This house is in a great location, close to both the public beach and downtown restaurants/shopping. The host provided everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. It was an easy check in and check out process as well. With three bedrooms and two full baths, there was plenty of room to spread out. There are two "living rooms" and lots of nice, big t.v.s. We had a great time and would definitely visit again!

The property was clean. Very much appreciated the cleaning products and paper products available. First stay at a rental that had these readily available and we did not need to provide them ourselves.

We enjoyed the location with easy access to recreation and the historic harbour front. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. With our pup, we especially appreciated the fenced yard.

It is a well appointed house on a cul-de-sac. The host is great. He responded to our questions and concerns promptly and even came over to help us with a particular issue that turned out to be a minor thing. As advertised it is a mile from the beach so we needed to use our car to go back and forth. It is also a short drive to the historic center of Fernandina Beach. Very dog friendly and a nice fenced backyard for our pup to hunt skinks. We really enjoyed our two weeks there.

Stayed at this property for a little over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we found this house to be close proximity to both the beach (with great beach gear included) and the historic downtown area. The house was clean, well stocked with amenities, and comfortable.
One thing to keep in mind with the location is that the backyard backs up to a retail strip. It wasn’t a problem, but you do hear dumpsters being emptied in the early morning hours, which we aren’t really used to. The location of this house also unfortunately catches the smell from the paper plant at times.
I would also suggest some additional kitchen utensils (mixing bowl, wooden spoons) to make it a truly functional cooking environment.
Overall, we would definitely book again if we find ourselves back on the island. It was great to have a fenced backyard as well as access to the garage for our car.

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Was in a good location. We brought our dog with us. She seem to manage to find a way out of the fenced I. Back yard and went exploring on her own while we were gone. The does need fixed their was board being held up by a paint can and another one just hanging where she just pushed it out of her way. Also I would suggest to get a little more cooking utensils and more pots and pans etc.. We did love our stay and would come back.

The property was clean and as advertised. The fenced in backyard was a nice surprise. It was a short 5 minute drive to the beach.
The garage had beach chairs and toys so no need to bring those. We bought a beach umbrella when we got here because all of the beach rental places were sold out for July 4th weekend.
Highly recommend the place and enjoyed our stay.

We come there every year and have for the past 0 years. Usually rent a condo, but wanted more parking and privacy. This rental was perfect and we enjoyed it so much. It was quiet, not far from everything, and a perfect location. My wife already wants to stay there again next year. I have zero complaints and want to thank the owners personally.

The house was in a great location close to everything we needed access to. We enjoyed our stay! It was exceptionally clean and the backyard was perfect for our little dogs. The home was well cared for and had so many amenities that we wanted for nothing. The premier host was very responsive via phone if we needed anything or had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars from me and I’m not easy to impress :)

We arrived late Friday and the front door wasn’t locked , just wanted you to be aware that had happened ! We had 4 adults in our group and issues we had was certainly because of our ages, we were ages 75-84 and had difficulty getting in and out sofa ,sofa was low ,we used the small roomin front and it was more comfortable for us ,the twin mattressessare not comfortable,I woke up and got up at 4:17 am ,my back was hurting, but we were down to visit my grandson and had a wonderful time and would probably rent your place again if available if we make another trip there !

First impression was bad because the yard had not been maintained in a long time. Front porch dirty. Towels were thin. That said the interior was somewhat clean, and the house well served our needs, appliances good. Nice back porch and grill. Quite neighborhood. Very safe.

Our family of 5 had a great week at this comfortable house. It had every amenity we needed, even some cooking supplies to make great family meals enjoyed out on the back patio table. Our dog loved the fenced in yard too. The house was set up nicely and the beds were comfortable. The house was centrally located on the island and we loved running and walking our dog on Egan’s Trail nearby. Our host provided some great sightseeing and restaurant recommendations which we loved. We had a fantastic stay here!

Excellent location on north side of Amelia Island with convenient access to the beaches (and Fort Clinch and Eagen Creek Greenway) to the east and downtown Fernandina Beach to the west. Comfortable home that works well for a family. Fenced in back yard a great space for our golden retriever. Nice grill for a cookout.

The rental experience was wonderful. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked for our visit. The location. Was also great. If I had one suggestion it would be to tidy up the landscaping a bit. That said, it was perfect for our needs and I would definitely return.

We really enjoyed renting this house for our annual car show trip to Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island! The house was spacious; we were even able to park our Corvette in the garage! The house was well stocked with kitchen items, coffee supplies, beach supplies, games and puzzles. The beach was within walking distance (a mile or so) and downtown was so close. Thanks to the owner for an enjoyable stay!
