This was a cute little place. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly people. If I had any suggestions it would be to upgrade the shower. It took me a while to get the right temperature. Otherwise everything was great with a good dog friendly option.

Nice cozy place to stay. Ad is misleading with the sleeps 6 it was difficult with 5. Bathroom has odd layout that makes its awkward. Host was very responsive and great to work with it.

Kevin is by far one of the best hosts I've had. House was very well stocked, it was clean, and most importantly it was comfortable. Great location for being able to go out and about. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great stay!
Great place to stay! Home is clean, tidy, well-maintained and stocked nicely. There's a grassy lawn where we walked our pet. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Convenient, easy parking in the driveway. The owner is wonderful and takes pride in his properties! I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay in the Jefferson area
Other than damage to the bathroom floor, broken tile and damaged subfloor, which made it difficult to walk on the floor directly in front of the toilet the rest of the unit and location met what we were looking for.

I stayed October 20th-October 24th and left the 25th. When we arrived it had a fairly strong dog urine smell. We had to buy cleaner to get rid of the smell. I notified Kevin and he said if what we did wasn't enough he would take care of it. After that initial night, the smell had vanished so it was good. What I liked about this place is: The floors. I do not like carpeting and the laminate flooring was great. I liked the kitchen. This was the most stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental. There was even some can goods in the cupboards. Plenty of pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, small coffee maker, (4 cups only though), coffee filters, spices, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioners, towels, essentially everything you need and more. What I didn't like was the bathroom. It is super small. The toilet is really low to the ground too. If you are short, you will love it. The squeaky beds, just moving around on them makes a lot of noise. The sofa is also super low to the ground and is a little hard to get out of. There is no dishwasher so you will need to wash dishes by hand. But none of those things are big deals to me I just wanted to mention it.It was a little far away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (40 or so minutes) but I knew that going in. But for the price Kevin charges, this is a great place to stay. I would stay again. The neighborhood is super quiet. I like that. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would encourage others to consider staying in this unit. Kevin is quick to respond too. One night the Amazon fire stick stopped working and I called Kevin the next morning and he came out right away with a new one and installed it for me and it worked fine after that. The internet speed there is also good. Thanks Kevin, you have a nice place.

Great location close to Carson-Newman. Neighbors are super nice. House was well furnished. The bathroom is super small and you have to walk all the way in before closing the door then you can’t open it if you are using the potty. The mattresses are comfortable however the box springs in both rooms are super squeaky and we ended up putting the mattress on the floor to sleep. Overall this place was as described and fit what we were needed

Nice quiet neighborhood
We needed a pet friendly place to stay for our family to transition into our new home. It definitely served our needs. Beds are comfy, I hadn't slept so good in a long time. Good water pressure. Owner is great about communicating with the tenant and replies in a timely manner. If I needed a place to stay again, if definitely rent again.
