Unique, romantic, fully air-conditioned three-room apartment with 2 balconies and a private large roof terrace. For up to 6 people. On the second floor. Free WiFi. Location in central Torrevieja with only 150 m to the beach in Playa de Los Locos. Here you will find 2 cozy furnished balconies and a large private roof terrace with a dining set for 6 people. Suitable for families and couples. The romantic interior makes it suitable for wedding couples on a honeymoon. If you like golf then this is the perfect golfing paradise, 10 golf courses within the radius of 15-30 km. The property is on the very popular Urbanizacion Plaza Del Sol. It is centrally located in Torrevieja 150 meters from the popular beach Playa los locos. Here it doesn’t feel like you are in a city, Plaza Del Sol is like a lovely oasis in the middle of Torrevieja. The lush pool area has the real grass and large palm trees. When you sit on the roof terrace and look over the rooftops it feels more like being in an old Spanish city. At night it's wonderful to sit on the roof terrace looking at the stars. Why not sleep on the roof terrace on a hot summer night, it is magical to sleep under the moon and stars. The apartment has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with toilet + 1 guest toilet, and 2 charming balconies with pool view and on top of it all a beautiful private roof terrace to sleep under the stars if you wish. The bedrooms are on the third floor. In the first bedroom there is a 150 cm wide double bed, in the second bedroom there are 2 bunk beds accommodating 4 people. The living room has a TV, corner sofa and dining set for 6 people. The kitchen includes a stove, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle. In the laundry/cleaning room there is a washing machine and drying rack. Fully equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The two balconies are equipped with table and chairs. On the roof terrace there are tables / chairs /cushions / blankets/ parasols and two cozy iron day beds. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms and living room / kitchen area for both cooling and heating. The rent also includes Wifi and Tv with Scandinavian and international channels. It’s only 150 meters to the lovely beach Playa de Los Locos (larger part fine sand and a less crowded stony part) and and only 900 meters to the very popular beach Playa del Cura. There are bars, restaurants and grocery stores on the streets just outside. More shopping is within easy walking distance along the seafront promenade. Habaneras Shopping Center is 2.5 km away. 15-minute walk from Torrevieja Bus Terminal (also possible to take a taxi from there), and only a 45-minutes drive from Alicante Airport.

The apartment was close to the beach (los locos) and has a nice swimming pool. New bathroom and releaxed roof terrace. We didn’t need any more to have a great two weeks. Welcome present from the owners and a very nice host that welcomed us!

We stayed for two months and we had a great time. You have a lot of space inside and outside. In summer it would be even much better because there comes no sun in the house or on the balconies. Only on the rooftop you can sit in the sun. The bathroom needs an upgrade but we heard that's what the owners have planned to do. The kitchen is quite new and has everything you need. You're at the beach in two minutes walk! It's the most quiet part so that's great. And it's a nice 10 minutes walk on the boulevard to the more busy part if you want. The bed linen and the couch is a bit dingy. But everything was clean. There's no place for a bike so beware of that if you want to hire one for more than a day. We didn't know (we didn't asked before) so we had to carry one bike two floors upstairs (there's no elevator) to our balcony. A lady downstairs was so kind to let our other bike in the garage but we could only get the bike if she was at home to unlock the door. The contact with the owners of the apparent and the man who does the check in and out was very pleasant. We think it's a great place to stay for anyone!

the apartment was clean. it looks bigger in the photos. The apartment is equipped with all kinds of amenities. The double bed is very small and the mattresses are uncomfortable and are also very thin. The swimming pool is neat, but it is not suitable for children. They are not allowed to play with a ball or on an air mattress, they must play quietly. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. There are many supermarkets nearby, within walking distance. nice boulevard with delicious restaurants. And the center is also nearby.

We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options. Apartment has everything you can think of including bags, inflatables and chairs for the beach. We had one small issue with WiFi which the owners were quick to help us on. The local host was also very accommodating. All in all we had a lovely stay. With a few minor improvements (new bedding, New towels) and a few very minor faults fixed, this could be even better. Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment! We may well return again to enjoy the beautiful weather. John

Great property , great location , just by playa de los locos . Central for everything. My only criticism would be that as a standard across the world , generally, bed sheets and pillow cases are included and expected as part of your booking. It seems totally wrong to try and charge these as extras.

I want to be really honest.. To help others. The property was lovely.. I liked lots... The decor....painting etc.. The ikea sofa.. The roof terrace. The tv channels.. Great wifi.. Shop near by... Loved the swimming pool.. Easy access.... AC was good... Kitchen was awesome.. The security was great.. Iron etc But I wouldn't go back... Because it felt like hard work.. The stairs were to much..2 flights.. The inside apt stairs were to narrow...and a bit difficult ...noisy The roof terrace beds altho comfy.. Required waterproof covers on and off.. They were difficult for me to get on.. The AC had buckets that you had to empty regular...down the toilet.. Really annoying...fearful they would over flow . An egg smell came from the drains when you pulled bath plug... Had to strip beds and tidy up before we left..even tho we paid 120 for cleaner.. I also thought the place was not very clean....tidy tho Windows were very dirty.. The main issue I had was that someone decided to do building work on one of the apt terraces.. 5 days of drilling and banging...it was to much.. This would suit healthy young people... But for me it just reminded me that on holiday.. I want to do nothing.. Large place...worth the money...but not for me..

We spent 3 months at this property , the first month of our stay the weather was a bit cool so we had no need of the air conditioning and did not realise there was a problem. When it was needed we discovered that only the downstairs AC was working , 2 bedrooms were not ,we contacted Klaus from Scandiservice who bent over backwards to have it fixed but it became apparent that this was an ongoing problem that we had not been told about before booking the property ( there had been correspondence with the owners where they had the opportunity to let us know ) very disappointed doesn't come close. Klaus brought us a fan which was much appreciated, we couldn't fault him for trying. Eventually he suggested we contacted the owners direct as he was having no success of having it fixed, by then we were into our third month and decided we didn't want to waste anymore of our holiday time , even though many nights were spent sleeping on the sofa downstairs in the cool. Also the photos of the property were not up to date, the roof terrace was very tired looking & although the daybeds were comfortable , the screen/carpet & wall hangings had seen better days & we didn't attempt to use the BBQ .The balcony furniture was rusty and flaking paint so the taking of photos was disappointing . In saying all that we had no fault with anything else, it was spotlessly clean, the pool area was fab but unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again . I would like to say it was shabby chic but is was just shabby.

Bonne location, la personne qui s en occupe était à l heure et nous attendait pour la visite. Près de la mer environ 350 mètres petits magasins dans les environs pareil pour les restaurants. Je recommande. Merci et à une prochaine fois

Bel appartement très bien équipé. Il ne manque vraiment rien. On se croirait à la maison. Piscine magnifique. La plage est à moins de 2 min. Tout peux se faire à pied sans problème. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Séjour fin septembre période idéale pour les jeunes enfants.

A very pleasing atmosphere in the rooms, everything functioned as promised and people overall were very nice and supportive to us. We loved the clean apartement, excellent WiFi, much cutlery (its oviously not in all apartements like this!), the clean beach and the excellent waves, sunset and shops along the boulevard. supermarket (named consum) is very near and with a bus from alicante we were in 1 hour for little money from town to town. its very optimal for children too on my opinion ;)

El apartamento estaba muy cerca de la playa,cocina nueva, aíre acondicionado, televisión grande wifi e internet ,la piscina con poca gente,por lo general muy bien. Lo peor algunos muebles rotos y viejos,silla Rota del comedor y ducha no se podía colgar,alguna mano de pintura en la parte de los dormitorios no le vendría mal por qué están bastante sucios .Por lo demás ,nos gustó sobre todo la ubicación de la cercanía a la playa y el horario de las piscina que es muy extenso.Gracias . Yo si recomiendo este apartamento

Het appartement in zijn hoedanigheid is echt meer dan oke! . Alles is aanwezig en het dakterras is onze favoriet. We willen echter vooral de sleutelhouder (en zijn vrouw) bedanken. Wat een warm welkom en beschikbaarheid bieden deze mensen. Ze staan indien nodig voor je klaar, zijn stipt betreft afspraken en communiceren zeer helder en snel. Ze zijn helemaal fantastisch. Appartement juste magnifique, Propre, beau, il y a tout le nécessaire pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Lits confortables, litteries nickels, déco entre l'ancien et le moderne nous avons apprécier, la piscine propre ouverte de 10h à 15h et de 17h-22h, appartement proche de tous commerces ainsi que les plages, les restaurants vue sur sur mer juste agréable. L'appartement est juste super bien situé et nickel je recommande à 1000% Nous avons même rajouter 2 jours supplémentaires Merci à Patrick et Heidi pour votre accueil dans votre bien.

Enjoyed our stay. Apartment is obviously well looked after. All the appliances(washing machine etc.) and accoutrements were available. We knew the area well as the couple who stayed with us used to live in Torrevieja. Perhaps I ought to mention as my brother in-law and his wife are not as mobile as they used to be there are numerous steps to encounter. The apartment is on the 2nd floor ( No Lift) and the apartment has a flight of stairs to the bedroom and another flight to the roof terrace.
