About this house rental

About 200 meters from the sea, the house is located in a quiet side street and the 2000 m2 plot is demarcated on all sides with walls.
The house is quiet and has a large garden, which invites to relax and rest. Around the house there are terraces that bathe at any time for sunbathing or provide a shady spot. Security is provided by the cameras, which protect the property against burglary and theft from the outside.

Spacious and well located house in a quiet place. Very comfortable and easy to access. We were 6 people and a child for 10 days, very comfortable, although some details were missing, such as mosquito nets and renovating some furniture. But overall, quite satisfactory. We could repeat. Noemi, the girl in charge of logistics, very attentive and very efficient.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen, großen Haus sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation lief prima, die Schlüsselübergabe ganz einfach. Die Lage ist super, fußläufig zur Bucht. Auf Formentera ist aufgrund der Größe der Insel sowieso alles relativ gut zu erreichen. Die Außendusche war der Hit in der Hitze. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Einzig die Mücken haben uns geplagt, das nächste Mal bringen wir Moskito Netzte mit :) Viele Grüße Christiane

Das Haus liegt zentral und ist gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist für den Preis deutlich zu einfach: In der Küche fehlen eine gute Kaffeemaschine Unsere war undicht) und eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Aircon hat das Haus nicht. Mückengitter an den Fenstern oder Moskitonetze über den Betten ebenso nicht. Wir haben mehrfach Chemie spritzen müssen. Insgesamt ist das Haus grosszügig mit einer schönen überdachten Terrasse vor dem Haus. Die hintere Terrasse war schwer nutzbar, auch weil ein Sonnenschirm und gemütliche Sitzmöbel fehlten. Der Eigentümer hat an etlichen Stellen gespart, was sich im Preis nicht widerspiegelt. Insgesamt ok.

La casa è in una posizione meravigliosa sulla scogliera di calaembaster circondata dal silenzio e dotata di ogni comfort, peccato che in fase di prenotazione la proprietaria abbia omesso di dirci che per 3/4 persone avrebbe chiuso a chiave la stanza più bella della casa incluso uno dei due bagni, entrambe situati nella torretta al piano di sopra, arrogandosi il diritto di scegliere per noi in quale stanza avremmo dovuto dormire. Quindi ci siamo ritrovati con questa amara sorpresa al nostro arrivo. Se lo avessi saputo prima senz’altro avrei mscelto una proprietà senza limitazioni e che mi offrisse tutto ciò che avevo affittato. Peccato veramente!

Very pleasant and quite house whith a big garden.Rooms are big and you find everything you need. Amazing view from the terrace. To bad you can't appreciate it during the day as there is not shade.The kitchen is very well equipped (only missing a salad spinner for my use).

We spend our holydays in a wunderful,charming house and enjoy all the little ,lovefully things there. The house is located in a great area,sunset every morning as a surpriced imaging. All rooms are commotly and around the garden is great! We will come back as soon as possible.. Thanks for the very sympathic service all around!

We came here from Helsinki to spend 2 amazing weeks in May 2017 and this was our dream vacation for real! The house is simply perfect, it exceeded all our expectations! The area is so lovely that we really fell in love with this place. Sigi was extremely nice and kind to us while dealing with all the details concerning our vacation. Bayron was also very nice and a simply perfect housekeeper and helped us whenever we needed something :-) Formentera is a real paradise on Earth, our favorite holiday destination! La casa è veramente bella e le foto non le rendono giustizia. Byron ci ha fatto accomodare in casa dove subito sono balzati agli occhi gli Spazi ampi e comodi, sia della zona giorno che delle camere. L' unica pecca della casa è la presenza di un solo bagno con doccia, per 7 persone forse non è sufficiente. La posizione è ottima, zona tranquilla ma abitata e vicina ai centri di Sant Ferran ed Es pujols. L'esterno è godibilissimo con lettini, tavoli e poltrone, L'angolo con l'amaca poi è molto suggestivo...Il solarium vista mare è veramente bello ed è diventato il punto di ritrovo delle nostre bimbe. Grazie al barbecue abbiamo passato una serata in compagnia molto piacevole.... La doccia esterna è comodissima ma magari andrebbe dotata di acqua calda. In sintesi siamo stati molto contenti e soddisfatti della sistemazione, nonostante le iniziali informazioni poco chiare sul prezzo. La consigliamo vivamente.

La casa es amplia y el jardín también. El mobiliario esta en muy buenas condiciones y es de calidad. La situacion es tranquila y bien comunicada. El encargado, Bayron es muy amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudar. El unico pero es q solo hay un baño y es un poco justo para una familia. Seria bueno que hubiera WiFi aunque ya sabiamos que no tenia, pero como hay mala cobertura de telefono, teniamos alguna dificultad de comunicación.

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en la casa de Sigi. La casa es una preciosidad, en un enclave perfecto, con todos los detalles necesarios para hacerte sentir cómodo y como en casa. Nada más llegar Bayron nos estaba esperando con las llaves de la casa, no lo explicó y enseño todo perfectamente y siempre respondió a nuestras dudas y preguntas. Hemos disfrutaado al 100% tanto de la casa como de la isla. Si podemos, volveremos seguro.
