About this house rental
Rated FIVE STAR by young families, couples, grand parent, triathletes, divers and everyone in between! Our villa is Just one street back from the crystal clear waters of Orion Beach. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing we are the place for you. Just a hop and a skip from multiple, pristine, white sandy beaches, our holiday home is a great place to relax and unwind! In just a few steps ( we count 50) you are on the quietly secluded Orion beach. Sometimes we stay here all day! You can walk for miles on the sand or paved area above the beaches of Jervis Bay.
We have been hosting guests and families since October 2018. It has been amazing to get so many positive reviews. Thank You!
Renovated throughout, our unit is one in a row of four single story villas. It has a fresh, clean finish and is bathed in natural light. The main bathroom has a large walk in shower, a European laundry, heaps of storage and fluffy towels. No need to queue for the loo, we added a second!
The deck is a great space for meals and is complete with a built in bench, tables, chairs, BBQ with wok burner and even a planted herb garden.
There is plenty of room in the twin room and the beds are big enough for adults to get a good nights sleep. All bedding and sheets are provided. This room now has a split system aircon/heating great for cool Winter night with warm bedding for the cool nights.
We are able to provide a baby bath, high chair and a child toilet seat.
Unfortunately a portacot is NOT available, due to the covid19 .
The Queen room and its super comfy bed looks over the garden and has a privacy blind which let the light in but no one can see in. There are block outs too. All bedding and sheets are provided. Winter dona, extra blanket and a heater for the cool nights.
A lovely kitchen with stone benches, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave and a great selection of cook/tableware is provided. The Dining area seats 6 and is a great place if you need to work on a lap top. Free Internet is now available. .
There is a selection of seating to watch the TV when the sun goes down! Books to read and activities to play. Blankets and a heater to keep you warm too.
Access is via steps leading to a balcony, this is a great spot for a sheltered, sunny cuppa!
The side grassed area allows access to the back entrance of the house if you need to avoid steps. We are working on a disabled ramp on to the deck.
Vincentia village is a 10min walk on the path which is quite flat along the local road or along the beach path. The beach path is paved all the way but has quite a steep rise leading to the local shops. There are a few coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bike hire, hairdresser, boutiques and a main super market. Huskisson is a 5k walk or 10mins in the car. If you sign up as a member of the RSL you can travel on the free bus to Huskisson. https://clubjervisbay.com.au/courtesy-bus/

The house is comfortable and with good provisioning; a pleasant walk and/or short drive to some very good takeaways, or shops (Woolies, Aldi, a decent butcher). We stayed for a week, so took advantage of the clean and maintained kitchen to do some home cooking. The beds were comfy, the shower amazingly spacious.
Add to that the very short walk to Orion beach (quite small but secluded) - perfect place to read, play a bit of shakuhachi, and just listen: A very restorative location!
Jackie, the owner, was also fabulous; kind and considerate, responsive, and respectful.
Perfectly placed for driving to other activities or beaches in Jervis Bay, but also with some very close options if you're feeling lazy and don't want to take half a day to just relax!

We needed accommodation for just one night, so we could attend a 60th birthday party in Vincentia. The villa ticked all our boxes. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Although there was only one bathroom it had a second toilet which was great, as there were three of us staying overnight.
The only point to take into consideration if you have mobility problems is the steps up to the front door and also the step from the verandah into the house is a bigger step up than normal. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what I needed

We recently spent 6 nights at Vincentia and found the location to be perfect for exploring the 100 different beach locations in the South Coast. It is located only a 7 minute drive to Hyams Beach and a 2 minute walk to the secluded beach down the road.
The house is exceptional clean and well maintained. The host Jackie is amazing an extremely helpful. She had also thought about all the little extras in the house that made our stay that little bit more special. Would highly recommend this house for that summer vacay.

Enjoyed this property, clean and easy to navigate to. Close to beach. Little bit of distance out of town 5km as we did not have a car and had to walk. However if you have a vehicle it would not be an issue and is in a good area. We would definitely recommend.

Absolutely faultless accommodation. The unit was very clean and well appointed and practical.
Our host Jackie had obviously put alot of thought into making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need.
The unit was well stocked with all of the essentials, as well as thoughtful extras like, basic cooking staples, a supply of coffee pods, more than just the basic kitchen utensils for any dish you want to prepare, extra towels and the list goes on.
Jackie’s communication was great. She made sure we had everything we needed and she was very reasonable with a request that we made prior to our arrival.
I highly recommend this accommodation. My wife and I will be back as soon as we can!

Perfect location
We had such a perfect stay for a week in this apartment. Was in the best location. Quick walk to the beach for a morning swim and shops to grab a coffee also a nice easy walk. The apartment was so quiet, all the residents in the block are lovely and friendly. We are already looking to rebook for next year. Would highly recommend. Thanks you.

Amazing Holiday
We had absolutely amazing time and the property was exactly what we needed. Clean, well equipped, great location, quiet and super relaxing neighborhood, 1 minute to the shops, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Amazing, newly renovated and super clean townhouse with all the little unexpected extras that made our stay amazing. The property owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The property is located just a stone throw away from the most pristine beaches of Jervis Bay.

Perfect holiday rental
We loved the location, just a few minutes from Orion beach with access to the walking path to Huskisson and Hyams Beach
This villa is light and bright, with a cross breeze from having the front and back doors open as well as the windows on the side keeping us cool on the hot days.
The beds were comfortable and the large table meant we had plenty of space to complete a jigsaw as well as eat our meals.
Kitchen had everything we needed to entertain at home, including ice trays for our afternoon G&Ts.
We felt very at home and were sad to leave after 8 days in this lovely holiday house.
Thank you Jackie for providing such a wonderful place to escape to from the city.
