We absolutely loved this place. Perfect for our New Years getaway. Wanted a place close to the beach plus we had tickets to the Jags game. Perfect location. View of ocean from unit and close enough for a short drive to the stadium. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in Jax Beach for my nephew’s wedding. This was the perfect location. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities. Great space. Pool was refreshing and great access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We needed a long term summer rental in Jacksonville as my son was doing a 10 week internship since we are from Pittsburgh. Mandy, the property owner was AMAZING and RELIABLE from the first communication we had about her rental and continued to be that way our entire visit! Her place was in a terrific location, right on the beach with a great view of the ocean, even though the unit was not oceanfront. The unit had resonantly been updated and was the perfect size and layout for what we needed. The condo offered 2 covered parking spots which was super convenient! It was the ideal summer spot to get a true taste of the “hidden gem” Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Again, we thank Mandy and her husband for being top notch hosts!!!

This was a great place for the Michigan family to stay during the wedding festivities. Location was perfect and rooms were very accommodating. Our room had some recent upgrades and owners were still working on a few other things. I’m sure those have been completed by now.

We were very grateful to find this little gem for our quick and short stay at Jacksonville Beach. Beach access was very close and easy, groceries and restaurants are nearby, the place was clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious for the airmatress and it was a quiet community.

The location in relation to the city/stuff to do was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy/doable even with three small kids. We basically had the pool to ourselves (as we were the only ones crazy enough to be in it in March). The pool area could use a good cleaning/upgrade (to no fault of our property manager - she was great!!) The condo was mid renovation. I would say mostly complete but there were some large boxes of flooring, other materials, etc in the closet. The TV in the master did not work (or at least we couldn't get it to) and while we didn't need it or care, that might be something to think or follow up re repair, if you want/need one in there. Kitchen and towels were very well stocked with essentials. We did not have a broom as I think it was misplaced by the cleaner. When we alerted the property manager, she got us one ASAP. She was great to work with!

Place was beautiful and in perfect location to beach, shops, and restaurants. The new remodel really opened up the main living area, and the new floors are really pretty. Host was quick to respond to all questions. Would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable stay

It was a comfortable stay at this location. There are a few things I would have liked to be in place. Things that were able to be handled were by the owner. She was very quick in her response and I appreciated that. I do indeed suggest a new door, the door was a headache trying to get it to close and stay locked. We finally realized, you have to slam the door. Also, having new towels and wash clothes would be great.

A few of my friends, husband and I really enjoyed this cute and cozy condo. We did have a minor issue with one the shower not working but Mandy was on top of it. It was fixed shortly after. So many amenities too. I couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything was so close. We will definitely stay here again.

We didn’t use the air bed but the extra blankets was nice to have the air got nice and cool hot showers was great we cooked every day but one of our 7 days a big frying pan would be nice and a crock pot maybe but the place was peaceful no one bothered us it was quite of a night we didn’t have pets but others did in the building the private parking spots was a big plus no fighting over a spot was nice the pool closes at dusk we had a very relaxing vacation would definitely recommend it to our friends and family

Great location, great condition. All supplies for cleaning, check! All bathroom supplies, check! BBQ grill, check! Very clean pool, check. Access to beach was very convenient.
