The place was overall clean and spacious for our group of 16 people. Fully stocked kitchen and the two resort pools were a hit. Would recommend replacing the lounge chairs on the pool deck - all were broken. The property manager was quick to respond when we had any questions.

Returning again! We really enjoy this property. It is perfect for our family vacation with my large family. Our rental agent was very helpful ans responded quickly to all our needs. I love the floor plan of the house. It has an open floor plan and another area upstairs with enough beds and baths so everyone had a private place to chill. The pool and hot tub are always a hit and being so close to so many activity made the stay the best! Thank again for a great vaca!

We loved the privacy of own pool/hot tub
Hot tub would stop after 10 minutes and then start again about 20 minutes later. Wi-Fi was terrible. You could only watch 1 tv at a time. Wads of hair found in 3 showers.

We had a great time. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking, games, crafts, and gathering. My 5 kids and their spouses loved having their private ensuite bathroom for their family. My grandkids were busy swimming in the backyard or at the community pool across the street.

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in the house. Had to have the hot tub maintenance person come out three times to fix the hot tub so we weren’t able to use it as much as we had hoped.

We had a great time during our stay in the St. George area last week and this location was a huge part of that. Convenient access to Ivins, Tuacahn, Snow Canyon and fast routes to downtown St. George made everything super nice. The on-site water park and pools were a huge hit with the kids of all ages. The house itself was perfect with separate king ensuites for each family and large gathering areas for getting together. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip down south.

We enjoyed staying here. The house was big enough for all our family. We do wish there would have been an extra refrigerator as there has been in similar homes we stayed at. Also the beds were not comfortable. The master bed on main floor had a huge bump in the middle and felt like the sides of the bed were broken down. We had a couple of issues that maintenance took care of for us. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids.

Very Good
Just a couple of suggestions, with a big group like we had an additional refrigerator/ freezer in the garage would be helpful. We ran out of room with food for the meals we had divided up. A much larger garbage container would also be good so you don't have to empty it so often in the kitchen. The upstairs was much cooler than downstairs which was difficult to keep cool enough. Great family vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property for our family vacation. With a large family with all adult children and families, we need a home that can provide the room to spread out and privacy. This home did all that and more. We loved this floor plan that allowed together time on main level with plenty of space and in the sleeping areas upstairs. We loved having the pool and hot tub to swim at the house and play anytimez the pool was just the right size for all ages to have fun. The swim park was a two min walk across the street and a lot of fun for all ages. This property made a fun vacation great! We will be staying here again!

It has a pool!
We were surprised to show up and see a pool at the property- the listing didn’t show or list one. Which was awesome!! It was huge and very clean. The WiFi only worked sometimes, and the outdoor patio lights keep tripping the electrical breaker. Other than that, it was perfect. Crockpot and dishes for our large meals!!

We enjoyed our stay but a little grimy
We enjoyed the property and our stay. The only comments we have are that the cleaning was somewhat lacking. We noticed immediately when we arrived that the carpet in the living room and stairs hadn't been fully vacuumed before we arrived and it also seems like it has been a while since the carpet has been professional cleaned. There were stains everywhere. The bathroom showers also needed some work. Our shower had pink spots in several places. Finally we were disappointed that the remotes were scattered or missing making it hard or impossible to use some of the TVs.

This house was so comfortable for our family. We had enough room for everyone to have their own room and their own bathroom. The kids LOVED the pools. I think they would have preferred to just swim there the entire vacation.

Barratt Bunch
Wow! what a great house we had 20 family members from ages 73-1. We had plenty of room and it fit our every need. Some of the TV's did not have working remotes. The remote for garage door did not work. The A/C unit for the downstairs area could not maintain a comfortable temperature. We understand that it was very very hot the days we were there.

Great Family Get-Away
This was a very roomy and cozy place for our family of 24 to stay. We loved the location and the water parks that came with it. The hot tub needed to be taken care of so we only used it a few times before realizing it was pretty filthy. We noticed a maintenance man coming as we were leaving. We contacted the management office and they were responsive to some of the bedding that needed to be replaced to make our stay enjoyable. Upon arrival we noticed that the floors were not cleaned and we purchased items to clean the floor so we could be comfortable in the home. We loved the home. It was spacious with plenty of bathrooms for the needs of our family.

Paradise Village was our Paradise!
This getaway rental was a perfect setup for our family! Each couple got their own room with their own bed and the kids sacked out in the kid's room with the bunks and the second family room upstairs. The outdoor space was perfect for our gatherings too. Having 1/2 baths available on both floors was super helpful. The giant dining table and outdoor space was perfect for our meals and crafts. We appreciated that pool towels were supplied and the walls surprisingly filtered out sound really well! Easy walking distance to both pools and even 2 beach cruiser bikes were available for us to use and it was so fun to cruise around on the bike/running paths nearby. 4/5 stars only because we found that it was not stocked with things that we assumed would be: pepper and other spices (there was Himalayan salt and a few random spices), a fly swatter, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper (a limited supply of these was available and we ran out quick with our large group. We had to go buy more to get us through the weekend). The trash can was small, so we had to take out the trash several times daily. Lastly, it would have made a big difference to have had another fridge. With groups as large as the home can accommodate, the fridge was not large enough to hold all the food we needed for the weekend. Additionally, the ice container was tiny and could not keep up with our hydration needs. We had to buy bags of ice several times. Bottom line, this home was incredible and afforded us the opportunity to have our favorite family reunion yet! Thank you Red Sands Vacations!!!

Fun times with Family
This was our family's second condo and it too was fantastic. Well stocked and clean and lovely. This was the larger condo and it was the 'planning and eating spot.' Many happy times, playing games, singing, and laughing. Again the most impressive part of this 'village' was the helpful, kind, and responsive staff. Having dealt with other places for large family trips, this staff was outstanding with their communication and follow through. Thanks to all

Great for large family
Overall it was a great rental. The beds were super comfortable. All the bathrooms were a plus. The hot tub and patio were great. My only negative comment is that the sofa couch on the main floor needed to go to the garbage. It was trashed. The cushion zippers were broken and held together with safety pins which one came undone and stuck my daughter in law. Sitting on it was super uncomfortable. Your bottom went into a hole. The cushions were lumpy. The couch upstairs should be brought down to main floor. Also the carpet was pretty stained and dirty. But overall it was a great property. We would rent it again.

Celebration of life
We rent a house every year to have a celebration of my husbands life, as he is buried near by. We liked the house. It fit our needs. Since they know how many people are staying it was quite a surprise that there were not enough towels for everyone. It resulted in having to use swim towels. There were some repairs that are needed and I’m sure they will get them done. The person I spoke with at property management was very kind and did offer to have some of the things fixed which I opted out of Until we checked out. We would be happy to rent it again next year.

Spacious Home for Family Reunion
This home felt very spacious with high ceilings, open space, and 7 private bedrooms; most with private bathrooms (which was greatly appreciated by all)! The kitchen and bathrooms seemed very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook. The carpets and air vents were very dirty. Just know that while this is a great house for a large group and seems new upon first looking, it has been well used. The furniture and carpets definitely show the use the house has had. It feels like a nice house that just needs a good spring cleaning. We really loved the beds, however. They were nice and soft (too soft for a couple family members). We had a few small issues, most that were resolved from the office. And the couple issues that weren't fixed were made aware and the office said they would fix those things for future guests. Just note there is the bedroom right above the master suite that has quite a loud creak that would be difficult to fix. I figured to walk along the edges of the room to avoid waking my parents downstairs.
Overall, we enjoyed this property and the kids LOVED the swimming pools.

Paradise village # 94
So we liked the house. Hey he only things we really thought needed attention to was the carpets need a good cleaning and the floors throughout the entryway and kitchen are filthy. The windows and window seals are a little gross too. The sliding Glass back door Bottom rails are also filthy. One bedroom had a broken ceiling fan and one bedroom did not have a working TV. The bathroom towels were a little crunchy. Maybe need new ones or a different detergent. But other then those few things it was great. It just needs a deep cleaning once in a while.

Fun short getaway!
We had a wonderful time at paradise Village. The unit is really large with nice king size beds in six of the rooms. The location is great with both the water park, pickle ball courts and pool surrounding it!! The house was well equipped. The only negative thing was that it wasn’t very clean when we arrived, i.e. crumbs and particles on the carpet that indicated it hadn’t been carefully vacuumed, as well as several big stains on the carpet! The curtains were also bunched and messy looking! With the worries of Covid, it was somewhat concerning to walk into. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this place!

The unit was really clean with a well stocked kitchen and great outdoor space. However, it did seem the owners were more concerned with their inventory than the experience for their guests. Only 2 towels were provided in each bathroom for the week. No garage door opener or garage key code was provided despite asking multiple times. The cleaner stick ran out in the hot tub, the batteries ran out in Xbox remotes and the counter spray provided was near empty upon arrival. There were not clear instructions on where to find the key for the fire table and the outside hanging lights were not working when we arrived. The multiple tacky signs posted everywhere about makeup on the towels was so unprofessional. And the WiFi was pretty crummy. A little more attention to detail on the owners part would have been helpful.

Such a great place! Perfect for big family reunion!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hot tub, fuseball table, gaming system, ping pong table, and games gave us plenty to do together inside when we weren't out enjoying the red rocks at Pioneer Park. We also used the Pickleball paddles at the nearby courts. The kids, ranging from ages 5 months to 17, had a blast together. And the 3 with Autism still felt that they had plenty of room to find space to isolate and unwind when they needed to.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to keep our 6 different families, with various dietary needs and preferences, able to cook what we each wanted.
We had a little tinker getting in on the first night, and the managers were easily reached and very helpful in solving the problem quickly. Several of our families mentioned that they want us to come back another time! They even wanted to look into it fit their in-law sides too. Thanks for a great time!

Very nice place, could be more private
Pros:
-The home is very comfortable, including the couches, beds, bathrooms.
-Tasteful decoration.
-The home is well stocked, especially the kitchen.
-Included beach towels, and even some games like paddle ball and bikes and a couple pool floats.
-The garage is accessible.
-Each of the bedrooms is equally nice.
-New pool is quite close, but not too close.
-Entertainment system is quite good.
-Internet was very good. There are two wireless modems. The alleged "fast" one is unreliable but the other one was great.
-Cooking & eating area are nice and spacious.
Cons
-The outside porch & hot tub are not as private as it seems from the pictures. There is no privacy fence between the properties on the side of the hot tub. The "highlight" picture for this property shows a privacy fence on the other side, but there is no privacy right behind the photographer. The porch area is open between several homes on that other side. With the homes so close together, it is awkward to not be more private.
-Similarly, if you are at the kitchen sink, you are inevitably looking right into the neighboring home's main room and porch. There is no curtain to close.
-There is one bedroom on the main floor. The bedroom above it has a very creaky floor in a terrible spot. There are no creaks anywhere else in the home, so this is unfortunate as the home seems well made.
-Had a problem with the A/C the first night. It has a smart thermostat. The instructions in the home on the fridge say to leave it completely alone. Don't. We had a miserably hot first night. A/C magically kicked in the next morning.
Comments:
-Google Maps can't quite find the home., but gets you close. The directions from the property manager were excellent.
