Not far from the terminal. Staff were very helpful and ordered us a taxi for an early morning bus to Popayan.
Couldn't close the bathroom window so potential for insects to get in but we didn't have that trouble during the night. Had a fan in the room which helped but quite hot at night. The room had AC but appeared to be broken

Good night in Neiva
Safe area, kind staff, room and bathroom clean. Ventilators in the room.
The room didn't have window to get some fresh air (only internal to the building). The bed isn't so comfortable.

Convenient location close to the bus station. Very basic but clean double room which is good for a night or so. Staff were very friendly!
