Chalet Chocolat is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet for 8 spread over 3 floors, and 170m2 of floor space.
With floor to ceiling windows all around the main living floor, the views, scenery, and weather are as much a part of the internal landscape of the chalet as the furniture!
Chalet Chocolat is popular with OVO Network guests, who appreciate in particular the comfort, the decor, the views, and the proximity to Manigod village, the ski fields, and La Clusaz.
There are two large terraces - one with a hot tub and the other with a dining table, lounge area, barbecue and breathtaking views.
Chalet Chocolat is situated just off the road between Manigod village and the pistes at La Croix Fry, so the road is always kept clear of snow. And if you'd rather not use your car, the ski bus stops just outside.
Parking is in the garage or in front of the chalet.
- From December 2023, the garden is accessible but not fenced. Children will be able to play in the garden under parental supervision. - Please note: if you decide to book Chalet Chocolat together with nearby Chalet Parakima, please be aware that none of the properties' dining tables can accommodate more than the capacity of each rental. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.

Un chalet plus que confortable, très bien pensé et une vue à couper le souffle. Tout est fait pour passer un merveilleux séjour. Le petit bonus: l'accueil chaleureux et l'écoute attentive de Corinne la manager, toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour nous. Elle a rendu ce séjour encore plus agréable.

Superbes prestations et belle orientation
Super chalet, orienté plein sud et face aux montagnes et à la vallée que l'on peut admirer un verre à la main sur la magnifique terrasse!
Corinne, qui s'est occupée de notre arrivée et de notre départ, était super sympa, efficace et très prévenante. Un vrai plaisir!

Très bon séjour
Ce chalet est magnifique, très bien décoré et une vue splendide! Pour nous, le seul hic a été la literie, mais en la matière il est rare de pouvoir contenter tous les goûts ! Corinne la manager est très à l'écoute et plus encore! Parfait!

C'est un chalet magnifique
Ce chalet est en tout point un petit paradis: sa vue sur les montagnes, la qualité des équipements, la décoration aussi belle que chaleureuse, l'accueil et la disponibilité de Corinne la manager... tout est parfaits.

Le chalet est parfait
Ses équipements sont exceptionnels, du barbecue à la vaisselle ! Nous nous souviendrons des délicieux bains de soleil au salon de jardin. Suggestion : installer des rideaux dans la grande salle pour préserver le frais en été.

The Chalet was lovely, so comfortable with wonderful mountain views and close to both Croix Fry and La Clusaz. We loved it and really hope to return soon.

Allez-y les yeux fermés !
Le chalet est magnifiquement décoré et la vue est époustouflante et très apaisante. Toute la famille s’y est sentie comme à la maison. A environ 10 min de voiture des pistes de La Croix fry. Nous essaierons d’y revenir également en été.

Tout était parfait ...
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au sein de la station Manigod/La Clusaz dans le chalet Chocolat. Le chalet offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne et est très conforme aux photos du site internet.

A recommander sans aucune hésitation
Quatrième séjour à Manigod et de loin notre préféré. Superbe exposition sud et belle luminosité quasi toute la journée dans ce joli chalet. Décoration intérieure de très bon goût, feu de bois orientable, pas loin des pistes pour les skieurs et absolument idéal pour un couple ne skiant plus mais aimant les balades. Cerise sur le gâteau : une semaine de ciel bleu, un soleil éclatant, une neige abondante. A recommander sans aucune hésitation, sans oublier un accueil chaleureux de Corinne. Petit conseil : ajouter des stores ou des tentures dans le living pour des soirées plus intimes.

A wonderful stay
Certainly lived up to the term "luxury chalet". Stunning location in easy reach of everything, with unbelievable views. Modern, clean, and fully equipped but the views and balcony made the chalet so special: the floor to ceiling windows really did enhance the whole experience - would love to come back in the future as had a wonderful stay.

We felt extremely lucky to be there!
Chalet Chocolat was made available to us at very short notice which was much appreciated. It is difficult to put into words how we felt as we came up the steps in to the living room and were faced with a wall of windows displaying the most spectacular view - we felt extremely lucky to be there! We were also treated to a fantastic and colourful fireworks display in Manigod on July 21st which we enjoyed from the comfort of our chalet! Chalet Chocolat is highly functional and very comfortable. The property is spacious, offering a great deal of space for guests. The outdoor areas are a real plus. Mostly, we loved the view... we could have sat at home all day look out at it!
We lacked for nothing at all. This was our first visit to the region and we absolutely loved it - there was so much for us to do and see and many activities for our boys. Corinne was a gem - she settled us in and answered all of our questions on arrival and then promptly and efficiently handled our departure. We highly recommend your home and very much hope to return to stay with you again in the future.

Another really lovely stay
Fantastic snow so early in the year! We can recommend a walk through virgin snow up to Beauregard in perfect peace and quiet... That view is priceless. The run to Geneva airport was very straightforward, too!

Nous avons aimé : son aménagement, il est spacieux, très belle décoration, luminosité, isolation acoustique, vrai feu de bois, vastes chambres, bel équipement, grandes terrasses plein sud, vue imprenable... Un coup de chapeau aux gestionnaires sur place : ils sont sympathiques, disponibles et efficaces. A votre tour de faire un séjour dans ce chaleureux chalet.

Magnifique chalet très chaleureux
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 3 jeunes enfants dans ce magnifique chalet très chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le poêle et la vue splendide depuis les larges baies vitrées du salon que l'on ne se lasse pas de contempler. Nous retenons précieusement cette adresse en espérant pouvoir y revenir bientôt!

On s'y sent comme chez soi
On se sent directement à l'aise dans ce chalet aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. On apprécie particulièrement les soirées au coin du feu et la remarquable vue que nous offre les grandes baies vitrées du séjour et de la salle à manger. Un lieu agréable où on se sent comme chez soi. La vallée est très calme et authentique...à quelques minutes du fabuleux domaine skiable de La Clusaz.

A very enjoyable, restful and peaceful holiday
The chalet lived up to all expectations and, as only recently built, the furnishings were like new. The kitchen contained all of the modern equipment one could wish for and was well stocked to a high standard with utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. We have been on many holidays to the French and Swiss Alps but we must say that the views of the valleys and mountains from the lounge and terraces were the most stunning we have seen. The nearby attractive town of Thônes was useful for buying bread, cheese, meat, poultry, etc. (Besides the specialist shops, there is a Carrefour supermarket just outside the town, and the weekly market on Friday sells all types of local produce). We enjoyed trips out to La Clusaz which is a nice resort, Annecy is a lovely town with rivers running through it and we thought the drive around Lac Annecy to be beautiful. Should we decide to visit this area again we would have no hesitation in staying at Chalet Chocolat. Once again, thank you for your support in helping towards making our holiday in Manigod so enjoyable.

Warm and welcoming
This was a great choice for a vacation rental, and we had a great time during our stay. The chalet' set up is very nice, the location is beautiful, the view is fantastic. The house is warm and welcoming. I hope to come back again in the near future.

So much to do!
We had a really superb time staying at Chalet Chocolat. The view from the chalet is simply stunning. The chalet was a pleasure to spend time in and we lacked nothing in conveniences. The wide garage was especially helpful. The key thing for us is that there is so much to do locally, both summer and winter. It's perfect for children. There is nothing at all that we would suggest you change. We will certainly be booking again. Next time during the winter season. We are already looking forward to it. Very best wishes.

Your chalet is of good workmanship and very well equipped. We did enjoy our stay both regarding the chalet and the nature around (great hiking!).
