About this villa rental

Split is known for its beautiful Diocletian Palace, built in the 4th century by Roman emperor Diocletian as his own residence. We recommend you to visit the cathedral of St. Dujam, Perystle, Cellars, the temple of Venus ( Vestibulum ), Egyptian sphinxes dating from 2000 BC, the famous Golden Gate, the mausoleum of the famous Croatian sculptor Ivan Meštrović, etc. Split is not famous only for its cultural heritage but also for its rich nightlife, gastronomy with a lot of excellent restaurants, beautiful pebbles, and sandy beaches. In order to enjoy the beautiful scenery, we suggest you go up to the top of the hill Marjan where you could enjoy a breathtaking view of the whole city of Split. Whereas the town of Trogir is a small, charming town, full of authentic buildings, and charming streets where you can admire the cultural heritage such as St. Lawrence cathedral with the Romanesque portal by master Radovan, city loggia, Kamerlengo Fortress, the Duke palace, small and large Cipiko Palaces and st. Nicolas convent.
The whole property spreads over 1000 square meters and the luxury villa covers an area of 510 square meters. The luxury villa has 5 rooms and 6 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 10 people. The luxury villa Elyzeum consists of three floors; the basement, the ground floor, and the first floor. In the basement, there is a garage and a sauna on disposal for the guests. The villa has an elevator that leads you to the ground floor and first floor which is important for the elders or disabled people. The terrace is the main feature of this beautiful villa where the heated infinity pool found its place. The Sundeck with a swimming pool has a breathtaking view of the nearby islands and infinite blue sky. Here you can relax after a long day on the beach or city walk, drinking a refreshing drink far away from all curious looks. Here, you can also enjoy the beauty of the warm rays of the sun or an amazing sunset.
On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room with a table and chairs, one large bedroom, and a bathroom for guests. The completely equipped kitchen and dining room make the perfect combination of colors and designer furniture. The dining table has a corresponding number of chairs and overlooks the sea and a beautiful terrace with its soft colors. A glass wall separates the kitchen and dining area from the terrace, which also gives a special feeling of privacy. Upstairs you will find a dormitory area with 4 superbly decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with rain showers, connected with the balcony where you will find outdoor sitting furniture for a relaxing and spectacular view.

Lovely spot although road noise bad in outside of property. Housekeeper lovely and a great break near Trojir town. We also had another group turning up who thought they had booked the villa one afternoon.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Villa Elyzeum. The villa is incredibly luxurious, the location fantastic and we were so well looked after by the VIP holiday Booker team. Huge thanks to Smiljana, Jure and the wonderful Katja for looking after us. Complete 5 star experience.

This is a truly luxury holiday villa, for every recommendation. I am free to say that this is one of the best villas we have stayed in for the last 10 years or so. The villa is very modern and spacious. More importantly, the first impression shows that it is very well maintained. Also, during the stay, housemaid Andela came every morning to make up the house, change towels, take out the trash, etc. I felt like we were staying in a super luxury hotel that we have just for us. The kitchen is greatly equipped but we didn't cook at all! On several evenings we had a chef Ivan preparing amazing meals for us and the other days we were visiting amazing restaurants in the area.

The best vacation ever!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Elyzeum this summer. After all the stress due to the pandemic, holidays in Croatia was really what we needed to reset ourselves from the stress. Villa is very spacious and fits bigger groups. There are 5 bedrooms, each of them very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, and free coffee and beer are included! We spent most of the time at the wonderful pool. everything was immaculately clean. The location is also great. Nearby there are several shops and restaurants, and the Trogir and its beautiful old town are short drives away. We didn't have a car, but the taxis were very affordable. The cherry on the top was outstanding service from our VIP Holiday Booker team! I would warmly recommend this villa and the agency to everyone! We are definitely coming back!

An awesome property and happy to say the same thing for Darijo and Smiljana, who couldn't have been more helpful. We loved everything about the place, have already recommended it to 3 sets of friends and will definitely be going back there again. Our only regret is that it was only available for 1 week but having stayed there we can understand why !

Incredible villa, pool, and area. We loved every minute of it. Villa was great with everything you need. It is located close to the old town, with a great number of restaurants and bars. Jure, the villa manager was always available on WhatsApp, he gave us good recommendations for some great restaurants and helped us arrange amazing fishing trip. We decided not to hire a car, which was a good decision, taxis are easy to arrange and affordable The best holidays and we are already planning to return next year.

By far the best villa for luxury retreat

We rented this ultraluxury villa for a family vacation and we highly recommend it. We were five adults and two children, 2-year-old and 8 months old. All pictures, as well as the information of the villa and its surroundings, are accurate. High-end equipment in the kitchen and pool area exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic week here. The villa was peaceful and clean, with all that we needed. The villa manager was lovely, even arriving with some freshly cooked 'fritule' (doughnuts) one day, which the kids loved. Would strongly recommend.

I stayed with my coworkers here in the last week of October. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The villa is stunning, everything is of the top quality, the service staff was very helpful and they were checking up if we need anything regularly. Concierge agent Smiljana helped us arrange a white water rafting tour and zip line above the river, which turned out an unforgettable experience! We also had a chef making a delicious dinner! I would definitely recommend booking this villa and VIP Holiday Booker travel agency. I would definitely use them again!

Very friendly welcome from Jure, who I found very service-oriented, nothing was too much trouble for him! Daily cleaning service was a surprise for us, we thought we will not need this service, but we enjoyed being pampered. The location is ideal, near the beach, restaurants and the historic city of Trogir! Good location to explore the Croatian coast with its beautiful places. We have had an unforgettable holiday here!

We can say this villa is among the best one. The living/dining/open kitchen area is so well furnished and equipped. The modern furniture, high tec accessories, lighting etc make you feel so comfortable, not to forget the coffee machine and last but not least the draft beer dispenser. The electrical barbecue is a plus, we used it almost everyday. All bedrooms are very elegantly furnished with high end features, needless to say all bathroom are very luxurious. Finally the external siting area with its infinity pool were out of this world. We look forward to come again to this amazing place

We had an amazing week at Villa Elyzeum. The house is beautiful, big and has amazing views of the Adraitic Sea from the infinity pool to the bedrooms. The house is very comfortable and easily fits a large family or a group of couples. The home also had many amenities, such as a sauna, workout room, laundry room, spacious bathrooms and closets, open floor plan and two favorites of ours were, the DeLonghi espresso maker and the mini beer kegerator. Our house manager and housekeeper, couldn't have been more accommodating. They were only a text away if we needed anything! They always responded immediately or stopped by the house. The home also had a large garage, which was nice, since it could accommodate our rental van. Villa Elyzeum is very close to Trogir. A quick drive will get you to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. I would highly recommend this gorgeous home!

From initial inquiry about available dates to leaving the villa after our holiday everything was faultless. We had a fabulous one week holiday here. The villa is fantastic, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms are also large. The views are beautiful and we had wonderful weather for October. The pool was warm and we spent a lot of time around the pool and on the sun terrace. Trogir old town is less than 5minutes. We also visited Hvar, the boat trip was arranged through our concierge agent and it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Villa Elyzeum and can't wait to visit Croatia once again.

Wonderful holiday villa

The villa was exactly as advertised and in many ways superior to what we had expected. It was a spacious, light and high-end appointed villa. The pool area and the outdoor dining table were our special places. It was truly a home from home and only a few minutes of walk to the beach, local shops, and restaurants. Even though the restaurants in the area are great, the two evenings we stayed in and cooked by ourselves. The kitchen has all the utensils and cooking equipment for most meals. Darijo was extremely prompt in responding to our queries both before, during and after our holiday. I would definitely visit this villa again or any other properties that Darjo manages.

This is a great property that met our high expecations. The villa is large, had everything we needed and the view is fantastic! A very short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Magnificent and spacious 5 bedroom villa with a large pool. We enjoyed panoramic sea views from our huge master bedroom. My favorite thing was swimming in the pool every morning before breakfast. My husband and I traveled with my parents and a toddler. They provided us a baby cot. There is a spacious elevator in the villa that we used to easily bring the cot down to the ground floor during the day so we could keep the eye on the little one. My parents spent most of the time in the villa while we made several half-day trips. I especially enjoyed visiting Krka Waterfalls, somehow we managed to get there while there were no too many other visitors, which was great with a small kid! I must mention the daily housemaid service. Jelena was very friendly and helped us a lot, she even brought us fresh bread for breakfast!

This a superb villa and we thoroughly enjoyed using it as did the rest of my family. Very spacious and comfortable for all. All rooms were furnished to a high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. Excellent location. You can find a bakery, grocery store, and restaurants within walking distance. To be honest, when arrived, we were concerned because of the road below the villa, but we didn't hear any noise, not from inside and not even from the pool area!

I feel free to say that this villa is the best one we have ever stayed in! In reality, it is better than it looks on photos. The sea views from the pool and from bedrooms are simply stunning! We felt in love with this place in the very first minute since our arrival! I believe it is enough to say that we already booked our spring break here! Everything in this villa is of the top quality from the floor to the ceiling!
