We had a perfect trip. The house is beautiful, and very well situated. Marinette, the caretaker was very helpful, as was Evelyne, the owner. We had absolutely everything we needed, and could have hoped for. The pool was a big hit with everyone. We very much hope to return. Thank you for a great stay!

Really wonderful house and grounds with an amazing panoramic seaview. Absolute privacy in beautiful nature, but close to the sea, beach clubs and St Tropez. We also enjoyed the private tennis court and large, heated pool. It was our second time here and we definitely would like to come back again! The house has everything you would expect and has a very sweet and responsive house manager Marinette.

We had a great stay at Jacaranda and can highly recommend this house. It is located in a very calm area und we loved all the amneties the house offered (the pool, the boule place and especially the very well kept tennis court which we used every day). The access to the sea was very easy and there are a lot of small bays were you can go swimming. The furnishing and comfort of the house is great (it is much nicer than at looks on the photos). Even all the small things like nice dishes, appropriate wine glasses and towels with the logo of the house were very tasteful. The housekeeper Marinette who lives at the place was very helpful. We will be back!

Spaziergänge entlang der Küste und auf Reitwegen direkt am Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus. Prima ausgestattet. Jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gegessen, auch am Regentag. Der Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, der Delikatessladen in Ramatuelle ist schnell zu erreichen.

Paradisiaque, idyllique, inoubliable Jacaranda

Famille de 11 personnes, de 7 à 84 ans (4 générations), sans oublier notre petit chien. Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances merveilleuses dans cette magnifique propriété. Pur bonheur! Vue splendide sur la Grande Bleue, maison familiale haut de gamme, que nous avons trouvée idéale, très propre, entourée d’arbres somptueux, eucalyptus, chênes liège, pins parasols,.... calme absolu, piscine parfaite pour petits et grands, accès facile aux petites et grandes criques (5-10 minutes à pied), paradis des snorkelers, baskets aquatiques antidérapantes recommandées. Contacts avec propriétaires très sympathiques. Marinette, gérante de la propriété, sur place mais en retrait, est un petit bijou, très serviable et efficace, toujours le sourire, toujours à l’écoute, d’une grande discrétion, n’a qu’un objectif..... que nous soyons satisfaits. Un bémol? Oui, la plaque « Jacaranda » indiquant le nom de la propriété n’est pas visible lorsque l’on y arrive en voiture, elle est dans le « mauvais » sens, il nous a fallu descendre tout en bas du lotissement, manœuvrer puis remonter pour enfin voir, dans le bons sens, la plaque grise « Jacaranda ». À part cela, ce fut la perfection absolue!

Nous ne pouvions rêvez mieux! Merveilleuse maison et propriété! Relaxant calme il ne manque rien! Superbe les photos ne reflète guère la réalité. Vraiment magnifique et sublime! Propriétaire toujours très sevialble et disponible n’importe quand. Dernier mot pour chère Marienette si merveilleuses personne si dévouée elle nous manque déjà on si attache tout simplement très vite merci Marienette pour tout :)

Nous ne pouvions imaginer un meilleur emplacement, la garrigue entourant la maison et la vue sur la Méditerannée rendent cet endroit magique. La maison est spacieuse, bien amménagée dans le style de la région. L'entretien est très bien fait par la gardienne de la maison. Nous avons quitté les lieux avec regret, mais pensons y revenir!

J'ai passé de super vacances dans cette superbe villa située dans la commune de Ramatuelle. Calme, ressourçant et paisible, c'est un endroit que je conseille vivement! Petit plus: les tennis en fin de journée, le petit plongeon dans la piscine puis un petit apéro devant une vue à couper le souffle, c'est juste du plaisir à l'état pur.

We had such a lovely time staying in Jacaranda. A really lovely villa with loads of rooms but which somehow managed to retain an authentic Mediterranean villa feel. Fantastic views, great pool and lovely to have a tennis court on hand for when we felt energetic (which, I confess, we didn't feel very often: lounging round the pool was much more enticing!) Really easy access to the sea and very private and secure, which is what we were looking for. Tree house was an unexpected bonus as it appears to be a new addition. We didn't sleep there ourselves but our friends did and they loved it! All in all, couldn't recommend it more. We will be back!

Gorgeous property

We (my wife and I with our three children) spent a week in the villa in May. We had a fantastic time there; the villa and its pool offer fantastic views of the mediterranean, we used the private tennis court located within the villa's garden on a daily basis, and the caretaker who conveniently lives on the property was lovely, always available and very efficient, yet discreet and respectful of our privacy. I am sure we will be back next year.

Villa exceptionnelle, très bien située, au calme, entourée de chants d'oiseaux. Vue superbe sur la mer. Terrasse et piscine très agréables, bien exposées et protégées. Tout y est et parfaitement entretenu. Y compris un magnifique barbecue. Commerces proches. A voir: le musée de l 'Annonciade à Saint-Tropez. Le restaurant "La Pesquière " sert une excellente cuisine locale dans un joli cadre. Séjour enchanteur.

In many ways Jacaranda su...

In many ways Jacaranda surpassed our expectations and provided us with a wonderful home in which to stay and spend an important week in the lives of our family, as our son was being married nearby. It was perfectly clean and very well provided with furnishings and all comforts. The pool and terrace were delightful and we were happy to stay home a lot instead of being out and about although the position was perfectly convenient and we could either be in Ramatuelle or St Tropez very quickly. The pool was heated and clean and has lovely views and the tennis court was perfect. The living room was a great place to spend quiet times at night and it was good to have a separate tv room. Laundry facilities were good as was the pantry with generous fridge and freezer. The garden was impeccable and the whole place had a feeling of being loved and well cared for. If there is any criticism I would say that although the no of beds is accurately describes as sleeping 12, the way the bedrooms are arranged did give us some problems as the rooms are small and most have twin beds and all apart from 2 are on to the terrace. So sleeping young children was a slight challenge as they did disturb each other. The extra double room in the basement is very basic but the top room was lovely and comfortable. It was great to have so many bathrooms! Finally, it meant a lot to us that the administration of the property was so efficient with Monsieru Courret there very promptly at a time that suited us and available for any problems, which in fact there were none. The kitchen is rather small but well equipped and as we could eat close by on the terrace, it did not matter. All in all I can highly recommend a stay at Jacaranda
