Overall it was a very nice stay and rooms were pretty good with all basic amenities.

Location is very near to beach so we have easy access to all restaurants, shacks and clubs.

Light conditions in the room can be improved.

Great Location with Friendly staff We really enjoyed our stay. Love the hospitality. All staff members were amazing and friendly. Housekeeping manager Rajesh was very supportive. Great place to stay with family and hope to visit again soon.

I loved this place directly access to beach, rent bikes and taxi easily available at property restaurants and party areas are walkable staff was very friendly and cooperative they gave us early checkin that was the moment of my trip because I was traveling with my wife and 3 years baby

Pathetic.A BIG NO.waste of money and time

The only thing good about this hotel is you can sleep atleast they provide a bed.otherwise dont fall into the trap of these photos..

From where to start. Ok they r not well stick to their comitment..i speak with them 2 days before my stay that please keep my room ready and clean even after that when i check in i found the ac was not even working.bedsheets were dirty. And when i asked them why its not ready then the hotel guy started argument that its not like that you can not get everything ready at a time. And bla bla..lol he started opening the AC Filters in front of us..after a long discussion he agreed to give us another room.as we deposited all payment one time so we were left with no options. Ok..next thing they even dont have room service or food facilty with them..they have the menu card which you need to order from out side ofcourse in a very high price.. They dont have even basic emenities like a simple soap,or waterbottle in the rooms. In my 3 night stay with my friend ,Not a single day they provided cleaning of my room. Yes the room is nearby beach and you can visit baga beach at a distance of 5-7 minutes walk. Overall the experience with this hotel was pathetic and i would never recommend this property to be choosed for your goa trip. Dont fall for the room photos, If you want to enjoy your goa trip explore more properties and you will definately get the best deal..

Picture showing on the site is not matched with the actual room provided to us. Staff is not all supportive and basic facilities like soap dental kit and towel were also not provided. After reminding several times still basic things are not available to use.

Only one best advantage is it is too near by the Baga beach rest all are poor

The dimension of the room and the attached bathroom

The balcony door was not working , chairs and tables are not cleaned at the balcony I must say the overall balcony was so unhygienic, have to call the staff again and again for the room service and the toilet roll (again very cheap toilet roll) fridge also not working properly, complained abt the door and the fridge bt no one actually cared
