Outstanding value

Sebastian (the host) is a super nice guy and makes sure the guests feel comfortable at his place. The personal who works with him is friendly and hospitable. Daily housekeeping and daily bottled water refil makes the outstanding value in terms of the cost vs quality.

If you are coming by car you will be challenged to get in with the narrow driveway packed with motorbikes. Our windows were ovelooking the courtyard and at night it converts into a place where everyone has a chit-chat. Heated by the atmosphere of the Patong and the vapors of substances, they do not stop talking until 1-2am which made it quite hard for us to have a decent sleep a few times during our stay. Cutlery and dishes were not clean. Even though there was a kitchenette, we had to buy a knife to clean the fruits.

I recently stayed at the Villa Residence Hotel in Patong, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect—close to everything yet far enough from the noise to provide a peaceful retreat. The facilities are exactly as depicted on the website, with a well-maintained swimming pool and a steam room. This family-owned business truly stands out due to its incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Nim and Natcha at the bar are both superstars, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Mam and Ning from housekeeping ensure the rooms are impeccably clean. Having visited Patong for years, I can confidently say that Villa Residence Hotel is by far my favorite place to stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay way fantastic, easy and recommend to others.

Sebastian, one of the hosts, could not have been a nicer and more helpful gentleman. He didn’t check us in, but made sure to introduce himself when he saw us next. The rooms had good A/C and were large enough for us to spread out. It was also a great location. Lots around to eat, drink and a quick distance to the beach.

The only thing we had difficulty with was the restroom. The toilet, sink and shower are all in one small room. So when you shower everything in the room gets wet.

Solo traveller leisure

Room was cleaned every day new bedding changed regularly, the owner Sabastian was very professional any issue was sorted out same day, found bed to be uncomfortable but Sabastion arranged for a topper to make it more comfortable which worked a treat, thanks for the hospitality

A microwave would have been handy, but the 7-11 shop just outside the villa sold snack food which could be warmed up,

Outstanding resort with an exceptional host.

During our 8-day stay at the hotel, we had an exceptional experience, thanks to our host, Seb. He treated us like family, assisting us in booking tours, renting a scooter, and providing valuable suggestions for nearby attractions. Seb also guided us to excellent breakfast and lunch spots, making our dining experiences enjoyable. No matter what we needed, he was always there to help. Our stay wouldn't have been as delightful without Seb. The resort's location is ideal, and to top it off, we even enjoyed a complimentary sauna! :)

Stan niektórych mebli Czystość Jest bardzo głośno więc slychac wszystko co sie dzieje na polu. Dla nas to nie był problem ale z dzieckiem nie zalecam. Plaża 25min spacerem

Убираются каждый день, постельное меняют через день, сейф бесплатный, есть возможность арендовать байк прямо в гостишке. Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый.

The hotel has everything, a bar, restaurant, pool, bikes, not far from Patong beach

There was too much disturbance a night we were to check out, it was too loud, morning too had the same issue, could not sleep

Nice but noisy

The pool was nice, Sebastian was lovely and it was walking distance to everywhere which was good.

The noise was just too much for us. Music from bars up and down the street until the early hours, the constant noise of scooters just meant no sleep. The villa needs a good facelift, tiles are coming off the wall and it's annoying having a wet room which gets everything wet. Sebastian is working to get the villas up to scratch but it will take a while.

Great Value for money

Super helpful owner. Really quiet! Great AC Showers to use after checkout. The price for CNY was very cheap

For me the stay was great. You may not like the distance from the beach or main street, approx 20mins walk. The room is not the most modern, water pressure not amazing, but for the price bracket this is a great hotel and I would stay again.

Stephens holiday to patong

Sebastien and his wife and family were very nice and very helpful and couldnt do any more to make my stay here good.i would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to patong
