The Resort is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 6 & 2 ½ bath home. The Resort can comfortably accommodate 20 guests or up to 26 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses and 2 twin foam mats. This extraordinary home was designed with features to create memories that will last a lifetime. With many amenities, you will not need to leave The Resort to have the vacation of your dreams! Spend your days lounging next to the private pool or challenging each other to a game of pool basketball. This is the fourth year that we have rented this particular unit at Paradise Village although we had previously rented other units. We have rented as an end of summer/back to school activity for the grandkids. They absolutely love having the basketball/pickleball court, swimming pool, and game room to keep them occupied. Swimming pool volleyball was the big hit this summer. The close proximity to the Paradise Village water parks is also great. The parents love the unit as well. It is spacious and the outdoor seating/dining areas provide plenty of options so no one feels crowded. There's plenty of room for all to spread out and enjoy. We also especially appreciate that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The unit is always clean and well stocked with any appliances and cookware one could desire. The only thing that disappointed this year was that the hot tub would only heat to around 94* and would not adjust. We'll be renting again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It had everything... and I mean everything, for us to be comfortable and have a marvelous time! The property was super clean and I loved all of the personal touches that were added to make us feel welcome. The response I received to my questions, were handled in a timely fashion. (Almost immediately, in fact.) My family wants to make staying in this beautiful home, a yearly, family tradition. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories!

This home was the perfect size and location for our vacation. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the home. It was right next to the water park and the pool and pickleball court was so much fun! We made some great family memories! The customer service was very responsive and helpful as well! Highly recommend this home for your southern Utah trip!

Our family reunion was me and my 3 sisters and all our kids/grandkids for a total of about 70. We rented 4 homes in the paradise village area and used 107 for the gathering place for lunch, dinner and late night pickle ball fun.
This house is awesome with a large kitchen, large dinning table and plenty of sitting outside that is covered and comfortable, even with heat in the 100's. The toddlers in the family loved the play place under the stairs filled with toys. A closet upstairs was filled with games which was good for the older kids, but we would of liked a lock on the door, so little kids did not get in closet to mess up games. There was also a video game room that older cousins had fun in. There is also a pool in the backyard that kids could enjoy more water (kids never seem to get enough swimming) and parents could just sit around and talk. We also had fun at the water park, and pool with the rock waterfall. This is the second time we have rented this house and will be back again.

This is are third time staying here. Property is nice and close to the big pool. We love their court and private pool. The spa really never worked great (never got past the 90 degree range, likely needs to be updated). Property management was very responsive. The big pool gets very crowded early on so having our pool is nice. I would never stay in that vacation area without a pool.

Everyone loved it. We've already talked about coming back and staying here is a must. Beautiful and so much fun with the game room, pool, basketball court. Check in and check out we're very simple. All around amazing!

We love coming here every year! There are 24 of us and we are comfortable here! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans/utensils/bowls/etc, you would need to make anything. And the fridges hold all the food we bring. The home was so clean and it's very intuitive to find anything! The pool was clean and so lovely- even in October! And the hot tub was glorious. We are so excited to come back next year.

We have rented this unit for several years now because it is perfect for our needs. The unit is clean and spacious. There is plenty of room for all to spread out in comfort. The kitchen area provides a great space for many hands to help with preparation and includes all the equipment one could desire. The dining area has room for 20 to eat or play games. Each bedroom has its own bath-a huge bonus! The grandkids love having their own bunk rooms and gaming space, and the pool/basketball-pickleball courts are in constant use. I would give this property an A+ rating, and we will be reserving it again!

This house was amazing! So much to do, and was exactly as presented in the listing. It was so nice that every room had their own bathroom, lots of storage, and everything we needed for our stay!!

My only disappointment was the pickle ball court. Following any rain, the puddles were prohibitive, and the squeegee was near useless. The only reason I chose this property was the private court.
We had 2 veterans staying with us, one disabled. I was not offended a veterans discount like Red Rock. They gave us 10% off. That was much appreciated.

Our family of seven adults and five children stayed for five nights. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The amenities couldn't have been better with a stocked kitchen, outdoor living space, private pool, pickleball court and game room just a few to mention. The Paradise Village Lazy river and waterslide was conveniently next door. Everything about this house was the best it could be. We will be staying again at Paradise Village #107!!!

This is the 2nd time we've rented this unit and will do so again. It was spotless upon our arrival. It has all the kitchen accessories you could desire and even multiples of most for large groups. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We took children and grandchildren for our 50th anniversary-19 total, and there is plenty of room to never feel crowded. The outdoor pool, eating/lounging area, and basketball court plus gaming room provides everyone with plenty to do. The Red Sands management was very timely with updates on our trip and responses to questions. We would rate this rental, the management company, and our experience EXCELLENT+ !

The best house in Paradise Village!
This property was simply amazing! It had the best location, with the giant slide and lazy river right across the street. It’s at the end of the cul-de-sac so not much traffic. Best of all, it has A pickle ball court, basketball hoop, soccer goal, huge patio space with multiple seating areas, a fantastic pool, lounge chairs, etc. Inside it could sleep up to 26 people, that we did not need that many. My family loved being able to jump in the pool anytime they wanted! The older kids especially loved The gaming room with three Xboxes and three large screens. We had all the entertainment we needed right on the property and everyone was happy!

Better Than Advertised
Paradise Village 107 was better than advertised. It was well stocked, clean and ready to go. The Location was great and everything in and out of the house worked perfectly. It is definitely a place we will return again with our family of 22.

Almost perfect
This rental is almost perfect, It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and so much to do that everyone was kept happy and busy. The grand kids loved the game room. The only issue was it wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been for as much as we were charged. Maybe the cleaning crew had a bad week .There was tomato sauce splattered on the backsplash behind the stove and there were tons of bugs in the vent above the stove, bread under the fire pit, hair in the master bath tub, a fruit roll up melted under the kid's table and so much dirt on the pickle ball court. We have pictures of most of that. We swept the court and scraped off the melted fruit rollup. Despite the cleanliness we loved this rental and will definitely recommend it to others as well as stay here again ourselves. Other than the cleaning the kid's toys under the stairs are in extremely bad shape and I would recommend updating those. Otherwise it was perfect.

Spacious with all the amenities
We had 9 people from 2 families, the 5 kids from 16 to 21. House has just about everything for kids and adult kids. Kitchen big enough for large dinners and plenty of family rooms with all the Xbox and gaming amenities. Great outside to hang out or play volleyball, basketball and pickle ball. Hard to find anything that I would change with house but if looking for suggestions would request an outside TV and the hot tub could use an upgrade. We rent houses every summer and this one is definitely in top 3.

This is a great home. Very well appointed with a very well stocked kitchen. The owners of this home have thought of everything. We had 10 adults and 10 children and there was room for everyone. We enjoyed the pickle ball court and hot tub but it was too cold to use the pool. Thanks again for a 5 star stay!!!

We have vacationed at several properties in Paradise Village; and this was, without doubt, our favorite. The home is beautiful. Each bedroom has its own bath. There are many televisions to accommodate everyone. The gaming room was a huge hit with the teenagers; and all enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, basketball/pickle ball court, and outdoor seating.
We had a large group of 17-20 but never felt cramped due to the spacious layout of the property. Management was great to work with. We will be booking again for next year and highly recommend this property to all. Fantastic!

We've been to this property several times. We had a good time with my family. I would add that the house was a bit dirty. Needed vacuuming and just needed a bit more cleaning. Otherwise it was good.

all-inclusive vacation home
This property very well-managed and easy to check in and out. Communication was prompt, and the property had more things than we even could use. Location is the best, right next to the children's waterpark in a cul-de-sac. Everything was clean and supplies were plentiful. Everyone loved this house with all the amenities, game room, protected pool and outdoor court, grill, firepit, and seating for so many to have wonderful family time. Winter months when not so hot would be heavenly with all the outdoor covered patio seating. Just a great property!

There’s plenty of room for everyone in our extra large group. Nice you have a private pool and the pickleball court was a ton of fun. House was REALLY stocked. Kitchen had everything to cook for an army. Only hard thing was finding places to put food since the pantry was full of towels. Extra towels and blankets were great. Previous group forgot to put out trash which caused it to over loaded. Management company was easy to work with and gave plenty of check in communication and instruction. We would definitely use this exact house again compared to others in the neighborhood.

Just as awesome as the first time!
Our family stayed at this property in July 2018 for our father's retirement celebration. We stayed again this year for our parents' 40th anniversary and it was once again such a fun place to be with our family. We loved the options of things to do at the home. We had so many friends and family ask about our stay and we highly recommended they stay here. We will definitely keep coming back.
