Comfortable, modern, hidden treasure...

Great little hidden treasure right in the middle of Bowral. Retro feel on the outside, but totally modern rooms on the inside. Huge shower. Good wardrobe space.

fresh, clean room, plenty of parking in a convienent location

Very easy book in and plenty of parking. The room large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved sitting by the fire in the bar and enjoyed our dinner and a few beers and not having to venture out into the cold wet weather.

Suitable without being great.

Great location and a good bed and shower. Room was nice big TV

Photos showed a desk area to work at but Number 11 has no bench or desk. Our TV didnt work. No connection. The cable had a peg on it. There was a rack to hang clothes but no hangers. No iron or ironing board in the room.

Overall better than expected for a country pub hotel, rooms are good, clean and modern and central.

Clean, comfortable and better than expected decor.

The check in experience was a bit unpleasant. The reception staff were unfriendly, but under staffed on the day.

The bed cover was covered in stains . Also long black hairs found inside sheets when the bed was turned back . 🤮

Beautifully design, well maintained, thin walls

Pretty well designed and all modern fixtures

Could hear our next door guest conversation and any traffic from inebriated guests out in the hallway past midnight.

We had enjoyed our two nights stay in the hotel.

Excellent location within short walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Spacious and self contained studio rooms with large bathrooms. We liked the open and airy setting of the rooms with some plants and trees in the front. Flexible checkout times. The coffee machine was great.

We had booked 2 rooms. One room did not have any drinking glasses. The smoke alarm was missing in our room. There wasn't any facial tissues provided in both rooms. We would have liked a microwave in the rooms.

No breakfast provided. When asked about it as just told nit available. Would have been helpful if provided with more information about other places where breakfast could be available.

The hotel rooms has been newly renovated with nice contemporary finishes. Bed was super comfy, room was dark at night.

Very good

Was in the town centre and near the hospital, which I needed for my operation. The ground floor unit was great access with no stairs. Food in the pub was nice and big serves 😋 the price was great as well.

The air conditioning was very loud. It worked well with the heating but had to turn it off to sleep.Lighting was a bit too dark with all the lights on. The carpet rug definitely needs a good clean.

Nice night away in Bowral

Location is great, within walking distance to all restaurants, shops and cafes. Room was good for a 1 night stay but a bit small for anymore than that. Being able to park the car out the front of the room is handy.

The bed rolled and the gravel driveaway was noisy.

A very ordinary place to stay

Location was great. Bathroom has been renovated and is lovely. Awesome shower!

Bed was super uncomfortable, lumpy spring mattress and bed was on wheels. No where to sit and work/have a cuppa. Greeting on arrival was quite rude.

Reasomable

The Hotel was in a good place, near restaurant for breakfast. The meal was very goodvalue in the restaurant on Thursday night for $15.00.

We had trouble removing the key which the cleaner said you were aware of and the light switch inside the door was very hard to turn off. The carpet square under the bed was not acceptable and was quite dirty. We were origionally booked into room 1 buy ended in six so we had no comparison. We made a booking for thursday night dinner which was in the book but our name was not saved and we were shoved on a dirty table so moved to the next. We did not have a table with 4 chairs which was a bit difficult for elderly people.
