The Space:
This 2-on-1 property features a wonderful 1BR guesthouse with a full kitchen, updated full bath and private outdoor space. You can grill outside or cook inside with this fully-appointed property, all while immersing yourself in its "coastal farmhouse" vibe. The adjoining tandem parking space is large enough to handle a large SUV. The bedroom boosts a queen size bed.
Living room provides a roku tv perfect for app base streaming services.

You have the complete house to yourselves, including courtside patio (note, however, there is a separate main house with its own adjoining patio), The assigned parking space is very oversized and could accommodate 2 smaller cars, if necessary. We also provide boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels for your use when visiting. Laundry available onsite (and shared with any guests in the front house)!

OB is the hippest and most "neighborly" of San Diego's beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!
Getting Around:
Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the assigned parking guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego.

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
Pets are welcome but we don't allow cats in this property. Our standard pet fee is $150 (this may vary dependent on length of stay & type of pet). Please let us know if you will be bringing along your furry friend!

We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.

Just as expected, cute beach cottage well appointed and so close we walked down multiple times each day. Was able to work remotely and enjoy all the vibes OB offers after hours. Loved the street market on Wednesday and South Beach grille upstairs views. Coffee in the mornings on the patio via complete kitchen and the brita is a nice touch. Easy parking for us next to our gate. Would 💯 stay again/

We picked it for the location. Very close to the dog beach, park and short walk to the restaurants and shops. We didn’t want to have to drive to things and the spot was perfect. Off street parking was huge bonus and we enjoyed the market around the corner for beverages.

I don’t think I’ll be using these rental sites anymore. Host fees were $300. I could have stayed at the Hilton for that!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Such a cute little bungalow! We loved all the vintage doors and old handles, plus the wood ceiling in the kitchen! Turns out it was a few doors away from from a friend’s house, and we were able to walk everywhere. Definitely recommended!!

Comfortable and well appointed, location is perfect for getting around San Diego. The parking spot is right next to your door. Head to Newbreak for breakfast and Sourh Beach for tacos. Be sure to catch the sunset each day! Thanks for making my stay the best.

It was perfect for what I needed which was a place for my son and I to stay for a week after he moved out of dorm until his apartment was ready. It’s definitely rustic but not in a bad way. I’d call it quaint. Can walk to everything beach, food, markets, shopping. There is one bedroom with a Queen and a queen inflatable mattress that we used in living room. Laundry in courtyard and parking which is a must in OB. A Keurig and coffee pods was a nice surprise. We even got access to unit early which was great. I’d stay there again.

Came back to the town i was born in so i knew what i was getting into.
In general the place was perfect.
Only issues were that fact that they probably don't get over 50 demographic here too often.
The linens were absolutely the cheapest from Walmart or other. The bigger issue was the the matress was just way too soft. I did mention it to management and to thier credit the replaced it in 24 hours with a new one. The only issue was that it was still the cheapest. Softest mattress you could possibly buy. It just was not something i could sleep on. Ended up checking out it 1 day early because there was just no sleep to ne had on the marshmallow mattress. Other that that the place was perfect. I would certainly recommend upgrading to a little better sheets and definitely a more medium to firm matress. Ps - not trying to be too picky but as a VRBO property owner for more than 5 years now in Atlanta i know how much the stuff cost. For very little more you could have a much more liveable space. Overall, good location to the beach and dog beach (one block away). Responsive property manager. Walking distance to restaurants. The bungalow was cozy and perfect for two people and a dog. However, bathroom ceiling vent needs to be fixed (extremely loud when you turn it on), and just be aware of the homeless traffic in the alley but we felt safe (adding a lock to the outside gate might be helpful). In general, it was very relaxing.

It was a nice location. Smaller than I thought. It was pretty cold because the space doesn’t have central heating just a small portable one that only really kept the bedroom warm.
But the amenities were nice. There’s a few things that should get checked out like the bathroom fan makes a horrible noise when it’s running and they should probably treat the space for insects. Over the four days that I was there I counted 7 different spiders in the space. Also there isn’t a lot of privacy. You can see right into the space from the kitchen windows. It was a little creepy at night. But other than that it was cute.

My wife and I stayed there with our dog. The location is great. Just a block from dog beach. The cottage is small, but has ever we needed and the yard was perfect for us and our four-legged friend.

This house was super cute, on the small side, but plenty of space for my husband and I, along with our furbaby.
The house was very clean, and we even got notice that we could check in early. Though, we were driving from out of state, so we didn't get there early.
Location was great, within walking distance of so many great food options! And, dog beach was about a 5 minute walk, which we did often.
It was really warm when we were there, but there was an A/C unit that really made it comfortable.
Aaron was very responsive when we reached out to him, and was always very kind.
If you stay here, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Perfectly situated between the two main areas with restaurants in OB. If the temps are in mid-80s or above, beware that the A/C only covers the bedroom area. We came during a heatwave and the living area got very warm. It was an unprecedented heatwave, so I don't blame the owner.

This property was filthy. In all my years going to San Diego this property rated #1 as nasty the carpet was full of sand and smelled. The dust pan was full of dog hair hanging in the kitehen. My wife wiped off all the furniture with a paper towels and they were black. I can go on and on. I have all the photos. The owner might want to check on his cleaning crew. I will never stay there again a waist of money.

Amazing location
This was our first trip to San Diego and our first trip with our 10 month old daughter. The location is absolutely amazing, literally steps from the beach and the main strip in Ocean Beach with many restaurants. There was a crib and high chair for us to use which was very convienient. All the necessary beach items - chairs, umbrella, toys, towels. Lovely outdoor space. The beaches are incredible in this area. Definitely recommend staying here!

Quaint Location Just 2 Minutes from the Sand
This location is the best we've had in Ocean Beach. Two parking spaces in the alley, private gate to the rental, all the amenities you need for a nice stay at the beach--towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys are all there! Washer/dryer to use in the courtyard, patio area, kitchen is perfect with a full-size fridge. Perfect for two adults! You will not be disappointed! Aaron is communicative and responsive. We hope to be luck enough to get this place again in the future.

Great for our anniversary
We had a great time over the weekend. This cute little place was very relaxing and enabled us to unwind without interruption. We felt like we got our money's worth. We would like to see what the area's like when there's not a pandemic going on. It's a very short walk to Ocean Beach, which has terrific waves and a really long fishing pier. We brought food for two days with us, so the lack of nearby dining options didn't matter (many things being closed due to the pandemic). The kitchen was well equipped and worked great for us.

What a great couple if weeks! Bedroom way bigger than photos show. Overall, perfect for us and Freddie the dog. Bbq'd outside a few times, borrowed the beach chairs MANY times. Had family over for bday dinner on the patio. Easy and fast communication with Aaron. Locations n perfect. I could go on and on....but will let you discover it for yourself.
