Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Alle schönen Orte sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Thema Kaution und Endreinigung sollte prominenter auf der Webseite sichtbar sein.

Owner/manager was not a good host. We wound up renting the Sunee unit for six weeks although we asked to get the Ban Thai apartment. We were told that we never asked for it though we asked him repeatedly if we could get Ban Thai due to the inconvenient layout of Sunee. He had one saying: "you should have said something" .which we always did.
With the apartment on the 4th floor -74 stairs up plus the living room another set of very steep stairs up, it was torture. My wife speaks fluent German - told both owners on several occations that we wanted the apartment on the 3rd floor with everything placed on one level, with washing machine and much more appealing. She told him how hard it was to haul groceries upstairs, and the sorted garbage down, and that it is impossible to use the living room due to the steep stairs and open area (we have small children visiting) and the crazy and dangerous task to do laundry in the basement..yes, more stairs.
When doing laundry, we had to go down into the basement with stairs lined with containers of chemicals. One day, my wife went downstairs and kicked by accident one of the bottles (no cap) on the stairs which a thick smelly liquid spilled all down the stairs. The owner had approached her...not concerned if she might have slipped, but scolded her and questioned her if she spilled the bottle and if she had used the towel to clean it off. At the same time, he accused her of breaking the vacuum cleaner's on and off switch, which she did not since other people in the house had used the vacuum cleaner after her. He kept telling her that she should have told him?!
The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and, one bedroom with a Kingsize bed with a very disgusting smelling wardrobe. When I told the owners, they said that they knew of the moldy smells and that they usually put laundry softener sheets inside. I saw the sheets, but it still smelled.
The list is long, and after a few more scoldings, we had not seen both owners for several days. When it was time for checking out, the owner came up and gave us a hefty bill we had to pay. 1. For heating the very open and useless apartment. It was impossible to keep it all heated, especially open loft area. 2. He also charged gas, electricity and a cleaning fee extra.
The owner is PETTY. Example. He said that we switched TV's from one room to another? We didn't, but he fought with us. Shocking! At the cost, if we wanted the tv moved he should have moved them for
