This unit was very clean and had all of the necessary items for our stay. As listed, it has quite a few steps, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The bedrooms were enormous, and the bathrooms were well appointed. The bedroom on the lowest level was for our children and they enjoyed it. The middle bedroom was very quiet and had great views of Seneca Lake. The top floor had outstanding views and was a joy to spend our evenings in. Check in was seamless. The main road Is a little noisy during the day, but the bedrooms on the lower levels are very quiet. Watkins Glen was a lot of fun. My wife and I are already planning another visit with friends. If we’re able to get our friends on board we will definitely be staying at this unit unit.

The location was just perfect... overlooking the water and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The townhouse was fully updated, immaculate and very comfortable with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay in Watkins Glen. We loved sitting on the balcony staring at the boats on the lake. The location also enabled us to walk to all the restaurants in town.

The townhomes are in the best location for visiting the finger lakes region. You will not be disappointed. Everything you need for an extended stay or a short visit. The hosts are simply the best!

Enjoyed our stay! cute town, walkable to downtown; wish we had more time to stay/explore! Plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor firepit area was a pleasant surprise we were not expecting.

We really enjoyed our weekend relaxing and exploring the town. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge! Very easy process and the host was very responsive with answers. We would visit again for sure!

This three floor property is perfect for two couples with or without children, as there are 2 sofa beds in the unit. (Be aware only one is in a bedroom. The other is in the living room.) There are two long staircases between the three floors, and tons of light on the top floor that contains the kitchen and living room. The furniture is comfortable, the appliances are high quality, and the bathrooms are new and clean. The views from the top floor overlook the lake and are stunning. The property is on the edge of downtown. As other reviews have noted, there is a train that comes by early in the morning on tracks that are 20 yds from the property, and there is some road noise on the top floor. (Neither of these bothered us.) Dan was a wonderful and responsive host. We would definitely look to stay with him again should we return to the area.

The property was exactly as it was described to be by the owner and most reviewers. Arriving and getting into the property was extremely easy, following the owner's directions. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness, design, and style. The views of the lake and harbor were beautiful. It had every accommodation that we personally needed. Yes, there were a lot of stairs and train tracks next to the property, but we were fully aware of this and were not a problem for us. It was a lovely place to stay, within walking distance or a short drive to many sights and places.

Place is located between a very active street and an active train tracks. In the kitchen and dining room you hear cars going by the residence because it’s located not more than 10ft from the road. Two trains went by the house early Saturday morning. The house was constantly cold.We repeatedly tried to turn the heat up to 70 degrees but for some reason the heat kept turning off and the house wouldn’t get above 65 degrees. The furniture was ridiculously uncomfortable. House felt like a very roomy hotel with a kitchen.

This was the perfect location on Seneca Lake for our group of 4 adults to access both the east and west side wineries and breweries. The unit was very clean, spacious and very well stocked. We had no issues while we were there. We even had the opportunity to meet Ann, who was super nice. We will definitely rent with them again.

Great property on Seneca lake. Large, clean and well equipped. Property is 3 stories so anyone with issues with stairs may not be right for them. There is entrance access on the 3rd and 1st floor and bathrooms on all levels. Host very responsive!

My wife and I enjoyed our short stay here late in the season. Very spacious and the views of the harbor can’t be beat. The owner was also very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to tour the vineyards all around the Finger Lakes. Watkins Glen very central to the area. Great food available all walking distance from the condo. Was not ready for all the stairs- we could handle it but some seniors may struggle. Bedrooms on bottom & 2 nd level- kitchen & living space on 3 rd level.

A perfect first time stay in Watkins Glen! A spacious, comfortable town home with all the amenities needed. Location was perfect for us—just quick walk to restaurants, bars and the state park for hiking. Plus you can’t beat the sunrise lake view!
One note for families with younger kids: the bedrooms are both masters on different floors, the larger being on the second floor. We gave our kids the larger room, as we felt more comfortable with them not sleeping near the ground entrance.

This was our second time here and once again it was fantastic. Our hosts are the best. Very responsive to anything we needed or any questions on our stay. The property is meticulously maintained and beautiful. The units are very spacious and clean. No issues with anything. Will definitely be back.

This townhome is located steps from the lake and several bars/restaurants. In pristine condition, the home's views are fabulous, the community is very quiet, the beds are comfy, and everything appears new and in pristine condition. I'll stay here again.

This was our first trip to The Finger Lakes and it was wonderful. The checkin was very easy. The location of the property and the view is exactly as described....perfect! Yes, there are a lot of stairs in the unit but we just looked at it as helping us get our daily exercise! The recommendations from our hosts were so helpful. We visited some fabulous wineries on Seneca and Keuka. The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 was the only thing we all agreed needed improvement. After a long day of visiting wineries our favorite thing was to sit in living area, and talk and read and look at the water. There is plenty of room to spread out but while the sofas look very nice they are not comfortable to sit or lay on. Some overstuffed ones would make the unit perfect. There is everything else there you could need. We look forward to visiting again!!

This 3-story condo overlooks the southern pier area of Seneca Lake. There are train tracks just outside your balcony with an occasional day time train making delivery to plant across the way. The best surprise was? We saw all of the Clute Park fireworks from the balcony and did not have to be involved in a holiday crowd!! The spot is at north end of Franklin St which is the main drag in town. All of Franklin St. is walk-able from the unit down to the State Park. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for getting around Seneca with the benefit of being able to walk around Watkins Glen. The view was great and we enjoyed the firepit. Clean, plenty of natural light and spacious. We would definitely recommend as long as you can do stairs.

The property is as promised and was the perfect getaway for our family of four. We only stayed three nights, but we easily could have stayed much longer. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The owners were accessible and responsive (and lovely people). It felt like we were saying goodbye to our home when we left for the next leg of our vacation.

This is a very nice place. The townhouse is very clean and well appointed. The owners are very nice and attentive. The location was perfect for us as it is close to all of the hiking, waterfalls, wineries, cheese shops and more. We will be back! We loved it!

The townhouse was really clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. Great views and a great home-base for walking around Watkins Glen and boat charters - as well as being within 15 - 30 minutes of several top breweries and wineries There are three flights of stairs (kitchen & living area on top floor) so I'd really recommend as an adult getaway and perhaps not young children. The two masters makes it pretty perfect for friends and couples. Thanks to Dan and Ann.

The beds were so comfortable which snt always the case with rentals. There is nothing that we would have changed about our stay.
Yes, it is 3 stories so there are a lot of steps but we knew that before we booked. It wasn't an issue for us but it might be for people with mobility issues.

This property was perfect for us (2 couples) for a week’s stay. The unit was updated, clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. It looked exactly like the pictures, but felt even more spacious (wish I could take the walk-in closet home with me). The location can’t be beat…facing the harbor, steps to downtown, and a close drive to many wineries and breweries. We also enjoyed having a glass of wine by the fire pit most evenings. Ann and Dan were attentive hosts and provided a quick response to all questions and requests. Dan also gave us a lot of great suggestions on places to go. We loved this property and hope to return soon!
