Home was spacious, clean & nicely decorated. Paper consumables for use provided. Great communication with host. Definitely recommend!

This property was great for our family during our stay for a horse show. Lots of space and well stocked. About a ten minute drive to the fairgrounds and ten minutes from restaurants. The neighborhood was overall nice but did drive through sketchy areas nearby to get there - we did expect this though. Cute home, no problems during our week long stay.

We came to OKC for a long weekend with our two teens. The house had plenty of private space for everyone to decompress and good spaces to gather as well. The location was fabulous- really just a short drive to the places we wanted to visit and close to lots of fun restaurants and shops. The house was clean and well equipped and our host was easy to reach. We would definitely stay again!

Cutest House
This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We love it. It’s very clean, very comfortable and great for horse show people bc it’s close to the show grounds. Also, very pet friendly.

Cool, eclectic house
House is pretty cool. Very eclectic and fun. It’s definitely in an area that’s in the midst of gentrification so you’ve got some very nice homes and some rough ones. Just the way the neighborhood is right now. Location was great for our event though. We were at the new OKC convention center all weekend and it was a quick trip there. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs but there was plenty of space for us all.
Only negatives I’d mention is:
1) Beds were all pretty uncomfortable. They’re just old and in need of replacing. The mattress on the pullout in the living room really wouldn’t qualify as a mattress. If it was thicker than a deck of cards I’d be surprised.
2) Bedding was old, didn’t seem very clean and there just wasn’t enough to. We had to make a run to buy some extra blankets as it got pretty chilly at night. Didn’t seem to be any spare blankets in the house.
3) For the most part the house was clean but there’s was quite a bit of dust/lint/hair on the floors in the bedrooms, corners and closets.

Great House
Cute neighborhood, close to great restaurants and Pie Junkie. Dennis was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed a extra night. Would stay here again! Close to State Fairgrounds for horse shows.

Great visit
We enjoyed how easy it was to get around OKC. We typically took an Uber to a restaurant to start our day and then either walked or took the train to the next ‘neighborhood’. Dennis was great all the way through the process. Very nice house!

Perfect Spot...Fantastic House
This house is located in a perfect location in a cute up and coming neighborhood. It was crazy clean and the beds are REALLY REALLY comfortable. Everyone in our group slept really well. The ONLY negative we found was there was only one television. Would have been nice to have one in each room as we had a large group all wanting to watch different things. That was a very minor con. It was all perfect for us!!! Manager of the property was great to work with as well. Easy checkin and out. Didn't have to do much upon leaving either. It was awesome. Would stay again.

Amazing stay
First the home looked exactly like the photo. Our family of 7 adults arrived to a beautiful and functional home. Everyone was impressed with how clean and homie it was. The neighborhood was decent a lot of homes were being remodeled. We did speak with a couple neighbor's that were very nice and offered the food items we had not opened. I would definitely come back and stay here. Thank you for making this process so easy.

We stayed at this property the weekend before Christmas '19.I was told it would be decorated for the holidays and there was NO holiday decor. Also, we made several trips to buy essentials that should've been provided for cooking. There was not a can opener (elec or mechanical), toaster didn't work, no hand mixer for baking. Backyard had some kind of tree close to the house that produced a messy droppling that (because back yard was so unkept) was not visible. Hence, we were all cleaning off our shoes the first day until we realized where we had picked up the mess. All of this was so irritating! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Exactly as advertised, and LOCATIONx3!
What you see is what you get for this location. What is understated (I believe) is the excellent location. A grocery is 3 minutes away, Plaza district, ditto, an easy drive to downtown and the Stockyards. There was even a gorgeous Catholic Church a short walk away. Would repeat if travels bring us to OKC again.

Very comfortable
Everyone in our group was impressed by the comfort of this house. The beds were amazing and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary items! The spiral staircase would be fun for kids but hard for older or larger adults.
We did several things around the city and the location made it an easy drive to Bricktown and museums we explored. If we make another trip to Oklahoma City, I would definitely book this house again!

Couldn’t have asked for more!
This home is in the heart of all the good eats and drinks!! Super cute home - nice decor - comfortable beds - everything we needed was there too (I.e., extra towels, kitchen stuff, laundry stuff, etc)! We use VRBO several times a year and this was def a good one! I highly recommend. The upstairs is perfect for kids or teenagers! While our stay we had some bad storms and our host was able to take care of anything that came up because of those storms. Super prompt and attentive!

Great house, comfortable beds, walking distance to shops/restaurants, updated, clean, fun to relax.
We stayed in this house for a seminar at the university close by. This house was within walking distance to the university which was our priority. It is also walking distance to The Plaza District which has amazing places to eat and cute shops to walk around. Dennis, the owner, was quick to respond to my questions/messages. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Probably the best mattress I have ever slept in away from home. The house itself is decorated very nice, just as pictured. Overall I would recommend this house to everyone. It has everything you need to feel right at home. If we’re ever in OKC I would definitely return and stay in this amazing house. Oh, and the neighborhoods is amazing. Each house has its own character and charm. The front patio deck in this house was a great place for us to relax and enjoy the afternoon.
Thanks again Dennis!

We loved this charming house with modern updates. Also we enjoyed the safe and quiet neighborhood.
This house is a wonderful place to stay and close to everything in OKC. The Plaza District was just to the south of property and plenty to do around the area. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and felt very safe during our trip. I also enjoyed all the modern lighting and decor. We will book this property again in the future. The owner made it super easy to enjoy our stay.

Great house and location in OKC
Spent a weekend in OKC and rented this home. The house was very nice and recently updated. Lots of space for several couples or people. The house was as pictured and felt very comfortable. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from anywhere you want to go. The owner was very responsive and everything needed was provided. I will stay here again next time I'm in OKC.

Perfect location for a family getaway!
My husband and son (age 8) stayed at this property over spring break. The location is great. There are lots of restaurants right around the corner, and Bricktown and Automobile Alley aren’t far at all. So, proximity to everything was just perfect.
We enjoyed our stay. The foosball table and the loft with beanbag upstairs were great for our little man. Everything was comfortable and new and the toiletries in the bathroom were a great touch.
One thing that I did notice was that the floors seemed a bit dirty and could benefit from a good cleaning, but that was the only downside to the property.
