Was a lovely place

There was no balcony for us to sit outside they said there was one too many stairs to climb

Días de ocio.

El piso en general es como se ve en las fotos, muy bien cuidado, buena limpieza, habitacione grande y cuarto de baño amplio, buena ubicación ya q por lo q vimos se tiene todo cerca, autobús, supermercado, tranvía.

Lo q no me gustó es q no tenía horno, la ducha al principio nos duraba poco el agua caliente, y por último tenemos q pensar q es un piso reformado y no tiene ascensor, pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

shower - 2 minutes maximum of hot water which is not enough for 2 persons, we where told 30L which is far below the size required for a shower! no wine glasses

Superb

The apartment was very comfortable with a strong wifi, Netflix, washing machine, and a well equipped kitchenette. It was also very clean. The location was good, not very close to the city center, but very well serviced by the tram and bus lines - 10 minutes away from the centre, 15 minutes away from the central bus station, 30 minutes away from La Laguna by public transport. It is located in a safe area with many nice cafes, shops, and a supermarket - all in the walking distance from the house.

No major concerns, just two minor things to mention: 1. The apartment does not have a terrace or any outdoor seating area, although the pictures may leave the impression it does. 2. Getting the information for the key pick up was a bit difficult. The service company insisted on sending me the details where and how to pick up the keys only 1 day prior to or on the day of my self check-in. I needed to write them quite a few messages, as I was worried I would not have internet access on my travel day, and wanted to avoid any troubles, moreover, I was supposed to arrive on Sunday afternoon. This created unnecessary stress. I travel a lot and this was the only accommodation so far not giving check-in instructions well in advance of the arrival.

Lovely apartment that is a bit further away from city center.

Very tidy and minimalistic apartment above a cozy cafe. Has a good coffee machine.

On the photos it was shown there’s a balcony, but our apartment didn’t have one. The hospitality could’ve been a bit better for an apartment. All the communication was only in spanish. Besides the utensils, the kitchen didn’t have anything, so we had to buy all our cooking components for our short stay.

Exceptional

The flat looks like in pictures and was incredibly clean. Beds have a firm memory mattress that was really comfortable. Easy check in and good facilities close by. It was better than expected and great value for money. Free parking everywhere on the streets around.

The walk in shower makes you mop after every use and that's painful and the noise from the trams that are running on the street in front it's a bit too much. You'll need to sleep with the window open during nights as it's too hot even it's just 23-24 in December nights.

Comfortable and well-equiped apartment

The location is quite noisy. The tramway passes just in front of the window. The location being uphill, cars and motorcycles accelerate to climb the slope. I could also hear my neighbours from above during the day.

big, comfy, clean and quiet. The apartment had all you need, even for a long stay. Can clean your clothes, iron them, Netflix, coffee machine. Downstairs there is even a great location for having a coffee, drink or meal. Tram station close by and supermarket also in the area, both for a 5min walk.

All was great really, maybe a clothes dryer would help others, just saying :) Also don't remember seeing a toaster, but maybe there is ;)

Recomend this place

Bright, clean, couzy, calm, with all stuf what you need for comfortable stay. Down stears are local cafeteria with delicios coffee.

It would be nice if guests were left with drinking water. It costs nothing and makes a pleasant impression. There ir no parking area :(.

Excellent apartment

Very large upper balcony, (all day sun), top floor bedroom was also very large, well equipped kitchen, comfortable, good location. Had no problem finding on street parking within a few hundred metres of the apartment.

Pretty nice flat overall.

There was one pillow missing and the host just mentioned that there should be one in chaise lounge, but there wasn't one and when asked to bring it just didn't respond twice. Also there were some sounds in the wall, probably bugs eating the wood.
