About this apartment rental

Our Whistler Northern Lights #19 condominium will guarantee you a memorable vacation. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all under the same cathedral ceiling which creates the perfect social atmosphere for great conversation, musical entertainment and cooking meals. 3 bedrooms are on the lower floor which makes them quieter when entertaining is occurring upstairs and cooler in the summer. The flexible sleeping arrangement for 10 can work for families and 3 couples with friends. The media room provides extra space for larger groups and families. The luxurious new hot tub is extremely private and cannot be viewed from other condos. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Our condominium is a short 10 minute walk from the village. The walk up to the ski run using stairs and a trail takes 5 minutes and you can ski in back down. You can bike to the bike park down the road and back down the trail to the condo. No climbing back up to the condo required

Our two families (4 adults, 6 teenagers, dog) loved our stay. We’ve been coming to Whistler for many annual summer gateways and this was the best property we’ve found! The property was spacious, clean, extremely well-stocked, and situated in a very central location. Paul was easy to communicate with - very prompt, detailed, and helpful. We especially appreciated that everyone had a comfortable bed, the dog could join us, we could store our bikes in the garage, and the deck surrounded by trees was the best place to start and end each day. We’d love to stay here again! Highly recommend it.

We came to celebrate my partner's birthday with friends and two teenagers and a dog. There was room for everybody and the kids loved the hot tub and media room. It was a short walk to Whistler village and everyone took the time to stretch our legs and buy a few items at the grocery store and of course stop for some ice cream. We all love Whistler rain or shine or snow. Our host was very easy to reach and had everything organized in a way we did not need to worry about a thing. It's a beautiful home and an awesome location. I would definitely recommend staying here anytime of year.

Our group of 7 adults (parents, 3 kids with their partners, plus one sweet pup) absolutely loved our stay at Paul’s! The accommodations were everything we’d hoped for: spacious, clean, amazingly well appointed kitchen, room to hang out/play board games and fun to all cook together. Thank you!!

The property itself is a dream, seamlessly blending modern comfort with mountain charm. With a ski tuning station and spacious living area, it exceeded our expectations. Paul's hospitality shone through in his local tips and prompt assistance. Our stay was a delight, offering comfort and convenience in a stunning setting. We're already planning our return trip!

The house was beautiful and clean, with plenty of space for 6 adults. The owner was very communicative and clear about the check in and check out process, and easy to reach with questions. We had a great stay and couldn't have been more happy. I would highly recommend this house for an upscale stay very close to Whistler Village.

This was a perfect place to gather our family of 10 from near and far to be under one roof to share old memories and make a whole lot of new ones! The condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Parking for 3 cars was easy, and it was in a nice location for all our Whistler fun. Two thumbs up by each of the whole gang!

We were very happy with our stay - the townhouse fit our family perfectly - Paul was super accommodating , always really quick to respond to any questions . The house was very well stocked for toiletries, towels & especially in the kitchen . It had everything we needed . The A/C was perfect during the heat wave . The media room was perfect for the kids . The place was very clean & very comfortable for our 3 families . We had a great time and would consider coming back again !

Nice walk to town downhill and then you need to walk up the hill to house about 1/4 mile. Rent a car is the best! Great views solitude and nice amenities.

Paul and Karen have provided a wonderful winter getaway, complete with real Christmas tree and all the facilities for the whole family. Multiple rooms and bedding arrangements for more than one family, hot tub and cosy comforts of home. Thank you for such a great experience

We stayed in this home with two other couples to go skiing for the weekend. We had a tremendous time. This house is clean and has everything you need. We took advantage of the media room to watch some football on Sunday. The ski in and ski out access is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend 10/10!

The House was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the six of us. The kitchen was really well-equipped. The games cabinet was well-equipped. The Media room was awesome ( though we didn't use it). Communication with the owner was unobtrusive, but so very supportive. We felt very well looked-after. The 'details' binder was really clearly put together and contained everything we needed. The house was an easy 8 minute walk down the Hill to the Westin (and an 11 min walk back up). In summary, this was the very best conference Big House we have rented in Whistler for these team events, from over 5 rentals in the past. It exceeded our needs, and certainly exceeded our expectations. A wonderful property, with caring, supportive owner-management. You will not be disappointed.

Paul was an amazing host. His whole property was furnished with everything you would need for a weekend getaway. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room to sleep and relax when you’re done with activities at the village, which is just a walk down the hill. Amazing sound system throughout the property with almost sound proof when doors are closed. I highly recommend to any group who needs a place when you’re in Whistler. There was only adults this time but this would be great with kids and family aswell. Thanks again Paul!

This home has a great layout and plenty of space. The high ceilings and large living room windows looking out at the woods create a peaceful environment for gathering. The secluded, deck hot tub is a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything necessary for meal preparation. My family appreciated the music system, the large TV and the games, both PlayStation and board games. There was easy access to the condo from the mountain via a short trail off of an intersection of several main trails in the bike park. The walk down to the village is about half a mile. We had a fabulous stay.

It's clear how much pride Paul takes in the property. It is VERY organized and user friendly. I'm a rental owner too and his instructions put mine to shame. Beds were comfortable and towels lush. No top sheets but I'm thinking that's a Canada thing? Paul allowed us to have groceries delivered prior to our arrival which was incredibly helpful. He was available by text to answer my questions during our long stay.I would make one suggestion: move the toys & games from the upstairs bedroom into a common space so that cabinet could be used for clothes. Winter trips mean so many clothes. Not sure we'll make it back to Whistler anytime soon but would definitely recommend this property. Already have actually!

Tucked into a forest, quiet and tranquil. Separate Media room was good area for the kids to play in, not being underfoot in Kitchen Living area.

Our stay was for two families of four and intended for multiple days on the mountain. The location was fantastic with a short hike up the Lower Olympic run on Whistler mountain or nice 10 minute walk down into the village. The home had ample room for the 8 of us and had all the amenities we required and beds were comfortable. Large double car garage fit 2 SUVs nicely. Home delivered as advertised. Great spot for a family get away. We arrived at the tail end of a summer heat wave and the bedrooms were still cool (they are located in the lower level). Lots of space for the family and plenty of games to play. Easy to check in/out and very clear detailed instructions for the daily use items. We will certainly return!
