My stay was lovely and pleasant.

The staff was great except when I arrived . The valet service was not great the guy was very nasty and send me off to do my own parking at the garage I ended it up lost for 6 minutes around the resort . It was dark and the directions were not that great. The rest of my stay I had no problems. Restaurants are great , casino is in there and shopping is all in . I absolutely love it. The parking is 10 dollars per night . The pool is beautiful and I would go back certainly.

The staff for the Valet need to practice more customer service

I enjoyed my stay as usual.

The Borgata is in a good location that gives good views of the city. I've never had any issues with how clean the hotel is. The rooms are of decent size.

There's nothing of wow value. When compared to other casino hotels its comparable and doesn't have that one thing it's really known for. It's just a good hotel amongst a few but with a superior location.

Very enjoyable

Coffee at buffet was great. Food excellent. Loved juice bar downstaires. Wish wine bar had more seating and privacy.

Wine bar could have had more seating. Check-in said wasn't until 4pm, but many checked in earlier. Wish we knew that was an option. We walked around for hours to kill time.

Gambling Weekend!!

Very nice rooms and great staff great resturants. Clean and looks like a casino and not run down like a lot of casinos are getting.

A wonderful day 1st time experience

Room was super clean. Staff were awesome.

Only downfall which I should have told the waiter at Angelina’s that the chicken parm was over cooked and linguini was under cooked. Left that on their survey and heard nothing back. So what is the point of a survey.

I was disappointed in my stay this time. Wasn’t up to the usual standards of Borgota

Pool was dirty at water club section. Also. It was the Air Show going on and hotel was packed. They should have had all their restaurants open

casino had lots of products though was disappointed we couldn't become members without the use of our passports

Disappointing

Pool and gym not for people less than 21. Why? My teen children were looking forward to the pool and we were all disappointed when told they could not go by your staff (even while being accompanied by adults)

fantastic experience very relaxing and a fun way to get lucky and win.

yes many opportunities to grow as visitors iam new to the membership of casino goers will return in the future, lot of fun. very friendly and helpful staff.

I like it all not much bad things. everything is at a cost. not much to splurge on, the food was a bit pricey. no live music unless is a special concert. many seniors . at one point a lady fell and the only help was security guard at the time. with that many seniors in one place all night, their should be a ready team available.

It was nice, but for what we were paying it wasn’t worth it.

It wasn’t very clean. I notified staff about finding human feces in the pool’s shower and i witnessed how they didn’t address it, and laughed it off. The room’s hallway smelled like cigarettes, and we found the clothes of someone who had been staying in our room previously.

I just wanted to get away for a day or 2 and relax. I love the fresh white sheets in the rooms

Clean and smelled fresh. The big windows were beautiful but the view was horrible

There was no microwave. No room service after 10 i think. I wish there was a better view.

I would look to other venues first.

Upper seating is constructed staging, meaning not a theater. Building away from the boardwalk. Building, furniture & fixtures dated. Shopping is EXTREMELY limited. Compared with Cruise, Mohegan Sun and Makati PH, this is comparable very low.
