Walking into this property was like walking into a warm hug. Beautiful presentation and decor is warm and inviting. Great layout with plenty of room. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be booking in again Tracy is an excellent host and communication with her was easy. Tracy made the whole process a great experience.

This was a lovely and convenient property to stay in with anything and everything you would need to make your stay comfortable.

Lovely home, would 100% recommend. It's clean and well appointed, everything is very new. I think the photos don't do it justice, it looks better in real life. For two families it might feel a little cramped as there is only one living/kitchen room, plenty of bed rooms but only one living space. For us it was perfect.

Very nicely presented house. Very clean. Plenty of room for our family group of 6. 2 bathroms plus an extra toilet. Off street parking for a couple of cars. Friendly responsive host.

Lovely clean, spacious accommodation. Quiet street. Comfortable beds!! Well set up kitchen. Home away from home. We did have an older lady who insisted on showering in the shower over the bath, and found it a little slippery,so I thought maybe a slip mat might be an optional thing to have available. Comfortable and pleasant

Really enjoyed our stay, the house is perfect for multiple couples, a family and would even be suitable with children. To be honest the photos don’t do it justice! The property is really nicely decorated, beds are comfy and it had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was great! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

It had everything we needed for our short stay, but would be just as suitable for longer stays (we didn't get time to take advantage of the backyard, other than to sample the blackberries!). Everything was great.

We loved our time at Tracey’s place in Goulburn. It’s on a quiet street with ample parking. Goof sized living space with a separate TV room which would be ideal for kids. we were 6 adults and slept us comfortably but could have had up to 8. Great communication with host. Would definitely book again!

Hi Tracy, Our stay was excellent and our time at the Steampunk Victoriana Fair very successful, for which the location of the property is fantastic; 4 minutes from the Waterworks. This was its 9th year. Of special note is that we had everything and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a family meal there on the Saturday night. Everyone said that they were very comfortable. We hope that all was well when we left because we had to return early to our book stall at the Fair. The overall level of cleanliness was exemplary. Having had 2 Stayz B & B's in the Jindabyne area for 7 and 4 years respectively, we well know what is involved. So, hat's off to you & the cleaning team. The suggestions we would make are of a maintenance nature, rather than how it is run. Three suggestions; even if original we think that the front door should be replaced. It is too light and may be a point of entry for thieves. The windows are very well guarded, the front door isn't to the same standard. Secondly, if you're going to keep the old living room as a double king sized bedroom, you are going to need 2 x 2 double power points beside the beds. A single extension from the other wall would "fail" at inspection and we think it is an electrical hazard. Thirdly, two sliding doors, one in the rear toilet and the other in the rear bedroom have failed on their tracks. Guests before have ignored that and just "wrenched the doors closed. The toilet door is heavily gouged. But, wonderful value for money!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Check-in was easy, plenty of heating for a cold Goulburn winter and a lovely house. We felt it was even nicer in person than the photos! Will definitely stay again if visiting.

4 bedrooms & 2 1/2 bathrooms, perfect for family group. Plenty of space so you didn’t feel on top of each other. Great heating on a cold weekend. Fantastic host - very responsive.

This house was a beautifully renovated bungalow - everything was tastefully decorated & very comfortable. The place had everything necessary for a great stay. We accidently locked ourselves out of the premises & the host responded quickly & happily coming over & letting us back in. (It was lovely to actually meet the owner.)

We enjoyed a warm and comfortable stay at Tracy’s. Our group consisted of 3 couples from our extended family. House is situated in a quiet residential area a short drive from CBD. Beds were comfortable and central heating provided great warmth for what was a wet weekend. Dining table only had 4 chairs and could have been a problem if all 8 members of our original group were present. Communication with Tracy was easy and she responded quickly. We recommend this house and would stay here if we visit Goulburn again. Need to bring own shampoo and soap as these were not provided.

Tracy’s home was everything we could have asked for and more. It is beautifully decorated and has all the essentials and then some. The beds were comfortable and we’re made up with quality linen and both bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The hike is close enough that you can walk to the Main Street if you feel inclined otherwise it’s a short drive to all of Goulburn’s arrraxtions. Communication with with Tracy was very easy and she was always prompt in replying. She generously changed our dates twice due to circumstances beyond our control and was very accomodating. Highly recommended.

We needed accommodation for a group of 5 at short notice. We were very pleased with all aspects of the property.

The house has been recently renovated and worked well for our family. The only disappointment was the cleaning. While the bathrooms and kitchen were clean the outside of the windows were very dirty and some places in the house had dust and cobwebs.

Your home is beautifully renovated. The location is easy to find, quiet, and close to the CBD. Thank you so much. - I would suggest fixing the window in the second bedroom, with the ensuite, as it was windy the last night, and my husband said the window kept him awake. To cook meals better, a set of three small, med and large pots would be great. You have one very large pot that's great for pasta or stew. And one with a steamer. Your king-size bed is hard. The first night I tried it, I didn't sleep well on it. It would have been nice to have a soft mattress to sleep on out of the three queen-size beds. The third room was where I stayed the other two nights. - We could also crome cast to any of your TVs to connect our Foxell account to watch. All in all, we love the home.

We wanted a quiet place to stay, where we could have a very senior family member visit on a daily basis. The house has only 2 steps to deal wih. We kept remarking on how comfortable the temp inside was compared to out, whatever the day. The house is beautifully presented. For us it lacked nothing. Our family elder especially appreciated being able to sit and have coffee and a chat at a table outside.

This property was amazing, the rooms were all generous sizes. The location was close to everything and perfect for the weekend. We will definitely rebook if we are back in Goulburn.
