Located in the heart of downtown Missoula in the historic Wilma Building, this updated sixth floor studio condo is all yours! It's a corner unit with five large windows offering views of mountains and downtown. A quick walk to food, drink, coffee, concerts, farmer's market (literally right out the door), the art museum, carousel and Clark Fork River.

This recently renovated condo is clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area and epic views.

It’s a studio space with one queen-sized bed and one twin sleeper sofa (see photos). Ideal for singles and couples but the sleeper sofa allows for a squeeze of one more.

Included: locally roasted coffee (and cream + sugar!) and assorted teas.

Updated kitchen includes mini fridge and cooktop, toaster oven, microwave.

The TV swivels to be visible from the built in elevated bed or the sitting area. Cable tv and WiFi are included. At the base of the bed, a custom, large fold down desk serves as a great work space.

The Wilma is an iconic downtown building built in 1921, located on the Clark Fork River. Take the elevator or stairs down to the ground floor to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the in-house restaurant Scotty’s Table or walk a block to a host of wonderful restaurants. The Saturday Farmer’s Market is just out the door.

This location is a hop, skip and jump away from everything including Caras Park, Kim Williams Trail, the University of Montana, Missoula Art Museum and more.

You’ll have your own parking space and your stay will be private. We know Missoula well and live just a few miles away from the condo; we are available for any questions or suggestions!

It’s a nice unit with great views and comfortable bed. If I lived in it, I’d replace the windows with ones that were better-insulated. I’d also try to put vent into the bathroom. Then it would be perfect.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Wilma Studio. Everything one needs is there. We really enjoyed the river walk, hiking and dining. Well appointed unit & accommodations. Perfect for two but could squeeze three. We’ll be back!

Well appointed. Beautifully decorated. Great for a short trip in Missoula. Nice location right at the river. We loved being in a historic building, but this rental feels brand new. Parking / entry situation was a little confusing, but once we were in, it was perfect. Would 100% ise this ine again.

This historic apartment is centrally located and has everything you need for a few nights. The elevator is a bit of an adventure with the code feature but it was also kind of fun. I would stay here again!

I absolutely fell in love with this vrbo! I wanted to stay for days and days. The owners have an eye for design and hospitality and they hit it out of the park. The cutest place ever in the best location!! My only advise for future guests is to truly read through the instructions they send beforehand with the link. We didn’t do it until we got there and there is a lot of info to take in regarding where to park and how to get in. Once you read it, it’s easy! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The only quibble I have is that the first check-in codes I was sent were incorrect, so I was glad that I thought to recheck my email on my phone, where the new ones were. Once we figured that out, everything else was great. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of helpful notes left on where things were and how to use the Moka pot for coffee. I'd stay here again.

Nicole’s apartment in the historic Wilma building is incredible!!! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay in Missoula. The location is unbeatable - EVERYTHING is in walking distance on both sides of the Higgins bridge, and we enjoyed a beautiful stroll to UM campus to hike the M and back and it was a totally ideal way to start the morning. The apartment itself is so clean, nicely decorated, and SO FULL OF LIGHT with gorgeous mountain and downtown views! The hardest part was getting out of bed because the bed and bedding were soooo comfortable, and we loved the bedside window that we slept with ajar for such a lovely mountain air breeze. Nicole’s checkin directions were so explicit and the cute little clipboards of instructions around the house and welcome manual pdf made sure we were always clear on how to do anything and everything. Nicole was so kind and friendly and we will absolutely look to stay here again the next time we come back to Montana.

Great stay and perfect location. While the parking is a bit complicated the instructions provided (with photos!) made it feel simple. So many great bars and restaurants within walking distance you almost don’t need a car anyhow. And having the farmers market just outside your door (on Saturdays) is cool!

I scored this gem last minute! I traveled to Missoula for a concert at the Wilma, so being able to stay right above the venue was AMAZING. I was very happy to see that the housing above the Wilma is all code/ key entry only so very safe! Close to so many restaurants, stores and the river is steps away. I want to score this place again! Couple tips- I traveled alone and the directions to parking/entry was a little confusing so make sure you read it over a few times if your traveling alone! But not that big of a deal. One of my favorite stays! Thank you so much!

The Wilma Digs is great! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved being downtown.When visiting other communities, we enjoy staying downtown so that we are in walking distance of restaurants, entertainment and local culture. We saw a concert at The Top Hat and it was just around the corner. We visited several of the local bars and restaurants, again, all within walking distance. As mentioned in other reviews, the parking is a little confusing. But Nicole gave great directions and we had no problem. The Wilma in general is a wonderful property. Very clean and well maintained. We met the neighbor when arriving and he was friendly and offered help. I appreciate the security of The Wilma. The apartment is heated with radiant heat. We were a little warm so just turned down heat and opened the window a crack. This worked very well. My only suggestion is to offer different bed pillow options. The pillows were very flat and quite hard. But that was the only suggestion.

My husband and I are Missoulians and decided to treat ourselves to a night at the Wilma for our anniversary. We found the space cozy, clean, wonderfully decorated with lovely views. The bed was comfy and fit perfectly in a snug nook. I recognized much of the artwork from local artists whom I love. We were there on a concert night, it can get a little noisy, but not too bad and not too late (and ear plugs are provided). It felt like a vacation, even though we were close to home!

Beautiful views of Missoula, the river, mountains. Clean and very cozy/comfortable. Logistics of getting the key, elevator code, and parking are a little tricky but once you figure it out no biggie and well worth the accommodations. Sleeper sofa is a great addition for another bed, and the bed is very comfortable. Property manager very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic stay in Downtown Missoula!

Absolutely loved staying in this condo above the Wilma Theatre in downtown Missoula. This building is full of character and is well maintained. The location can’t be beat! Many great restaurants, brewpubs and shops are a very short walk away. Caras Park is right outside. We walked out of the building on Saturday morning and found ourselves in the middle of an amazing Farmer’s Market. The condo was perfect for the two of us. The bed and sitting area are both comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed including fresh ground coffee and cream. Loved all the windows and the views of the river and mountains. My only suggestion would be to add better directions to get to the parking area under the bridge. Once we were there, the directions were great. We would definitely return to Missoula and stay at the cute little condo called Wilma Digs. Thanks Nicole for being such a great host.
