About this house rental

This is a brand new 4 bedroom home with uninterrupted water views at Clayton Bay, overlooking a wetland reserve inhabited by many bird species. This home is suitable for groups with two fully-equipped kitchens, two bathrooms and two living areas.
The upper level has 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher) and living area. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with full-length bath) laundry and living area. There is a balcony with BBQ, table and chairs to enjoy the spectacular views.

Guests have access to coffee, tea, milk and sugar supplies as well as basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, herbs, oil and vinegar. There is a TV and Blu-Ray Player on each level with many DVDs to choose from. There is a library of books for your relaxation as well as toys and board games. A high-chair and cot is available upon request.
Clayton Bay is a quiet and secluded holiday hamlet attracting visitors who appreciate the tranquillity of its sunny autumn and winter days and the breezy summers that the town has to offer. Situated on the River Murray and a series of lagoons; sailors, fishing enthusiasts and water lovers feel right at home in Clayton Bay.
The Lower Murray Wetlands has gained prominence with its well-deserved classification as a migratory bird habitat of world stature. It is also an outstanding place to sail, row, kayak, windsurf, use a motor boat or just to simply go fishing. The foreshore reserves have an oval, playground, shady trees, picnic spots with BBQs and pleasant walking trails around the water s edge with excellent bird watching.

Roomy house, well stocked with utensils, games & videos. Well suited for a large family group. Owners very quick to respond to questions and repairing BBQ. Great location for walking and activities on the lake. Close to Langhorne Creek, Strathalbyn and Goolwa.

The rooms were perfect size and all amenities worked. Lots of DVDs and board games. Kids loved playing in the big backyard. The view from the balcony was amazing and there are nice walking tracks. Both levels have a kitted out kitchen, which was very convenient. The location is perfect - quiet, lots of bird life and yet not too far from Goolwa. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and understanding. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Lovely accommodation. Plenty of beds for party of 12. Having 2 kitchens was a bonus. Beautiful views. Had an issue on arrival with having no power due to no fault of the owners, but the communication on resolving this issue & outcome with the owners was instantaneous. Would recommend this property for anyones holiday.

Neat as a pin large house with lots things to do. A huge collection of DVD's, board games, books. Walking distance to the bay, only 25 minutes drive to Goolwa. Occupied 8 kids and 3 adults very comfortably, with 2 kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. Loved our stay.

A great holiday at a home away from home

Overall a great property, well laid out, and enjoyable to stay at. Jean-Maire communicated everything that was needed throughout the stay. The two living areas and kitchens gave everyone the space to relax and do what they wanted without feeling that we were in each other's pockets. The scenery was great and it felt as though we were a long way away even though in reality we were close to shops and beaches. Would recommend this as a place to stay for those wanting a getaway location.

Lovely modern property, it is actually like two interconnected apartments, a queen bed apartment upstairs and a queen and two twin rooms downstairs. Each apartment has a queen sofa bed and plenty of kitchen utensils, linens, dvds, a tv and blue ray player. There is even a slow cooker! We didn’t have to bring ours after all!! Huge lawned area out the back, and a bike path directly out the front. Right on the water. Very responsive owner, all my enquires were answered promptly. Lots of lovely art works throughout 😊 We had a great stay, thank you very much 😊

Great accommodation with all the necessary things required for a group or large family holiday. The property was very neat and clean. All the necessary house hold things were supplied by the property owner. Lots of private space for kids activities. Quiet and peaceful area and surroundings.
