Charmant hôtel tout près de l'aéroport de Genève

Chambre spacieuse et très agréable avec petit coin cuisine à l'entrée, lits confortables. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Piscine très appréciable ! Aéroport de Genève accessible en bus en 7 mn ou via un service de navettes (plus cher). Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute si l'occasion se présente !

Heureusement qu’on est parti là-bas pour nuit, parce que franchement laisse vraiment à désirer peut vraiment mieux faire

Ce que j’ai aimé dans cet établissement, c’est la literie un très bon lit avec une baignoire dans la suite si on peut appeler ça une fuite. Enfin ber la literie était agréable.

Alors par quoi commencer comment vous dire le nom de l’hôtel s’appelle M3 et non hôtel Airport Genève donc on a on s’est trompé deux fois d’hôtel car l’intitulé de la résidence n’est pas le bon. Nous avons pris une suite, mais pour moi ce n’est pas une suite. Il y a un escalier en colimaçon en plein milieu très désagréable. On nous dit qu’il y a de la climatisation mais qui marche une fois sur deux vraiment les chambres étaient pas du tout au rendez-vous.

Agréable séjour

Chambres spacieuses, personnels compétents ( qui vous trouveront des solutions car j'ai eu un problème de réservation en ligne. ) , le cadre est calme, la piscine est propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner parfait, mais il faut y aller tôt car après 9 h 30 , il ne reste plus grand chose. Les femmes de ménage sont très gentilles , elles sont disponibles et à l'écoute.

L'insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer, ce qui peut être très problématique quand des personnes ne respectent pas les autres ,(je remercie le réceptionniste de nuit qui est intervenu)

Ik ben verhuisd naar een andere kamer, op mijn verzoek, omdat het erg heet was op een kamer zonder AC. Helaas heeft de receptionist er niet bij verteld dat het bed op een andere verdieping was. Wat ik zeer onder de maat vond was het niet naar behoren schoonmaken van mijn kamer. Het enige dat gedaan werd, was de handdoeken vervangen. En dat had nou net NIET gehoeven (ik heb ze niet op de grond gelegd). De afwas was niet gedaan, en het bed werd ook niet opgemaakt.

Piscine appréciable ferme à 20h30, chambre spacieuse pour 4 avec mezzanine, clim fonctionne bien (même trop, pas réussi à la baisser), literie très confortable. Buffalo grill a 4 min à pied. Parking gratuit. Parfait pour une nuit étape.

Overall an okay hotel for a quick stay. And would have been better with a little play area for kids and the pool open.

Good located close to Geneva airport 10 min by car. Cute little small village close by with restaurants, shops and supermarket.

The pool was closed due to rain the day before. We booked the hotel as a family with two kids who should have some fun before travelling further on. Unfortunately it wasn’t open due to rain 🤷🏼‍♀️ The family room was in two floors and a steep staircase which couldn’t be blocked. Not easy with a 1 year old. The carpet in the room was very dirty.

Dit hotel ligt enkele minuten van de luchthaven van Genève, zeer dichtbij een supermarkt en tegen het centrum van Ferney. Er rijden bussen in de buurt naar bijv. de luchthaven en naar bijv. het centrum van Genève. De kamer was ruim en zeer schoon; de bedden lagen heerlijk.

Przyjemny pobyt.

Bardzo schludny i czysty hotel zlokalizowany w dogodnym miejscu. Przestronny, nowocześnie i stylowo urządzony pokój. Całkiem nieźle wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Szybki i bezproblemowy proces meldunku i wymeldowania. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki.

Bardzo cienkie ściany, a co za tym idzie głośno w przypadku hałaśliwych sąsiadów. Przydałoby się jakieś ogrzewanie w osobnej toalecie.

Vraiment un très chouette établissement. Notre chambre était spacieuse, calme, décorée avec goût, le nécessaire y était. Nous avons dîner au bar et je dois dire que c'était vraiment très sympathique. Une carte simple mais efficace. Un barman au top qui fait d'excellents cocktail. Le petit déjeuner était très bon également, beaucoup de choix, salé sucré. Du bon pain frais. Vraiment nous avons adoré.

Good place to stay close to Geneva or the Geneval Airport

Nice room, freshly refurbished. Quiet despite being very close to the airport. The kids loved the pool.

The rooms have been recently refurbished, but the age of the property can still be felt in places. The food choices at the bar were limited as they were already out of several items.

Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nothing like expected. The hotel is not really a hotel at all as a lot of people seem to live there! Has a very uneasy feel about the place. Behind the main entrance it is very run down and stinks of dog. Dog hairs absolutely everywhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff (greetings to Teeneeshka)! Great outdoor pool. Nice clean water. Clean rooms.

No hot water at the room for almost 2 days. Absolutely crazy setting of remotely controled air conditioning. You come to the room from 40 degrees outside to 18 degrees inside. Instant death (almost). You set the AC to 24 only to come back to it 20 minutes later recognizing it was again centrally reset to 20 degrees. Absolutely not acceptable. Not so tidy outside the rooms. Dirty carpets. Stuff like bags with laundry (or what) and garbage misplaced everywhere. That is not what I want to see on my way to / from my room.

Accommodation was great and location very convenient

we didn't have breakfast we played petang with the kids, unfortunately we couldn't use the nice pool since it rained the location was great as we had a morning flight to catch

we had dinner at the hotel, menu was limited and service was slow. we got the drinks at the end of the meal. I guess due to staff shortage

Disappointing

On arrival, we found a pair of pants in the sofa bed. The room wasn't clean. The bathroom spelt disgusting (like mould) seemed to get worse when the radiator was put on heat. The room isn't suitable when the bed is foulded out, as you have to dodge the stairs. There was no breakfast for gluten free, receptionist said this was refunded but 2 days later still not received notification of any refund to booking.com

Friendly and helpful staff, a lovely room with a very comfortable bed.

We chose this hotel as we wanted to break up our journey back to Switzerland from France. We were not at all disappointed with our choice. The girl at reception was welcoming and friendly. We had a good-sized room with kitchen facilities which we utilised for preparing our breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. We would most certainly stay at this Hotel again.

This is a very modern, clean property minutes from the airport. We stayed there overnight to catch an early flight.

Great team, everyone helpful, and attentive. They really make the hotel worth returning to.

Last visit was for a short stay, although I've stayed at the hotel before for a longer period. I like returning to the hotel because the staff are excellent, the hotel is in a great location and I like having the small kitchen in the room.

The small kitchen needs to have one/two hobs to enable the cooking of a hot meal. The shared kitchen down the corridor is not adequate. The air con needs to be better - it has very restrictive settings.
