I married my best friend at this beautiful location and I could have not asked for a better place. The house is beautiful, it accommodated our whole family, the location was perfect and there was plenty of things to do to keep busy for the reminder of the week. The owner, Marisa, was truly amazing! We will definitely be coming back 😊

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this beautiful home. The owners were very generous and allow anything in the home to be used. There were ample bed and bath linens. The property was beautiful and the view of the view of the lake was amazing, especially in the early morning when you could sit and enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rose.

Loved our vacation at this beautiful property. Very private location with fabulous views of Paugus Bay. Our group of 12 family members ranged from 8 to 93. The home was large and never felt crowded. Coffee on the patio every morning was the best. Dining each evening at the large table that seated all of us was so fun. Lots of Adirondack chairs outside to enjoy the lake views. Custom playground for the kids to enjoy. Plenty of parking. Owner was wonderful and responded very quickly if we had any questions. Marisa, the owner even left a welcome basket with all the fixings for Smores. 😀 This is a very exceptional home!

This beautiful lakeside home is even better than the description. We felt like we were in a villa by the sea - with fireworks!
Our family of 8 included four generations and the house accommodated all of us easily and efficiently. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, hanging out by the fire pit, playing corn hole, canoeing across the Bay to get ice cream, and waving to the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad Train as it went by.
Working with Marissa was easy and convenient and her welcome gift to our family was appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. A great time was had by all and we will definitely be coming back.
We can't recommend this home enough!

The property was amazing! The hosts left us little treats for our stay. The view of the lake was stunning. I even heard some Loons during the early morning hours.
We enjoyed the Kayaks and the hot tub. We had a fire in the fire pit each night and enjoyed toasting marshmallows.
We ate breakfast and dinner on the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed.
I have stayed at 4 other Vrbo properties and this was THE BEST!

Great views, hot tub is amazing and great to have multiple firepits. We went in the middle of winter and it was still a great escape from the city (Boston) for the holidays! Owners were excellent with communication and answered out questions immediately.

Three generations of my family stayed at this wonderful property. This included grandparents, two sons and their spouses, and three grandchildren ages 3, 3, and 2.
I can not say enough about the property and the owners. We were in awe at the beauty of the house, especially the views of the lake and the landscaping of the property.
The little ones enjoyed the playground. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, the outside dining, fire pits, and outside loungers. It helped that we had the perfect week weather wise.
The owners were prompt and saw to our every need. Great hosts!! Even as we had questions while we were there, Marisa replied right away.
I would definitely recommend this property and would love to book it again. You will not be disappointed.

This place was even better than we were anticipating. The views from the backyard facing Paugus Bay are truly amazing. Do yourself a favor and get up for a sunrise. The location was also excellent - close to so many amenities. But between the hot tun, fire pits, playground, kayaks and paddle boat you could never leave the property and have a wonderful time. Communication with the host was also excellent and prompt. Highly highly recommend this place!!!

The outdoor dining under the pergola was delightful. Highly recommend this home. The owners were amazing and responsive to us from the time we arrived until we left. Thank you Brian and Marisa!!

Fantastic lakeside getaway
Our stay here was awesome! We were welcomed with a wonderful s'mores basket which was perfect for the firepits. The backyard is set up for you to do as much - or as little - as you choose. We enjoyed a mix of relaxing on the Adirondack chairs and waving to the trains, hanging out at 2 of the 3 fire pits, chilling in the gazebo, and being just a few minutes from all the fun activities the area has to offer. The bedrooms were welcoming and comfy, and the kitchen and living spaces made us feel right at home. We are already looking forward to booking again!

Amazing property and stay
We 110% enjoyed our stay in Laconia. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room, great kitchen and common areas for the group to hang out, very clean & comfortable. The jacuzzi was the kids' favorite.
The property is beautiful and provides a lot of privacy. Only a 20 minute drive to Gunstock where we skied on almost every day of our weeklong vacation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Thanks for having us!

Week in paradise!
This property is highly recommended! The home is well equipped, we were not wanting for anything.
We did have one small issue involving viewing football games on Sunday via the local stations. The owners quickly remedied the situation by renewing the subscription to cable TV which would allow us to watch the games, mind you they offered more than 6 streaming apps., more than anyone would want!
Great home, wonderful hosts!

Anniversary Getaway
Beautiful house and property and very quiet and secluded, although you could see houses across the lake from the back yard. There is a tourist train that passes right by the property a few times a day, but with the train whistle there is plenty of warning and it really doesn't interfere with the feeling of privacy. We loved sitting outside for all our meals and just staring out at the lake. Wish we were back there now. The house itself is immaculate and we felt very at home. The homeowner is very gracious with supplies and everything we might need. They also worked with us to make sure we were compensated when an unforeseen problem arose at the house right before our visit that needed to be fixed during our stay. We've stayed at many VRBO's and this one had the best selection of kayaks and canoes of any we've stayed at. The best part is that they are kept right next to the place where you put them in the water. Usually we have to drag them a ways. Also the outdoor furniture was actually is really nice shape. Often the pics don't match what's there when you get there, but not the case here. The kids would have had a great time too, but seeing as this was an anniversary trip, we left them with grandparents. :)

Lovely home base
We came as a group of siblings and spouses to explore the New England color, small towns and historical places. The property was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. Marisa and Brian were delightful, and communication by text was quick and effective. The views were gorgeous from the house, especially the morning sunshine on the lake. If we were to come in the summer we would want easier access to the water. Overall, a particularly beautiful property that would draw us back again..

Annual Family Trip
We take an annual family trip and this year we decided on Laconia. This house was perfect for our entire family! The kids loved the swing set and bunk beds. There is ample outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the bay and we enjoyed the hot tub. The house is also close to all of the attractions are well; funspot, weirs beach, the boardwalk, and many others!
We really appreciated the s'mores kit and the fully stocked wine fridge.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful getaway at a stunning property!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay- we comfortably fit 7 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 9 months to 8 years. Marisa and Brian have thought of everything- the playground, the extensive options for outdoor seating and dining, the multiple fire pits, the hot tub- we could have made a vacation at the property itself! The views were stunning, and we made great use of the easy water access and the many kayak/canoe options. Centrally located to all area attractions, but extremely private location. House was very well stocked and spotless upon our arrival. Marisa was incredibly responsive to the few questions we had, and communication was great throughout the booking process. We hope to return next year!

Amazing property! Fantastic view!
We stayed here for April vacation and had a great time. The house was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies, board games, books, kayaks... and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The view was stunning and the playground was a total hit for my boys. Would love to go back in the summer months to enjoy the outdoors even more.

A great home in a great location. The kids loved the hot tub and it kept them entrained the whole time we were there. There was a lot to do there even though a lot of place were still closed due to the carona virus. Kayacking was great, the train was fun and the proximity to the beach made it great. it was fun and a pleasurable, relaxing 4 days for all.

Terrific House During Covid
The photos and house description are spot on. Our partial family gathering consisted of 3 different households: 6 adults, an infant, and a 2-year old. The spacious indoors, complemented by expansive outdoor seating, fire pits, and playground equipment, enabled us to practice social distancing while fully enjoying each others' company.

Another Wonderful Time in This Beautiful NH Home
Each year when we come back to New Hampshire, the focal point of our stay is this lovely home. The space, overall, is cozy and spacious enough to accommodate a large group. The roomy kitchen and outdoor grill area allows for something even as mundane as cooking dinner to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience. The landscape is well maintained with beautiful greenery and unmatched views of Lake Winnepesaukee. We especially enjoyed being out on the lake, utilizing the paddle boat/kayaks/canoe provided by the homeowner, as well as dining in the outdoor dining area and relaxing on the cabana and in the hot tub. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
