The apartment is rather small but large enough for the two of us. It has a nice balcony which offers a wellcome shadow during the day and early evening hours. The apartment goes with a private parking place and facilities to park bicycles. A large Super-U is within 100 m. Toe the center of Strasbourg runs a nice bicycling road along the Canal de la Bruche. Also in the other direction bicycling along the Canal is very nice. Parking Austerlitz in the center of Strasbourg offers for free a more or less supervised parking facility for bikes. In short: for us the accommodation was great value for money and there was a warm wellcome.

This is the perfect apartment in every way. Its proximity to nature walks, transportation around town or into the heart of Strasbourg, a grocery store that has everything (including delicious croissants and baguettes made on site), hosts who are super nice and informative...well, what more could a person ask for. The area is quiet and the views while enjoying coffee/wine on the balcony are calming. I enjoyed my stay here very much and highly recommend it. I'm already looking forward to another visit.

100% Zufrieden
Ein wirklich schönes Appartement für uns zwei älteren Herrschaften. Gut dass der Auzug erst in 2 Wochen erneuert wird. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und tolle Radtoren untrnommen. Die Eltern von Nicolas sind sehr freundlich und nett. Super U vor der Haustüre, was will man mehr. Wir können sie Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

A peine arrivés, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et avec simplicité par les propriétaires résidant dans le même immeuble. Studio propre, bien agencé, confortable et paisible. Un grand merci pour tous les conseils et avis sur cette magnifique région qui nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour tout au long duquel le soleil était de la partie

Siamo già stati in questo appartamento quattro anni fa e ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la sua collocazione sia per l'appartamento stesso.
C'è tutto il necessario, ma soprattutto é silenzioso, pulitissimo, gli abitanti sono cordiali e discreti, i proprietari sono disponibili ma riservati. Tutto bene quindi. Se torneremo a Strasburgo certamente verremo ospiti qui.

Logement très bien situé près des transports en commun et des commerces (Super U juste en face). Appartement très propre et fonctionnel avec de petites attentions (sucre, épices, savon...).
Hôtes toujours disponibles et très sympathiques, bref c'était parfait !
Allez, s'il fallait un bémol ce serait sur la douche un peu exigue.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé
L'appartement est agréable, propre, décoré avec goût, et fonctionnel. Il est situé dans un immeuble tranquille et sécurisé. Seul regret, la douche est petite et le rideau a tendance à venir se coller sur son occupant ! Mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail. Par ailleurs, il est très facile et rapide de se rendre à Strasbourg en utilisant les transports en commun dans la journée ou la voiture en soirée. En résumé, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et ne regrettons pas d'avoir choisi cet appartement.

Appartement parfait..très propre et en très bon état..accueil parfait..
Tout est équipé : Draps Serviettes. Torchons. Papier toilette. Sacs poubelle. Produits ménagers ce qui ne m est jamais arrivé et j ai apprécié permet de partir moins chargé.
Très bien situé et très bien desservi par les transports pour se rendre à Strasbourg..
Je recommande vivement cette location et merci à Nicolas et ses parents pour leurs gentillesses et leurs amabilités..

Rundum eine gute Wahl für mich!
Eine rundum schöne und praktische Ferienwohnung - im 5. Stock mit Ausblick - mit netter Vermieterfamilie nebenan.
Der Balkon zur Nordseite war bei den sehr warmen Hochsommertemperaturen ideal.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Zum weiterempfehlen.

Très agréable, bien accueilli et les propriétaires très disponibles.
J'y suis allé pour des raisons professionnelles, le studio est agréable à vivre après une journée de taf... le soleil donne sur la terrasse le soir ce qui n'est pas désagréable.
Pour le reste il y a tout ce qu'il faut (épices, literie,...).
Super marché à 2 min à pied et l'endroit est calme.
Comme dans beaucoup de commentaires, la douche est petite mais les murs se sont pas extensibles et cela suffit largement pour se laver correctement.

Un appartement conforme en tous points à la description. Très bien situé pour les visites et les courses. L'appartement est très propres et la résidence très bien sécurisée. Une mention toute particulière pour la gentillesse du propriétaire ainsi que pour sa famille qui nous a reçu lors du séjour. Ce sont des gens très sympathiques et très arrangeants. Je recommande vivement cette location pour la totalité des prestations.

Cet appartement nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour dans la région de part l'organisation et l'accueil du propriétaire et de ses proches.
L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. De plus, celui-ci est bien situé de par son accès direct aux grands axes routiers et la proximité des transports en communs qui permets un accès simple et rapide à Strasbourg sans avoir le soucis de trouver une place de parking.
Je recommande vivement cette location dans cette résidence au calme ; j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.
