Absolutely loved this property. Allowed our family to recharge the batteries and reconnect in a vintage style. The hot tub was a nice way to end the day after hitting the slopes.

Very retro and fun. Wish we didn’t have to shovel our own snow. It’s hard on 60 year old ladies. Please attach the top to the coffee table. Almost had a major spill

Baby Boomer remembrance Gold
I loved this place. Reminded me of all my senior relatives in western PA homes and my decorating style until I got married :-). The hot tub is especially nice treat. The deer that live and sleep in the yard and roam the town are a bug bonus. Snooty people might skip this the 70 style, but you would make a mistake. My grown son and his girl friend loved it!

You gotta try the 8 track player
Nice, clean and well maintained house. The Regis cafe is just nextdoor for breakfast, and it's very close to downtown.

Nice get away
This is our second time at the Oasis, the home is just a few blocks from Main Street and 10 blocks away is our 7 year olds favorite playground “the wood park”. We also discovered great hiking trails less than 15 minutes away off of West Fork road.

Straight out of the 70's and not in a good way
This property feels old and is not a place I would recommend.
The carpet is shag carpeting, the appliances are from the 60's or 70's. Our group did not want to use the shower due to it been very filthy. The beds are original and very uncomfortable. On top of it all, they do not provide a TV. Overall I would not reccomend this VRBO

Business mixed with pleasure
This property is as advertised. It is sparkling clean and was much more comfortable than a hotel room. We are in the hospitality business so would just recommend getting comfortable beds. It was two nights of rough sleep. Other than that it was an enjoyable place to stay. Cafe on the corner was delicious.

Great, convenient spot right near downtown Red Lodge
Such a throwback to yesteryear! Really adorable cabin with vintage decoration and everything we needed. Super convenient and close to downtown. Just wish the beds were a bit bigger and comfier, but we got what was advertised, so can't complain too much.

Quick weekend getaway
We loved the retro decoration, excellent location. My husband, 6 year old daughter and I loved this home and dare I saw the fact there isn’t a tv :). We taught the little one checkers, which was so nice. The hot tub was a bonus after long walks and hiking. Thank you for everything

Old, filthy bathroom, needs repair which may or may not be completed.
This is a very old home. The home is clean except fot the bathroom which is filthy. The CARPET in front of the stool is black. The shower has grout missing, black substances lining the tub (mold ?), and what could be an attempt to calk over what could be mold. Everything is very old. Not just the decor, the blankets, bedding, appliances, everything. The manager (or owner), Dan was very nice to visit with on the telephone. However, some items are in need of replacement of repair. One of the bedrooms did not have a light that worked. Not light bulbs that were burned out, no working lighting. At Dan’s suggestion, we scavenged a light from another room to provide light. The garbage disposal does not work. Above the sink is a piece of tape warning “No food in the sink”. Another piece of tape tells you to not use the garbage disposal. We had towels from previous guests still in the bathroom. I contacted Dan when we checked in and informed him that the light did not work in a bedroom hoping it would be fixed. He said, “I will take a look at it after your stay (5 nights)”. We were hoping he would take a look at it or fix it within 24 hrs. I contacted Dan and indicated to him that we would put the dirty towels on the floor in the hallway outside the bathroom door and he could certainly come in and out of the unit while were were staying to repair or replace the nonworking items. Someone picked up the towels to launder them while we were away. No further contact or attemp to fix the items. The signs and tape are not new indicating no food in the sink or garbage disposal does not work. I don’t think we are the first guests to have this experience.

House in Red Lodge Montana, a step back to 50s
The Oasis is a fun step back to the Fifties. Clean, with all the basics. No TV, but the washer and dryer were nice. It’s obviously the owner provides lots of TLC to keep this historic home in great condition. And just a 6-8 minute drive walk to a bustling little town with lots to see and do. And some great new restaurants.

So much better than a hotel!
We stayed at the Oasis last week while in Red Lodge meeting a friend. We decided on renting the house instead of 2 hotel rooms. We had so much more room, and more privacy. The vintage touches were fabulous. Comfortable beds. Great to have a kitchen and refrigerator. An added plus was that we could walk everywhere in town we needed to go. I certainly would recommend to anyone coming to town.

Great Property
This home is a perfect little place to stay in Red Lodge. We will definately come back. It was clean and just as the pictures. The kitchen had more then everything you would need. Realize it is older so you'll need to appreciate that, no TV, but WIFI yes etc... There are actually three little places here that share a yard, it would be a great location for multiple families that wanted to vacation together. Red Lodge is a really neat town. We hope to be back at the Oasis or one of the other properties soon. Thanks Dan!!

Great Property
This place is fun. Great retro 60's decor. Perfect location near one end of downtown. . Double bed was a little tough on me, 6'4", but over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Redlodge Retro
I liked the funky retro furniture. A good price for a 2 bedroom is you overlook the high VRBO charge. Good location close to downtown and next-door to a great breakfast restaurant. The air conditioner didn't work, but we didn't spend much time in the house/

Cool place in Red Lodge
The outside of the house was a bit worn, so I was a little nervous, but the house looked exactly like the photos posted by the owner. He left us some Montana treats (which were very good!) and the house was very comfortable. It was clean and had everything you might need to stay for a while. It was the beginning of July and the house was so cool that we never had to turn on the air conditioning. The Regis Cafe two houses down was amazing for breakfast and we could easily walk downtown. It was a very nice stay.
