About this house rental
Enjoying a privileged position just set back from the Guadalquivir River, Trianamirador is a wonderful town-house with a lovely terrace. The house has unparalleled panoramic city views, which include some of Seville's most famous landmarks: Triana Bridge, La Maestranza Bullring, the Cathedral and the River. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and is suitable for up to 9 guests.
The house is unusually bright, due to the 58 windows that line the exterior, giving magnificent views of the city, and allowing light to pour in. Its central location makes it ideal for visiting Seville, and its welcoming atmosphere for relaxing afterwards.
The open-plan living room and dining space is on the first floor. It is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. There is a smart TV and free WIFI internet access. The dining area has a large table with seating for 9.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and appliances include a washing-machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
The five bedrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise of three double-bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. 1 double bed measures 150x200 cm; 2 double beds measure 135x190cm; and the 3 single beds measure 105x200 cm.
The bathrooms are likewise arranged over three floors. There is 2 en-suite and 2 family bathrooms.
Access to the terrace is from the third floor, which includes an additional seating area with 2 sofas. The terrace is furnished with seating and a table - perfect for enjoying an unrivalled view of Cathedral across the Guadalquivir River and the splendours of the city.
The interiors are modern, but in keeping with the Regionalist traditional style of building and decoration found in Seville. The house itself dates from the beginning of the 20th century. It was designed by one of Seville's foremost architects José Espiau y Muñoz. Another of its famous works in the city is the grand Alfonso XIII Hotel.
There is elevator access from the first floor to the upper floors. The access to the first floor is via stairs.

We loved this house. Tons of space in an amazing location. The patio is perfect for people watching on the street and rowers on the river no matter what the weather. Well equipped kitchen and well equipped household. Tons of restaurants, food shopping and bars just outside the door!

This property and the property managers are wonderful. The house was perfect for our party of 7 during the week after Christmas. We were two married couples and three other family members, and everyone had their own room and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone’s privacy and comfort.
The first thing I want to mention is how clean this property is. We arrived before check-in time but the manager met us at the house so we could put our bags down. He gave us the full tour at that time too, and the cleaning team was there. I could be mistaken but I believe the cleaning team included one of the homeowners! And they were doing the most thorough job, and were so kind to us. You can tell the pride they all have in this property. It is beautiful and kept up meticulously, and they even had Christmas decorations up everywhere, including a small tree. It was so lovely and inviting.
And the location is amazing. It is right next to the Triana market, so we visited that almost every day and got all kinds of goodies there. It is easy to walk to anything you want to see in Seville, including the Catedral, the Alcazar, and all the shopping.
My family and I loved this home and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend it - but only if you take good care of it!! It is perfect and we want it to stay that way!

Check in process easy. We were met at door as planned and shown through the property. Location was excellent with market and restaurants within very short walk. Place was very clean and we spent many evening on the porch overlooking the river and enjoying a few glasses,of wine. Best trip ever!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first international trip since the start of the pandemic. The Casa is located close to a local food market and many tapas restaurants, almost all with outdoor seating and some with heaters. Takeout food is readily available! The house was spotless and Marcus met us with helpful information and a smile when we arrived. The view from the upstairs balcony is magnificent!

The villa was very well key, great location. To get the real feel of Andalusia, this property is a must stay. We loved our stay, thank you to the home owner for thinking of all the details.
The only negative was poor communication with the priority manager.
The person checking us in was very hospitable. However, the team on the phone we’re not helpful.

Great location!
Very clean apartment. It has 3 floors and an inside elevator. The decor is very traditional, but bright. The owners seem to be collectors. The location is fantastic and the views so beautiful. It’s literally the corner house off the bridge by the river on top of the second oldest indoor market. The area is lively, but not crazy. The house has double-glazed windows, so it’s quiet. All in all a good experience. Just one little note to the owners: the blackface jazz band figures on top of the living shelf were very offensive to our American friends. I would remove them, because a lot of very negative history is connected to this type of depiction of black people.

Best rental we have ever had
Our family of six have stayed in rental homes all across the globe over the past 15 years. This was the absolute best home and location we have ever had. The pictures are completely accurate on the inside of the home and patios. The location is perfect for a family looking to walk the city and take in anything and everything in Sevilla. The proximity to the river is perfect for long runs and enjoying meals out on the many restaurants and bars that are right outside the front door. We will definitely be back and thanks to Manuel and all those managing the property for being such great hosts.

Great Location
Great property. Unmatched location situated above the Mercado de Triana. Beautiful views of the Río Guadalquivir and Catedral de Sevilla. Easy access to all the sites and neighborhoods of Sevilla. Well appointed. Plenty of space for our party of 8. Property management team was attentive and responsive. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home
This is one of the best properties we have stayed in over more than a decade of renting homes. Although the pictures are wonderful, we were stunned by the views from every corner. This place is a sort of tower with views from every window. There is no better location in the Traiana neighborhood. Right next to the market and a short walk over the bridge to the heart of Sevilla. We spent every evening on the terrazza overlooking the Canal and bridge and people taking their nightly strolls. The staff at VEO were great and Markus gave us a great orientation and answered all our questions. Checkin and checkout were easy. Home is very clean and beautifully decorated. Once you are on the main floor, an elevator is available for the other floors if needed, but and easy walk up the stairs too. Beds were very comfortable. Another small but very nice thing is that we were right in the middle of a very busy plaza- always things happening at the east end of a pleasant walking street where mostly locals eat and shop. Even with all the hustle and bustle in the midday and evening, the home has very nice windows that keep the house very quiet. Open the window if you want to hear the wonderful sounds of the Barrio Triana, or close the window and you barely hear a thing. We would love to come back soon!

Wonderful house in perfect location
A lovely house, carefully and nicely furnished, with lots of room and plenty of privacy. Perfect for a family gathering. Not having been to Sevilla previously, it was a nice surprise to learn its in the perfect location - next to the bridge in Triana with easy access to everything. The market with fresh everything and restaurants? Downstairs! And the views were simply incredible! It was a treat just to sit on a porch and watch the people stroll the bridge and the boats go by. It was very clean, and the checkin with Pedro was informative and welcoming.

Gorgeous House with Amazing Views
This house is located just above the Triana Market and across a short bridge walk from the historical center of Sevilla. The apartment was very clean and super nicely maintained. The balcony overlooking the river was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. The location is amazing and the restaurant across the street (Mariatrifuca) is one of the best in town, and has incredible views of the old cities and the river. Only down side is street noise given the location of the apartment. But it did not hurt our enjoyment of the house. Would love to come back!

Amazing Spanish experience and location!
This was an amazing property to enjoy the true Spanish culture with our extended family of 9. Everyone was extremely comfortable and the property managers were exceptional good at communicating in a timely manner. They mentioned upon check-in that the washing machine was not working, so they had installers out the very next morning to install a very high quality new machine. Fresh towels were dropped off after 5 days which was very nice to see! The entire apartment is actually nicer than the pictures! It was so clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was fantastic! Food and drink in any direction! We rented a car for a few days and the parking garage is located underneath the street and the apartment. So convenient! Thank you again for an awesome space to enjoy Spain with our family! We highly recommend this place for a luxurious holiday!

Fabulous Home in the Perfect Location
The property was exceptional. Well kept home, comfortable, easily accommodated 7 adults, in a fantastic location with beautiful views of the river and city. Check-in/check-out was smooth and the owner was very helpful when we had questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very vertical vacation
If you love food and cooking, this is your apartment. It is located right above the Mercado de Triana food stalls. Great vegetables, fruit, fish, hams, cheeses, etc., as well as prepared foods. You do even have to go outside to procure you produce and croissants.
The home is very comfortable and more like a 4 story NY brownstone than an apartment. Basically, the whole builing is yours for the stay. The body conforming foam mattresses were very comfortable, but a few of our family of eight found the foam pillows a bit lumpy and heavy. Well equipped kitchen and barware. Very nice Sevilla tiled bathrooms with good hot water suppy and water pressure. Lots of fluffy white towels provided.
The top floor terrace is spectacular, allowing for great views (especially at dusk) toward the cathedral and riverfront.
We loved our stay and the address, which is a convenient walk to all attractions in town.
Another note is that our teenage kids just loved this apartment. They liked the niches and living room and the ability to 'escape' to the top floor to play cards and even to a bit of homework in peace.
Thank you to our hosts ! We hope to be able to return on a future trip to Spain.

Lovey Accomodation
This home was absolutely lovely. I would stay there again if we were to travel to Seville. Great views, perfect location, plenty of space for the family, and comfortable beds. The market downstairs was excellent and has a family friendly flamenco show and cooking classes which I would highly recommend. My only small criticism is that there were no bath mats included with the linens. Our daughter had a slip on a wet tile floor that could have been avoided if a small towel had been available to put down. With only one towel per person included we felt short supplied.

Ideal location! Loved being on the local side of the bridge.
people were literally taking pictures of us waving from our terrace. It was as if we were royalty staying g in the best location in Seville. We had a comfortable cozy living room for our family to gather and a rooftop sunroom with panoramic views of the Cathedral and bridges. Spectacular. We walked everywhere. Taxi stand right next door always has a taxi if we needed to go To train station. Could smell the bakery fromlur window. So many great restaurants within. 3 block walk. We were in the heart of everything... so easy to walk back across the bridge to the place for a siesta around 5 before restaurants opened at 8. Willl return and stay again!

The view from the terrace is the best
This lovely apartment is situated next to the river and Triana bridge so the views are as good as it gets in my opinion. The sounds of flamenco waft airily through the streets, people talking and laughing while enjoying meals in the market below...it is just wonderful.
The apartment has a lift, or elevator which is wonderful for bringing a meal from the kitchen to the terrace to enjoy. The phone service and internet service work perfectly if you have to work during your stay.
Special indeed.

Amazing location above the farmers market at Treana bridge!
The voeapartment rep met us at this perfectly situated 3 story apartment to settle us in! This property is amazing. The views are mesmerizing out each window & the home is walking distance from every monument in the city. The home is beautifully appointed with everything you need for comfort. Coffee, teapot, hair dryers, washer, dishwasher etc. We really enjoyed sitting on the third floor patio, overlooking the river and watching the sunrise or the lively nightlife.
When the house is closed up at night it was extremely quiet inside. Visit the amazing bakery at the farmers market just below for incredible pastries, cheeses, meats & great meals! We had one small issue and the property management team responded promptly & professionally!
Going forward we would only book with this amazing team and if we have the opportunity to return to Seville we would most definitely book this phenomenal home again!
