About this apartment rental
Nice chalet with a quiet beautiful mountain style decoration five minutes walk from the center of Courchevel 1650 and the free shuttle to Courchevel 1850. Maximum capacity is 6 adults with 3 bedrooms, one small with bunk beds. The other two rooms for one, a bathtub and a sink, and the other a shower and a washbasin. Two paths are possible to the center: easy but the longer the escalator, the other shorter but steeper by the old Moriond.

As others have mentioned, the pictures and description definitely don’t do this place justice. The location is great being a 5-10 minute walk to the town and ski front. It’s good to have 3 separate bedrooms for 6 people, although the 3rd room is quite small (fine for adults but probably more suited to children) and two bathrooms. Guillaume lives on site and he was always available to help us if we needed and is very friendly. The driveway itself is quite steep and even with 4WD and winter tyres we did struggle, but we did find free parking elsewhere for our stay so wasn’t a problem, just a lot of snow and ice at the time we arrived! Having the separate hallway to put on ski boots and garage to store skis was also very useful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Guillaume was a great host, flexible with timings and helpful throughout. The chalet was cosy, warm and comfortable for our family of 5. It comprised the bottom floor only of the chalet, with a shared entrance lobby for putting on ski boots and direct access to the garage where we kept our skis. Access to our floor was by a separate front door with its own combination code. The walk to the gondola was made easier by escalators which were a 200m walk from the chalet. The steep road and driveway to the chalet were a bit tricky without 4 wheel drive but we managed it. The single beds were on the small side for our teenagers, but other than that the place was perfect for us. Amazing value for money considering we were in the heart of 1650 old town and so close to everything including the free shuttle bus to 1850. We will definitely be back at some point in the future. Decent location (approx. 7-10mins walk to the lifts via a very necessary escalator). Property was excellent for our needs (2 parents + 2 grown up boys) - if anything the online description does not do it justice. Our host Guillaume was laid back, friendly & very helpful.

The property is well proportioned with three bedrooms (twin, double and small bunk bed room) with open plan kitchen/dining and living room. There is a shower/whb in the double bedroom and a bath/whb in the twin room. A separate Wc is located off the entrance lobby. For a short ski break it has everything you need. Our host, Guillaume, was available for any queries and the booking procedure and follow up location/access arrangements were made very easy. Although the property has a steep path incline up to the main street it is only a short walk and we were able to leave our ski equipment with Gilbert Sports making the daily trip to and from the ski slopes very easy. The location is very accessible to all the shops, restaurants, and bars with no requirement to have or use transport.

Guillame is a very helpful and relaxed host.
The apartment was very clean and ideal for self catering with dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. There are 2 compact ensuite Bath/shower facilities and 2 separate loos.
It was ideal for our family ski holiday and we loved skiing Courchevel and 3 Vallies!
