Welcome to our Super Paradise! Our South Florida waterfront home boasts expansive and breathtaking views of the Intracoastal waterway like no other. As you enter the house, you will immediately be amazed by the views of the water, pool, and tropical garden. Enjoy the nicely landscaped large backyard that provides privacy and our Tiki-Hut for some drinks. New pool furniture. Sit on the dock to take in the scenery, relax, sunbath, read or take a nap!

Go for a run, take our tandem kayak out on the water, rent a boat locally, or do some fishing off the dock.

We have upgraded features, fixtures and new furniture. Large genuine leather sectional couch with chaise in living room. New King bed and mattress in master with large mirrored custom closets and bonus Florida Room off the master with AC for you to enjoy relaxing, card games, or working from home with a view. New Queen bed in bedroom 2 with large custom closet and double/full bed in bedroom 3.

Our home has impact windows and doors for safety, energy efficiency and peace and quiet. We also have a generator. We have new ceiling fans with remote controls in each bedroom. All bedside tables have USB ports and/or plug outlets for phone charging. Our laundry room has a full size Whirlpool washer and dryer, cleaning equipment and supplies. Our home is fully equipped too. We have a pool heater at a extra charge of $20 per night with minimum 4 nights if you want it turned on, payment will be due at or prior to arrival. NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED.

Great location,10 minute drive to beaches, close to shopping and restaurants in eastern Ft Lauderdale, bordering Pompano Beach and near US-1. Don’t delay. You will enjoy your time at our Super Paradise! Inquire or book today before your dates are taken!

It was exactly what we needed! The view, the quiet, the activities, perfectly located near fun, food, local shopping, and the beach! We stayed for 6 nights and had absolutely everything we needed for everyone in our family to have a great time!

We came down to do some scuba diving on local wrecks. The house is within 15-20 minutes of the airport, dive shop, marina and more. Very quiet, the pool was lovely for cooling off in the afternoons and evenings. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The house was perfect for us! We loved the outdoor space the best. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs throughout Florida- I’d say this one was the cleanest and everything worked! Would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving with family. The house was comfort and location was quite. The view is the best feature about this place, we utilize the pool, boat dock and kayak. Our host Bill was available and answered all text messages. We would recommend this house and stay again when in the area.

Our family was able to relax and enjoy this beautiful family home over our spring break! Our 3 boys said this was by far, their favorite family vacation ever! Thank you for helping us make new memories and feel right at home! We will definitely be returning to this property.

We had a wonderful time at Super Paradise. The location is convenient to shopping and eateries. The beach is a short drive away. Everything we needed was right there. My family and I spent one glorious week at super paradise. When I walked in the front door I was thrilled to see how beautiful the home was! We spent most of our time outdoors. We had so many activities to choose from. My seven-year-old spent most of the day in the pool & my 13-year-old spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and even caught a fish. We went kayaking, made smoothies and drank them at the tiki bar, ate bananas from the tree and even cracked a coconut that fell and ate some of it! We rode the two bikes that were in the garage. There was really no reason to leave the house but we felt like we should get out so we drove to Shooters on the water for dinner one night and went to a restaurant on Pompano Beach. We did a lot of grocery shopping at Aldi. My husband went to Orangetheory for a couple of workouts and I got my nails done. On the day that we checked out we went to a really cool place called Extreme and played video games and did a ropes course and played laser tag. We would love to come back to super paradise again! Thank you so much!

We loved our stay here. We kayaked into the canals and were able to totally relax! Lovely home. It is somewhat away from the ocean and walking in the neighborhood leads mostly to busy streets. So not really for walkers or biking. We used ride-share and didn't have a car, but we did rent a boat for three days and tied it to the dock. I highly recommend this as you can see Fort Lauderdale in a way you never could walking or driving around. Great place!

And….paradise it was!!! The view of the canal was beautiful, the pool was great!! It is definitely as advertised, great neighborhood….very remote to all things needed. The comfy ness of the beds was great, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need (except for a liquor tumbler or shaker) The kayak was fun!! The only two things we would have liked to have was a TV in the two smaller bedrooms and a hot tub. We had a great time and thank you for sharing your beautiful getaway with my family. We would definitely visit and rebook.

Truly was a super paradise vacation. House was just like seen in pictures. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and soaking up the view. Beach and grocery stores close by. We enjoyed the paddle board and bikes that were available in the house. Tiki -Bar is a nice feature. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable. Thanks for sharing your paradise. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything stated in VRBO about this property is correct. Just a few minor suggestions for others. Blow up pumps for flotation devices need an adapter, didn’t find one. Be careful in Florida room,if floor is wet because, the slate is very slippery. The bathroom shower for the 2 bedrooms needs directions for use, had trouble getting right temp for main shower but removable shower worked fine. Just minor things,neighborhood very quiet for our time in July. Great location because at rush hour you can take NE 19th north to 18th and avoid 62 ave which is congested. Would definitely stay again.
