Perfect location and nice place to stay

Perfect location. Cozy and comfort apartment. Clean and well furnished. Two separate bedrooms. Eazy comunication with the host. Public parking just across Serbian Parliament (1500 dinar per 24h). Keep in mind it is ot 5th floor and there is not an elevator.

- smooth communication with the host - apartment even better in reality than on the pictures ( we felt very comfortable) - perfect location

- 5th floor without lift was a bit of a challenge for the older part of the family, but at least they got some exercise

Perfect place to stay in the centre of Belgrade

The location is nothing short of perfect. Everything is a walk away and there is a public garage nearby. A clean, spacious apartment with all the equipment you need and more. We travelled in a group of six and still had comfort. The bathroom is clean and modern. Also with a washing machine. The hosts are very polite and kind and it was easy to communicate with them. Everything regarding the keys went perfect. We simply cannot wait to come back again!

Nice stay, but...

Mixed feelings that won't allow me to give a 10, as would believe on the first day. The staff and location are great! Aleksandra was very helpful, offering a late check out and was always responsive. 😊 The apartment has a nice ambience and modern furniture. Enough space and comfortable bed to sleep on.

The apartment is on the 4/5th floor and there is no elevator. This isn't the biggest issue,though. The main issue was the heating. The place should be heated by 2 air condition units, no normal heating is working, although radiators are there. The trouble with using ac is that places like the bathroom or secondary rooms cannot be heated, making your life really difficult when it's -2C outside, in mid winter time. Also, the feeling of the air in the apartment gets dry and uncomfortable due to the constant use of ac.

Lovely stay in a fully refurbished apartment

We travelled from Greece by car and after a long journey we were greeted by the hosts with a big smile. In a very convenient location, with roofed parking nearby, the apartment is magnificent. The area is busy with proximity to Belgrade's main street and attractions. Check-in smooth, with lots of useful information and clear guidelines on the apartment. Thank you ladies, we will for sure come back and suggest your place to friends.

Good flat for a short stayment

Friendly, helpfull host Good location. Clean flat Parking in the street is for free in the weekends

No elevator and flat is on the fifth floor. Maximum 1,5 hours parking in the street during the week and difficult system to pay (for a foreigner ).

Excellent location, fantastic host, beautiful and clean apartment.

It's a old building, so there's no lift. Apartment it's on the top floor, I didn't mind that that,only problem is if you have a heavy suitcase, or the shopping it might be difficult.

Great time

we loved it very much, very clean, very nice owners. The apartment is enough close to the center, the place exceeded in a positive way our expectations. We will love to return back there, for the next trip to Belgrade.

Very bad location , the building was very old, no facilities were near, but they showed us like a paradise 🤣 in the pictures. Ohh
