Significantly decrease number of e-mail notifications.

Very friendly and client-oriented personnel, always willing to help and support. Rooms are clean and silent. Towels changed daily. Free parking around the hotel. Very close to public transport. Several nice cafes within 1-5 min of walking. Also bowling is very close :) Outstanding breakfast. Bella-cat is FANTASTIC =^._.^= We're big fans of it =^._.^=

Very very very annoying e-mail and in-mail notifications. From booking day and till check-out - 15 e-mails with useless information.

Gute Lage, sauber - tolles Frühstück!

Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Direkter SBahn Anschluss.

Für das barrierefreie Zimmer gab es keinen Föhn und man konnte auch keinen an der Rezeption leihen.

There are other better options

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that it is close to public transportation, and my good review ends there

Booking.com quoted a price in EUR, but the hotel charges in CZK using their "own' exchange rate, so we ended up paying some EUR 40 more for two nights. Then the hotel charged the taxes twice, once through Booking.com, and second time during the check in. Also, it is not possible to make a reservation for a parking place, but since they noted that we could use the public parking available nearby (that you pay for of course), I thought that should not be a problem. When we arrived, they said that the hotel parking was full, handing us a piece of paper to download an app for the parking. But you can't pay for a day or two in advance, but 12 hrs is max for the public parking. Since I made the payment at 17:30 I had to set up my alarm clock for 05:30 to review the parking, though this is something the hotel could have handled and then charged a guest for. And for 12 hours of public parking we paid some 16 EUR, too expensive. Then, to find a place to sit during breakfast was almost a mission impossible. First morning we used a coffee machine in the lobby, paid for our coffee, but the last coffe we got out of the machine wasn't drinkable, because instead of milk, more hot water was added. We reported this to the reception, a lady came trying to fix the machine not offering to refund us for the coffee.

was good , tube station 500m from hotel, reception staff was nice ,

no fridge , no iron , no safe, reception only offers frozen pizza after midnight, understandable but 3x price , parking price 54 eur for parking .

Very enjoyable stay, I would happily stay again and would recommend to others staying in Prague.

Staff very helpful, excellent breakfast. Location a bit far out of the main city to the east, though to be fair metro only 7 minutes walk away. Therfore no complaints really.

The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but that's probably harsh as plenty would have found it very comfortable. It's about personal preference.

Nice hotel and staff. Maybe a touch too 'green'?

Super cool staff, 24hr facilities, bright airy rooms. Good shower. Feels new.

I think if you're "saving energy" you shouldn't scrimp on A/C, which I wouldn't like to test in 35C heat... Nor tea and coffee making facilities for guests. A machine, or one on each floor may be an idea if kettles are to be lost in rooms. The towel rail was also "saving energy" in that it wouldn't switch on

Cleanliness, friendly staff, great choice of food, Metro is 5 min walk away, modern , they pay attention to everything, absolutely everything, everything outside is covered with cameras, peaceful neighborhood , silent ... etc etc

There is absolutely nothing i could write i didn't like.

Great value for money and a great location if you want to take a trip to Prague,

Tram station infront of the hotel which takes you to Prague. Big delicious buffet breakfast. Great smelling hand and body wash. Staff are very friendly and help full. Easy location to get to when you travelling by car

The hotel said it provides parking. Booking.com failed to mention that the parking has to be paid for.The parking itself is not too expensive and the staff was very kind to let me leave my car in the parking lot after we checked out. Which meant we could go explore the city without out needing to worry about finding a place to leave my car.

The facility is new and clean. The bes was really comfy, one of the most comfy bed I have sleep in. The breakfast was also nice, a lot of choices. Also the location is good, msybe little far away but you have metro station right in front of the hotel.

When I booked the Hotel I especially asked for 2 single beds bc i was traveling with my best friend and when we got there we got room with one king bed which made me really annoyed so I complaned right away. At first they told me they are booked and after they noticed that im getting really mad they said aha we have one last room avaible with 2 single beda and they gave us that room. If I didnt have my angry face they will leave us in that room. The second thing that was actually dissapointing was when we asked for taxi the day when we were leaving, we said taxi to the main train station but please be sure we can pay with card bc we sont have any czk cash with us. The girl working on the reception was like yeah sure, 8:10 main train station and CARD. The taxi driver was on time,everyrhing great but when we get to our destination the driver was like I dont take card only cash. He said no one told me that you want to pay with card, he showed us the message from the hotel and they have wrote cash 🙄 so we were looking for ATM which we didnt have a lot of time bc our bus were leaving, the ATM on the station didnt work so my friend had to ride with the driver around so that they find other ATM so that we can pay. It was really awful experiance especialy when you say something specific. SO IN MY EXPERIANCE THIS HOTEL IS OKEY BUT THEY DIDN'T TAKE SPECIFIC THINGS SERIOUSLY WHICH MAKE THIS BUSINESS SUCCESS. ✌️
