U are a wonderful servicer

I did like the the way it is and is closer to the beach and the shop we didn't get struggle for shopping

Self catering. Location is perfect. Became aware on way that there are no towels in the facility. No mirrors.

Couldn't get location for the apartment. Having to collect keys from another hotel and get directions over the phone. Communicating with someone rude.

It wa not what I expected.

I usually use GPS to travel but this time failed to locate yr place I ended up getting to the room at 21:00 pm though I collected the key around 19:00, I try several time to call but the one who pics the phone failled to help me and then letter she escourted me.

The location.

We were supposed to check out at ten & then the owner told us to check out at 8.a.m. We had to leave without having a bath because the housekeeper already arrived. Bad service, poor treatment.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.

The atmosphere was pathetic. Rooms were untidy. No bathroom for the room on the outside, we had to leave the main door open throughout the night if we needed to use the bathroom. Outside room did not have proper lighting and draws were dusty. Veranda light was extremely dull. Patio cushions were torn and dirty. Ceiling fans were shaky. Shower doors were broken. Very old TV with black and white pictures. Doors were jamming, unable to open and close them properly. Pots were very untidy. Broom, dustpan and mop was in a terrible state. No proper ventilation throughout the unit. Internet pictures are misleading.
