About this house rental
Bring the family, and some friends. This beautifully appointed home is PERFECT for vacationing with a small group. With 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 3 gathering areas spread across 4 levels, there are seemingly endless places to gather, find fun, or hide and take a nap. The main living area has 25' ceilings, fireplace, 65" ultra-high def TV, updated kitchen, and tons of glass overlooking absolutely unbelievable views of the Continental Divide, Lake Dillon, Peak 1, and Buffalo Mountain. The family room has a game/puzzle table, and a 55" ultra high def TV. The rec room has a beautiful pool table, 55" TV, even a little Pac-man machine, and kitchenette overlooking the mountains. The home has the most outstanding large entertaining deck with a built-in bar boasting the best views on the property, a propane fire-pit, varied seating for up to 12, and a unique circular staircase descending to lower level patio near the large private Jacuzzi. The upper level is a giant master en-suite with private balcony, soaking tub, steam walk-in shower, and sitting area. There is a second king en-suite on the lowest level. There are 3 other private Queen-bed rooms, and 2 bunk rooms: one with 3 twins (including a trundle), and one with a twin over a full, and a twin trundle. There is also a pack-and-play, and little kids bed for back-up kiddo sleeping arrangements. We had 16 people - so max capacity, and it was a great gathering space for us to eat, play cards and games, etc. The property manager was very responsive and kindly sent photos of kitchen equipment so we knew what to bring (we drove). Would stay again.
If you have all adults, be aware some will be sleeping in bunk beds in the same room.

Easy driving access to multiple resorts, close to dillion for even more services beyond silverthorne. Excellent game room, kitchen, spa and sleeping for our group of 7. You cannot go wrong with this property.

This house was absolutely beautiful and had enough space for my large family. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed, and more! The location was fantastic with the house being super close to town and close to both Keystone Resort and Copper Mountain. The hot tub was a great addition as well as the pool table and arcade machine. Beware if you visit in the winter to make sure that your car has 4WD. The driveway will be very tricky if not. Also there is a lot of stairs (4 floors) so if altitude gives you issues, take that into consideration. I would definitely book this house again.

Three generations of our family gathered for a Rocky Mt. Christmas. Some of our grandchildren live in CO and Utah - the rest of us came from Va and MD for a different kind of holiday. There were 15 of us - could have been crowded but the house provided enough space for everyone to be together or to do their own thing - it was perfect! We loved it and would highly recommend it to others. We overestimated the food and hope that we did not get downgraded for leaving too much behind - hope that it could be donated or used by the cleaning crew. We appreciated getting the driveway shoveled on Christmas Eve without even asking - and getting an extra pick-up of garbage and recycling early in the week. Management was very responsive to our request. All agree that it was the best Christmas ever!

The property is beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. I've never stayed at a property that was so well equipped... Everything from dishes, spices, appliances. I would stay at the property again without a doubt. It was the perfect setting for the entire family!

We enjoyed ourselves very much. We were there to do some motorcycle riding and it didn’t disappoint. Driveway is a little tricky. House was very well stocked with everything needed. There were a few things that could use a little attention. Nothing that was a big deal. I will address with the management company. Be prepared for some stair climbing!

The pool table was such a hit and competition was on the line. The hot tub was claimed nightly.

We had a wonderful stay at this Silverthorne property! The house had plenty of space and was well stocked. It's wonderfully positioned so you can easily access Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. While it's marketed as a luxury estate, there were a number of overlooked items on the property that surprised us: scratched up doors, broken blinds, loose curtain rods, scuffed paint. While these things do not make or break a vacation, they were surprising given the cost of the rental. The sleds and snow ball toys in the garage were a nice surprise! It would be nice if the property managers communicated if/when the property would be cleared of snow during the stay. We didn't know what to expect so we ended up shoveling and plowing it ourselves on a number of days.

House is well maintained and has all of the amenities that you need. A Keurig would be nice. The pictures accurately describe the property. Grill and Fire Pit work perfectly, as does the hot tub. Views are spectacular and the home is close to Silverthorne, great parks and hiking trails. Highly recommend.

We stayed here with 4 other families that we're friends with over the course of a week. Between everyone we had 7 kids under 7. The property managers were very accommodating and grate to work with and the house was spacious and had beautiful views. Minutes from the outlets at Silverthorne, and just a short drive to Breckenridge, Frisco and Vale.

Can’t say enough about this property. We loved it. It was my inlaws’ 50th anniversary and they took the upstairs master suite. They loved it. We shoved all the grandkids downstairs and we had a great combination of gathering for dinner and sending the kids down to do their own thing. Great place. Great hosts.

Driveway is difficult when it snows. There is a snowblower which we had to use daily to get out. Not large enough dining & gathering areas for large family.to be all together. Shared bathrooms for most of bedrooms. Good location for grocery runs and shopping. Beautiful view!

The house was super clean, well stocked and roomy for our crew of 8 adults and 5 children. All of the appliances worked easily and the Manager brought over a new coffee pot before we realized the existing was broken. It was a great week.

Quite pleased! The different levels of the house allowed for space for the family units. The kitchen was well stocked . Dining area inside was a bit limited if we all ate together but if the weather was nice, the deck more than made up for it. And the view from the deck? Spectacular isn't an adequate word.

Family Vacation
We had 16 in our group. Seven adults with nine children from 16 to eight years old. We loved the split level. The kids could have their area and the adults could have another area. I could see how you might not want to be there in winter. The driveway is very steep. There is no air conditioning in the home but with the windows open it was very comfortable even in the heat of the day. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back.

This property was pretty spectacular in terms of space, amenities, and location. You could visit here with a large group, yet still be able to get some peace and quiet if you would like. The house was very large! Comfortable, it could sleep 18. The pool table and hot tub were a hit with the kids. The multiple living areas made it great for the adults to be in one space and kids to be in another. The house is at 10,500 altitude and does have a lot of stairs, so if you are not used to that, you could find yourself winded rather easily. We visited in the winter, so the driveway was no joke to navigate. If I had one complaint, it would be that the driveway didn't get cleared when it snowed. For a house of this caliber and such an aggressive driveway, I personally would have the driveway heated to avoid any accidents. That said, this was all listed in the description so we were ready for it. If you had 4 wheel drive vehicle, you can get up and down. If not, you can park at the top. The property manager was very responsive at all times of day and night, and went over and above.
