The condo was perfect for our ski trip getaway. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the living area was nice and cozy with great views and the location was convenient.

6 of us stayed for 2 nights and it was great. Host is easy to communicate with, condo had everything we needed, and it was overall a very easy process. It is a little out dated but other than that, a great place to stay.

We had the best time! Buffy was super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing vacation. Centrally located to many ski hills, this place has everything you could need to make your stay great. We will definitely be back.

This condo was in a perfect location for where I wanted to be close to relatives we were visiting that lived in Silverthorne. The communication between the owner and myself was extraordinarily good and beyond my expectations. The condo was a perfect size, had very comfortable bedding, and beautiful views of the mountains, the forest, and and Lake Dillon The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate dinnerware and cookware. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to be in this location.

I stayed 9 days here at Buff’s wonderful Condo. It was very comfortable and I really appreciated that it was an end unit, so it had lots of windows and great natural lighting. Great for doing my watercolor painting. Beautiful to watch the afternoon clouds roll in almost every day. My son from Denver joined me for the weekend and we did some hiking. Very fun and lots of photo opportunities! Buff sent me a map of her favorite hike up to a waterfall. We did that hike and it was great! This whole area is spectacular. Well worth a visit. Buff was so good at communicating and her condo had every thing a person would need. I love to cook and found everything I needed for making several delicious meals. Most of the the 9 days I was there by myself, a woman in her late 60’s! The whole time I felt safe and comfortable taking walks by myself. I did do the longer hikes with my son just to be cautious! So, if you are a single gal, go for it!

Stayed a short weekend to get away from Denver. The views were spectacular. We had a short drive to Breck and Keystone for enjoying the outdoors and the rec center onsite got a lot of use from our little one. End unit was quiet and had everything we needed for the stay.

We had a great stay for a March ski trip. The unit is very quite which we enjoyed. Being an end unit, there are lots of windows with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We also appreciated all the artwork in the unit. Made it feel very unique and homey. The club house has a nicely heated pool and great hot tubs that we used several times.

We enjoyed our stay up on the hill for our week of skiing. It’s an easy drive to A Basin & Copper mountain. The Condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our only issue was realizing that our 19 year old son has outgrown a full bed so he was a bit uncomfortable in the bunk room.

We enjoyed so much about this property!
- location was spectacular: amazing views from every window, beautiful hikes right outside our door, easy drive to Keystone/Breck/Copper/Vail
- home was perfect for us: my husband and I stayed for 3 weeks and we had our adult children visit for a weekend, plenty of room for everyone, comfortable beds, natural fireplace with plenty of wood provided, great kitchen and appliances, showers were hot with a lot of water pressure.
- clubhouse was a treat: we enjoyed the hot tubs, sauna, and pool after a day of skiing, our kids played pool, foosball and ping pong, and never crowded - only used by a few people who we enjoyed getting to know.
I cannot say enough about this place! Thanks to the family for sharing their mountain retreat with us!!!

This was a great get-away for our family this summer, to escape the heat of Texas! It certainly felt like home away from home. All the things we wanted to enjoy were within short driving distance; at the same time, the condo had all the amenities that let us do the regular stuff that families do: cook, eat, relax etc. Specially at the end of long days of hiking, white-water rafting etc., we really looked forward to coming back and relaxing.
The condo complex is up in the hills, and offers awesome views: mountain peaks, lakes, blues skies etc. Several great hikes are just within a short stroll. Great towns like Breckenridge, Vail, Frisco etc. within a short drive; and just about an hour on the highway from Denver.
My teenage son really appreciated the guest book in the house with details instructions about everything - like, what to do upon check-in, at check-out etc.! The pots, pans, cutlery etc. were great! Pantry was well stocked. Towels and bed clothes were clean and lovely - what we loved the most! Fans, heaters etc. are plenty. Lots of boards games, books, DVDs. The art work by the owner decorated most of the walls - great originals by the property owner Buff!
We had no problem doing a late checkout; but honestly, we felt like staying longer!!

The unit and clubhouse were a bit dated and pretty clean. Nice view of the mountains. We took the trail right out the front door for a couple 6 mile hikes; one to a great waterfall and the other to the top of Buffalo Mountain. The sauna, pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse felt great after hiking. Not a very private balcony.
In the clubhouse, the pool table and foosball table both need to be replaced. It has a decent shower and lockers. Wish we had brought both tennis rackets and racquetball rackets. Good laundry facilities that only take plastic (credit/debit cards).
Overall the place was as advertised and worked out great for the 4 of us for 4 nights.

July 4th getaway
We were very pleased with the accommodations. It is rare to find a king size bed in a vacation rental, kitchen was well equipped. Linens were clean and ample. Location was excellent, close to all the things we enjoy doing.

Beautiful access to Colorado Gorgeousness
Even though we are Coloradans, we had never spent too much time in this area....and wow! Are we ever glad we did. The condo gave our family such convenient access to amazing hiking. We didn't enjoy the amenities at the clubhouse the way we hoped because they had some unexpected repairs they were making at the time, but the owner did point us in the direction of the town's rec center that had a great pool.
One thing that was just an added bonus (to me) is that many of the lights in the condo are on dimmer switches and with warm light, making it possible to create all kinds of lovely, cozy vibes at night. Overall, we loved this location, the condo was great, and the host was very nice. We'd love to come back.

Perfect Condo for Weekend Getaway
My husband and I spent a lovely weekend in this condo to celebrate our 29th anniversary. Buff was extremely responsive, fun to chat with via text/email, and let us check in as soon as the cleaning crew was done and the place was spotless. Comfy and with great views--just as pictured on the site. Great hiking right outside the door. Easy access to Lake Dillon, the outlets, great restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. Very simple checkout process--no list of 57 tasks to accomplish like in some rentals. You can't go wrong booking this condo.

Good Experience
Overall happy with the room and excellent rate compared to similar places. A lot of the small daily items you need but don't think about. Zip lock bags, foil, cleaning supplies, for starters. Room can get cold (maybe that's just Colorado) But they supply 3 nice portable heaters and wood for the fireplace. And some appliances are slightly outdated like the oven & TV/entertainment system. But that's minor. Everything still works. Lastly very nice club house. A short walk or (in those temps) we took the 60sec. drive to the next building over.

Very nice place.
We loved our stay. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I wish we had had a deck of cards though. I usually travel with dice and cards, but left them at home. Lovely place and would recommend it to my friends!

Fantastic views, quiet, comfortable, clean - everything we were looking for!
Buff answered all of my questions promptly - it was like chatting with an old friend! When I told her we liked to hike, she included a hand drawn map of a hiking trail just steps from "our" doorway. We had everything we needed for a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend.
It was an easy drive to the property which was well-maintained and cared for. We have already recommended this place to friends!

Quiet with wonderful views!
This is a corner unit and it was SO QUIET: A wonderful relief from the city! We could see the Gore Range from the picture window in the living room. The unit is comfortable (very comfortable King Bed in the Master) and felt like home. An added benefit was the beautiful artwork throughout - such lovely touches! The owner was an excellent communicator and quite attentive. Really appreciate that! We hope to come back again!
