Hotel bem localizado, muito limpo e bem equipado.
A pequena cozinha tinha fogão, geladeira, micro-ondas e máquina de café, o que nos ajudou muito com alimentação.
Tem ponto de ônibus na frente que te leva em 15 min até o Louvre.
O acesso é todo feito por códigos, não há chaves para carregar. O hotel disponibiliza contato via WhatsApp caso precisar ajuda.
O quarto é muito bom! Mas é bem pequeno, se vc possui problemas de mobilidade, talvez encontre dificuldades para entrar no chuveiro ou usar o banheiro.

Идеальное местоположение , все рядом . Доступ в квартирку без проблем нашли по инструкции . Очень приятный владелец , на связи был и спасибо за презент
Девушки, кто убирал, попросила их сменить полотенца, за 4 дня не меняли. На что сказали , что нужно подтверждение от владелица , я показала им смс от владелица , он написал мне и подтвердил, был на связи в букинге, видимо там сложная схема взаимодействия с персоналом.

La ubicación sobre todo y que tenía un poco de todo y que los 4 días de estancia nos salieron 574€, también te mandan correos para a ver si necesitas algo…están pendientes en la estancia.
El baño donde se encuentra ubicado el inodoro demasiado pequeño, alguna vez olía a cañería y a la mañana no se podía abrir la ventana porque te subían los olores de comida, el resto del día permanecíamos fuera.

Falta servicio gratuito para guardar las maletas. Nos recomendaron otra empresa que nos cobró 6 euros por maleta y además no estaba cerca.
En la habitacion doble, el suelo estaba levantado y roto. La ducha aunque estaba bien, tenía la mampara al reves, es decir, el cristal estaba tapando el hueco donde no esta la ducha por lo que al ducharse se salpicaba todo el baño.
En la habitación para 5 personas no se abrian bien las ventanas por lo que con la ola de calor aunque habia muchos ventiladores, hacia demasiado calor. La ventana de la habitacion pequeña fue imposible abrirla

We recently stayed at the Apartments WS Saint-Lazare - Opera for 4 nights and had a very good experience. The staff were exceptional, always ready to help and made us feel welcome. The facilities met all of our needs, providing a comfortable and clean environment throughout our stay. The apartment itself offered great comfort, and it truly felt like a home away from home. When it comes to value for money, it's hard to beat what this place offers, especially considering the fantastic location which made exploring Paris a breeze. As a couple traveling for leisure, we found this to be the perfect spot for our Parisian escape and would highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay in the city.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; however, if we had to nitpick, we noticed that the noise insulation could be improved. Occasionally, we could hear the bustling city life and our neighbors at night. Also, it could be a little more cleaner.

Alles wat je nodig hebt is in principe aanwezig; toilet, douche, eettafeltje, 1 kookplaat, handdoeken, enz, Goede ligging met ov naast de deur. Veel winkels en (fastfood) restaurants in de omgeving. Levendig, maar weinig last wanneer (dubbele) ramen dicht zijn.
Het is allemaal erg klein; de bedden, de badkamer. putjes liepen niet door, licht erg fel. Kleine hokken met Ikea meubilair. IMaar toch, voor een paar nachten prima te doen!

Tenía malo la cocina, la cafetera… el WiFi funcionaba a veces …me dieron la clave de la puerta del piso de abajo… tuve suerte de encontrarme con alguien que me dio la otra clave… o sino habría tenido que esperar muchísimo… llena de maletas … además nunca me dieron soluciones a ningún problema….

La ubicación es muy buena. Esta junto a la estacion de Saint Lazare lo que hace que puedas desplazarte con mucha facilidad por la ciudad o a otros destinos mas lejanos (DisneyLand por ejemplo). Ademas tiene varios puntos turisticos cerca, y muchos restaurantes, ya sean de comida rapida (McDonals, KFC, Burger King, etc) como restaurantes de mayor nivel, todos ellos debajo del apartamento, es decir a menos de 1 minuto. También hay supermercados. Zona segura y con cierto ambiente.
En cuanto al apartamento, tiene un ascensor con cierto encanto, que recuerda un poco a Emily en Paris. Para acceder hasta la habitacion hay varias puertas (dos en el portal, una en la planta y la de la propia habitacion) todas ellas con codigo, por lo que es muy seguro.
Por ponerle un pero, diria que la decoracion de las zonas comunes... el pasillo estaba un poco anticuado, con las alfombras desgastadas y con manchas. Pero esto no afecta a la estancia, simplemente comentarlo porque ganaria mucho la impresion de los usuarios.

Non era possibile aprire le finestre (INCREDIBILE, NON MI ERA MAI SUCCESSO), mancavano tutte le posate, il termosifone era minuscolo e complicatissimo da far funzionare.

Le parfum diffusé dans la chambre est vraiment trop fort ! Cela m'a vraiment indisposé.
Impossible de faire disparaitre l'odeur, c'était irritant pour la gorge. Même en aerant. Et je n'ai pas réussi à savoir d'où ça venait.
L'intention est bonne. Mais le résultat est mauvais.
Il faudrait rechercher des produits d'entretien sans parfum sinon des parfums d'intérieur naturelles et non allergène.

Publican que tiene dos dormitorios lo cual no es real entras hay una cama en la cocina y con una separación rudimentaria hay otra cama no coinciden las fotos con la realidad muy decepcionante tuve que mandar a un integrante de la familia a otro lado y alquilar a última hora muy mala experiencia

lors de notre départ, j’ai appelé pour demander de rester 1h30 supplémentaire dans l’appartement afin de gérer au mieux le départ avec femme enceinte de 7 mois plus enfants. cette demande nous a été REFUSÉE.

Extremely hot due to no air-conditioning, and cannot open windows more then 3 inches. Extremely loud traffic noise throughout entire night. "3bedroom apartment" was not as described, seeing as you have restricted access to entire apartment. Coming into building/apartment was in extreme need of renovations. Was not happy with stay

I had the problem with the toilet, the bathroom drain was blocked, but it was solved quickly, so, no complains.

Great location inner city, especially for the price!! Apartment felt very secure with many doors and codes to get into. Sofa bed was generous and small teapoint had lots of amenity! Booked this last minute and appreciated the fast turn around with booking confirmation.
Beds were a little uncomfortable, and couldn’t get the shower head to stay fixed.

The apartment is very well located, and this is the only positive point I can find for the property.
It was very disappointing to find that the photos advertised at the time of booking (a few months before my trip) were very different from the apartment offered. Breakfast is only a home delivery (apartment) of an online order. I don't see the point of having 200gr of butter, a jar of jam and a large bottle of fruit juice every morning. In the end, we had to throw all this surplus food in the garbage can, which is a big waste. What's more, the quality of the baguettes and croissants delivered was very poor. As far as the cleaners are concerned, we asked to have the trash emptied and to have new towels after 2 nights. We received confirmation from the manager but the cleaner never showed up. Another point concerns the bathroom: the sink was leaking and the floor was all wet after taking a shower. Finally, as a family, we did not find the apartment comfortable.
