This spacious duplex is oceanfront on the first level of the house. Beach access is only steps away. The Tybee Pier and Pavilion, and the Tybee Marine Science Center, shops and restaurants are only two short blocks away.
All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The views of the ocean were wonderful, and we had a great time on the deck each night. The layout of the property was perfect for us as we had a baby with us. The only negative was that there were almost no disposable items that one usually finds in a VRBO (coffee filters, kleenex, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). So bring your own, and you should be good!

This property was everything we wanted for our beach stay! It was clean and very spacious for the 9 of us. Plenty of beds and showers. We loved being able to sit out on the front deck in the evenings and see the water. We couldn't have asked for a better location! The best on the island in our opinion! Just steps away from the ocean:) Walking to all the cute shops and eating places was just an easy stroll up a few blocks! We would very highly recommend this property! It was perfection!

Easy check in perfect location. My sister's and my 2nd visit and will be returning. Only 2 issues floor s needed a good sweeping and mopping. Animal hair and sandy or dirty floors. No.deck lights at all. Door too old and looks as it's been pried open at the lock too many times. Had a hard time open and closing even with the code. It really need fixing

location is one of the best at Tybee Island, south beach just across the street. Quiet, well kept. House has all a family needs, kitchen still needs some upkeep, or maintenance. One queen mattress needs to be replaced, but all in all, we enjoyed the house and location so much.

Awesome memories made!
This house and location/view of the ocean would be the envy of anyone on the Island! My husband and I booked the house for us and our two adult sons and daughter-in-laws and it was incredibly spacious! We enjoyed great weather, beach life and game nights at a large table perfect for the six of us! Upgrades on the showers and fridge would help and a major storm occurred one night with leaky windows. however we would definitely book again!

The location of this house to the beach is key. It was great with the large group we had to get all our stuff down to the beach. The access to convenient places around us was nice also. Plenty of space and great views.

Worth Every Single Dime!!!
There were eight adults and one 15-month old infant that stayed at this property during our stay. There was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We had an issue with the refrigerator the day we checked in but as soon as we called, they sent a repairman out to us instantly... and by instantly I mean there was someone there within minutes to take care of us. The property is located in the most convenient area... just steps from the beach. It is walking distance to the large pier and SEVERAL shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here in our future. We would all recommend this property to anyone. It was well worth every cent paid towards our stay.

I am known as a clean freak, so I am very picky about cleanliness, please keep that in mind. First impressions was the surfaces were clean, but I ran my hand across the counters and they were gritty. My 9 month old granddaughter was with us, we swept the floors and rugs and were shocked the amount of dirt left behind. The dog hair was disgusting(we thought there were no animals allowed. Also, the amount of sand underneath the rugs filled the dustpan. Bathrooms were cleaned but mold was starting to grow in tubs and showers.Positives: Kitchen well stocked Refrigerator spotlessInside stove spotlessCeiling fans spotless (which impressed me)Furniture was in excellent shape-looked newAll bedding was spotlessRooms spaciousBlinds on windows were very clean which was impressiveThey do ask to make sure all dishes are clean before you leave which is great in theory but every single dish I took out had food and dirt on it. Location, Location, LOCATION
This place was PERFECT! Right on the corner with THE BEST VIEW on the whole beach! Just a little walk to the coffee shop, downtown Tybee for resturants, shopping, or the pier. It felt like a cozy home! 4 bedrooms total, 2 of those rooms had 2 beds in each; one with 2 twin beds, and 1 with 2 full beds. We had 4 adults (2 couples) and six kids. They all fit perfectly! 3 bathrooms were convenient and we stayed in and cooked most nights in the kitchen. Everything was ABSOLUTELY LOVELY, relaxing, and wonderful!

It was a bit loud outside on the weekend from traffic and pedestrians, but the rest of the week was super peaceful. You can hear footsteps throughout the day from the upstairs unit. I could hear the tv and music as well. It never kept us awake. Kitchen has everything you need as far as pots and pans, dishes, and cooking tools. You’ll need all your own spices And condiments. Beds were okay as far as comfort. The pillows were straight shite. Bring your own bed pillows.Otherwise, we loved that we could walk to most of the places we wanted to go. We brought bikes and found nice bike trails. Parking spaces for two cars was generous. It has a fireplace, but you’re not allowed to have a fire. It was too warm for a fire, so it was fine. Just don’t set your heart on having a fire.

Family- 4 retired couples vacating together
This property gave all of us room to be together when we wanted and enough space to do our own thing too. The bedrooms were all very spacious. The beach and ocean were just a few steps away. The views were awesome. We could see ships on the horizon lining up to come in and out of the Savannah River, day & night. We are planning to return in the future.

This property is in excellent condition with the perfect location directly across the road from the beach access and walking distance from shops, restaurants and the pier. We had six adults and six children and the property comfortably sleep everyone. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and look forward to returning!

Wonderful property. Enjoyed our stay. Very large and spacious. Could use a little better cleaning, found debris and bugs along baseboards and pringles under bed in twin room. Had an issue with large ants in the bathroom next to the queen bedroom. Still, it was a great place to stay and would stay here again.

Good house, great location. Would’ve initially been easier to find if the address numbers were labeled on the outside of the house. Very spacious and convenient. Only real downsides were the ants and the back bedroom (with one queen bed) has a strange smell. It has an awesome porch with a view of the beach and excellent people watching.

Thanksgiving on Tybee
Home was perfect size for our large group. There is some cosmetic maintenance that should be taken care of but didn't affect our stay. Only issue during the week was upstairs neighbors decided to hose off his deck while some of us were on ours resulting in us and our stuff getting wet. Overall it was an awesome week and everyone in my group agreed the place was perfect for our needs.
