos pasaron una guía de restaurantes de Valencia. Mejor imposible. Si volvemos a Valencia intentaremos que sea aquí. ¡Mil gracias por el trato!
