It was unexpected that we would stay for 2 nights. It took half an hour between booking and arrival, yet we were welcomed with open arms. Incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast was also very rich and delicious! Really recommended!!!

A charming and welcoming posada, with a owner that was always smiling.
A truly special property. The property was nearing the end of a full remodel. The best part was the kindness, warmth and friendliness of the owner Pedro. He was there to make suggestions and made me feel truly welcome. The rooms have all been upgraded with all the modern conveniences but they still kept all the charm of a small posada in Argentina. He suggested I go to a Bodega to taste wine. It was less than two miles away. I bought several bottles of a more than decent cabernet. They were 180 peso/ bottle. Translation $3.20 in US dollars!!! The bodega also made artisan jamon, olives, and cheeses, the best I had in Argentina, so a perfect place to pick up supplies for a picnic if you are heading out further into the countryside for more wine tasting. I found the location perfect. But if you are here doing business in downtown San Juan, that is a short drive away. But if you are here to taste wine or bike, etc. it is the perfect place.

Pedro was wonderful on every level. We could not have asked for anything else during our stay. The perfectly timed breakfast, packed up lunch to go and dinner upon return late at night with other guests was outstanding. Truly a trip highlight.

Super friendly owner. We checked in at 11pm after a long drive, and he cooked us dinner!
