Lovely 2BR/1Bath home, just a few steps from the beach. Close to Restaurants and local specialty stores. Kitchen remodeled and upgraded appliances. Dining table for 6. Great location!!! Only a few homes from the BEACH!! Close to restaurants, shops , Riverside Theater and constant local community events held on weekends and throughout the season.

This was a comfortable small two bedroom house. It as just myself and partner so we used the second bedroom as our changing room. Two couples could stay here but it would be cozy and you better like one another. This is currently run by a real estate company and so after booking I was contacted to sign/initial a long contract. There was nothing odd in the contents of the contract, just there policy to have everyone who rents fill one out (more designed for long term rentals). One minor hiccup during checkin was the key was not in the lock box, but we arrived right before the office closed (at 5:30 pm) and they were very responsive sorting that out. Location is a short walk to South Beach which is wonderful. There is 1 bike which was a hybrid in good shape and there was a bike pump on shelf in garage. Having the bike was nice and my partner does not ride but I think when there are two of you that would like to go on a ride having one might be worse then none! Its about 2 miles in to the beach shopping area and where most of the restraurants/shops are on island so most will want to drive to that. You can do that staying completely off major roads. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning works well and is not loud. Outdoor shower (we did not use but checked and it worked). Just off Causeway Blvd (road you come over from mainland on 17th street bridge = Lee Loy bridge) but it was very quite location. Overall great place and as advertised.

It was within walking distance to the beach and some local restaurants. The shops and grocery store was within minutes from our location when driving. The owner communicated well with me and told me about some great things happening while staying there.

Location to beach was wonderful. Got to property and it wasn’t cleaned, couldn’t reach, agent or anyone in the office for awhile. Cleaners finally came and did a good job cleaning. There is mold everywhere on the exterior of the building. Property is not well stocked as they claim. Agent did bring over 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper and refunded us $87.50 which is half of the cleaning fee Lock box was broken so I texted agent we would leave key on counter and she responded rudely that she was unaware, when I told her I had informed her office upon our arrival she never even responded. I have stayed in many Vrbo properties and never have any been so poorly stocked, unclean upon arrival or a property agent been so difficult to reach and rude.

Perfect location for a beautiful ocean getaway!! The description and pictures don't do this property justice. We were so sad to leave that we're already planning our next stay here! We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood. The beach is literally a 2 minute stroll away from the front door. We absolutely loved our stay and can't recommend this property enough.

A cozy cottage under the oaks walking distance to Vero’s south beach. A bit of old Florida complete with terrazzo floors and pine paneling in a no nonsense neighborhood without the gated community artifice.

What a GREAT place!
•My husband and I met so many nice people walking by as we sat out for coffee in the morning.
•Walked barefoot to the beach.
•Just a mile + to all the wonderful restaurants and shopping on Ocean Drive.
•Close enough to all the golf courses we frequented.
•Perfect place to stay.
(Shouldn’t be writing such a rave review so you guys don’t jump on it because we wish we could book it every year but it’s even already taken for next year 😂)

I absolutely loved this quaint little old Florida beach house. It had everything we needed to live like we were in our own home. It was very clean and the location was great. I loved the outdoor shower! Definitely would rent again!

Perfect for us!
We had a lovely stay at the beach cottage. We especially enjoyed out short jaunt to the beach for sunrise walks. There is a great pizza shack within short walking distance. I had to work during the day therefore having the ability to hard wire to access the internet was extremely important. We struggled a bit with the TV--a little complicated and the directions in the book seemed insufficient. For check out, we could not open the lockbox but were able to lock the keys in the garage and communicate with the property manager. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful location and house
We spent a week here and all of the furniture and appliances are new. 3 large screen TV in house but the remote in the living room doesn’t work. Would definitely stay here again,

Excellent location being 1 block from south beach. Well stocked kitchen. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Great to have garage to store bikes and chairs. Cottage is well stocked with bath and beach towels, soap, paper towels, storage bags, beach chairs, boggie boards, skim board, beach umbrella, games etc.

Great Spring Break 2021
We just wanted to spend time at the beach...relaxing, reading, swimming. This property was perfect! Well equipped for the beach (they had chairs, beach towels and umbrellas) beach is literally a 10-15 minute walk to public beach w/ bathrooms & outdoor showers. There are 3-4 restaurants w/in walking distance as well as a 7-11. House is cute w/ hint of old Florida beach vibe. Beds/furniture were very comfortable. Loved the simple house guide (not a million pages w/ detailed rules). Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. Washer/dryer in the garage and an outdoor shower that as very convenient. Ate out on the patio area most nights - to fully enjoy the beautiful weather.

Vero Trip
The good stuff first...the location was great, two minute walk to beautiful South Beach, restaurants, and very close proximity to Ocean Drive area. Otherwise, the rest was not so good. When we arrived on Saturday, it looked to my wife and I that very little housekeeping had been done prior to our arrival, mostly in the bedroom. It looked like the bed had not been made...no bedspread, pillows piled up on a chair with no pillowcases on, most likely dirty sheets with what looked like pet hair on them, no real bath towels. We texted the property manager who was very apologetic and promised some action. Unfortunately, the action occurred too late. A bag of clean items (but no clean sheets) eventually arrived four days later after the majority of our stay had been completed. This was an unacceptable response. Hopefully, this was a one-time occurence and will be corrected for future tenants.

Wonderful Beach House
We had a wonderful stay here. The house is 340 steps away from the beautiful beach. We wanted to avoid the park because of COVID. To access the beach, we walked down Ocean and crossed the street and used the trail directly across the street form the pizza place. It is super easy to go back and forth all day. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Our beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our dogs enjoyed walking in the warm weather multiple times a day. Thank you for having us. We hope to stay again.

Perfect Summer
My husband, 2 kids, & our bulldog stayed almost 2 weeks here. I wish I could’ve stayed the summer. The house was small & cute and perfect for a beach vacation. It’s 1 block to my fav beach in Vero. I would love to stay again.

Really nice stay
As advertised. Husband and I stayed for about three weeks in January. The cottage was nicely remodeled and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, king bed very comfortable, though clothes closets very small. Location is great— one block walk to the public beach and several restaurants. Only nuisance was that we were required to sign a lengthy “rental agreement” before gaining access to the property. Nothing mentioned about this prior to our submitting payment.

Could live here!
Cozy little cottage, with a couple min walk down to a beautiful beach. Everything you could need in the kitchen and one of the most well stocked homes we’ve stayed in. Parks, farmers market, shops and restaurants all close by. Would love to stay again!...and or live there permanently!

Spacious, charming, tastefully decorated, upgraded , all necessities and more
The flowers and trees were lovely as was the sound of a delicate wind chime. Neighborhood very quiet and friendly. Perfect spot just off Ocean Ave. Which is a delight to walk. Beach parking is free and less than a 10 minute walk. Within walking distance of two very good restaurants..one called Di Mare with excellent food..early bird meal and price can't be best. This is certainly a do over.

Amazing!
This place is incredible! Everything that we could possibly need was provided – just had to get food. It was immaculately clean, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated The plants surrounding the house made it feel like home and some of the flowers were even blooming while we were there. The location is wonderful, just a few houses down from the beach and conveniently located near delicious South Beach Pizza! The fishing was great and the beach was awesome and clean. The only thing wrong with this place is that I don’t get to live there year-round LOL. I highly recommend this Cozy Cottage!

Cute little house
Location is great 4 houses to the beach.Brand new kitchen and bathroom. With a few tweaks this could be the best value on the Island. Everything was top quality from the linens to the cookware. The property manager was easy to work with.
